Their finance department was also very friendly and made the closing super easy. There were no ridiculous add-ons to the price of the car like dealer fee, prep fee, ad fee etc like other dealers sometimes try to add on. Somehow, in-spite of the fact that I have always used MAG BMW in Dublin, my appointment was made at Toledo BMW - I of course, arrived in Dublin at the appointed time - obviously Jon did not have an appointment for me on the books! However, they were able to fit my car in, do everything needed, found me a loaner and delivered my car when it was finished! Stellar service and I am VERY appreciative!

Sales associate Dezirae Burns was awesome! Although relatively new to the dealership, she knew her stuff backwards and forwards. She was able to answer questions about trailer sway control and other less prominent features. She was also highly responsive, efficient, and genuinely nice through the process, as was the finance person. The purchase experience was great. The service department is nice, but it was recently frustrating when the service they provided clearly wouldnt solve the problem I was having based on what I clearly explained. As a result, I had to schedule another appointment, which wasnt available for almost a week later. My own maintenance of the vehicle before that next appointment plus going to and waiting for the next appointment wasted a good amount of time and I had already been very short on time.

I had an excellent experience buying a new x3 M40i from Octavio Gusman. Everything was as agreed upon and he stayed way past quitting time to demonstrate features and program the electronics. Having a car with 4,000 miles on it with a warning is never a pleasant experience but I must commend Teresa S. in the service department for helping make the situation as positive an experience as possible. Teresa provided me with a loaner given no notice of the situation and maintained communication with me daily to keep me updated on the status until my car was ready to drive again.

We love here and have great experiences with the sales team, however, the service department is so bad.I visited the service center during July because my lower trunk gate was not automatically working. At that time, they told me they needed a special order for the part and it would take 3 to 4 weeks.After 5 weeks, no one contacted me, so I called the service department then they told me they just got the part. What a miracle timing isnt it?However, I asked to set up the appointment, but they said I need to wait 5 more weeks if I need a loaner car or I could just drop my car and it would be taking 2 days.Are you guys kidding me? Should I commute to work full time without a car?And is it real I have to wait more than 2 months to fix my car?Nothing makes sense to me. They do not understand why people want to buy luxury German vehicles.It is not only for the car, people expect a high level of service quality also.This is the worst experience in my life ever. What makes BMWs service different from other brands, such as Hyundai or Kia?Another thing I want to share is that I still cannot believe I am waiting for their call. I requested you to call me 7 days ago, but nobody calls me yet.What they are doing doesnt make any sense.

Ive been a customer for years and have always been very pleased with their service.

We recently bought a 2021 X3 from here and we were sold a ceramic coating plan where they said they would apply it and once we took it to the dealership to get it done, one of the service advisors was like all the cars at the dealership are already ceramic coated whether or not we buy it. So we raised the question that why we were asked to spend around $800 for ceramic coating when it was already applied when we bought it. They said they would get back to me regarding the issue and make it right but its been about a month and I have not received any text nor call from them about it, very disappointed with the customer service.

But honestly, Advisor Ahmad was genuine about what is needed in car and what’s not. He even suggested not to buy the maintenance plan as I usually drive less. Really appreciate and would suggest others too.

They marked my vehicle as being serviced when it wasnt, reported to Carfax and made it so I cant trade my vehicle in. Then when I call and ask them to fix it they tell me they wont. That they will submit it to be changed. 2 weeks later and still not changed, worst service ever.

I cant say enough good things about one of the client advisors at MAG BMW, Octavio Guzman. My ancient mini cooper died along route 80 just outside of Cleveland and I decided my best option was to have it towed to MAG and begin the quest for a new car to take me back to PA. I called the dealership and through pure luck got connected to Octavio, who after I told him my plight (which had me standing along side the busy highway), the first thing he asked me was if I was safe and ok. He quickly sent me pictures of the types of cars I was interested in and texted me throughout my journey with the tow driver making sure I was ok. Great Customer experience. Dezirea Burns and the finance manager were both great. Dezirea did a great job and was very patient going over all of the cars features and getting everything set up for me.
