Had to have body work done due to an accident. Owner and employees I dealt with were all super friendly, and kept me informed along the way. Great work, and they dealt with my insurance and helped with the car rental process. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone.

I was recently rear ended by an intoxicated driver. I took my car to B and S Hacienda because they are certified repair center, and they can use original parts. The customer service was very pleasant and inviting. My car is not completed yet but when it is I will share an update on the outcome of my car.

Great customer service and communication as they were working on my car . Kylee was amazing and sent me updates often of both progress and delays . The repair took longer than anticipated due to part delays but when we finally received the car it looked beautiful I highly recommend them .

Great service all around! Manuel was very helpful and explained the whole process. He made direct contact with my insurance company and kept me posted on the repairs being made on my RAV4. They finished fixing my car within two weeks. I highly recommend them for any major repairs. Ask for Manuel!

B&S went so far above and beyond what I could have dreamed of. I promise, I dont work for B&S! Never even heard of them til a month ago when Dublin Toyota, recommended them. B&S Hacienda went to bat and battle for me, getting the rental car rates decreased, even got the insurance company to re-evaluate and pay for what was damaged. Robbie went so far as to detail my entire car, even evaluate & repair (at no charge) items not damaged in the accident. Their customer service is just incredible, as is their work. B&S Hacienda is exactly the kind of body shop you want to fix your car. They have very high standards, are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and professional. I cant imagine anyone being unhappy with that high level of quality and customer service!

This shop is by far one of the worst body shops Ive ever dealt with. Not only was I lied to every step of the way but after my vehicle was returned to me the paint started to fall off.

Everything went exactly as they told me. Start to finish they were professional and kept me in the loop. Hope to not see them again but would not go anywhere else.
