Sales manager Moe was great at explaining and getting deal ready. Im very grateful for his help in getting through the whole purchase process. Although price was jacked up 5k, and I was disappointed, but my family is in need of a car so, I had to buy one. Otherwise I would have waited until chip shortage is over. But Mohamad made the whole process easy. I was at couple other dealers. One dealership in Elk Grove, the sales guy there was dead! Like he was so not interested in selling. Im like do they give them incentive or are they just coming to work and getting a paycheck. But Moe in Dublin Toyota was very energetic, helpful, answered questions, explained things. Thats what I call great customer service. Also he helped out with getting all weather floor mats right before I left the dealership, as well as explained how to use new features in my new car. My brother was with me, and he is planning to visit Dublin Toyota as well.
First off, allow me to say how absolutely fantastic this dealership is. Everything is clean, tidy and well organized. I have been looking for a Nissan Rogue hybrid for MONTHS. Sohail helped me today with any questions I had about the car. He and Lance helped me find the perfect plan to suit my needs. Once I was decided, Rohan in the financial department helped me get set up only with what I wanted. I have to say, my previous experiences buying a car have been slow and tedious (4+ hours). I was in and out with keys in hand in a couple hours. It was a huge relief. Once again thank you guys so much! I love my new car!
Last Week, I have visited Dublin Toyota. It is one of the busiest showroom. There we met Mr.M.K to buy Honda Odyssey. He is real salesman. He had helped me out to finish the deal and make sure that all the paper works are completed on time. He didnt leave until I take out the car outside. Even he came out till the parking lot and give the key. Dublin Toyota has a great choice of keeping Mr.M.K. Really appreciate your work Mr.M.K. My recommendation for Dublin Toyota is 5 Starts.
Schedule a service, shuttle in and out, quick and prompt - never had an issue. Prices - it is a dealer so no surprises there. Sales - had an okay experience 5 years ago. Nothing out of the ordinary, usual haggling but that makes interesting.
Excellent customer service, reliable, price is reasonable considering its from Toyota. I have experience with many service reps, they are all very good. Recently, Julio helped me, he has been great!
I arrived at the dealership at 5:30 pm when the staff should get off work, buy a car for me, the price is reasonable, try to find a bank loan for me, and give me a lower interest rate, awesome staff, manager, 5:30 pm to 10 pm Point more. I am very grateful to everyone. 5/12/2021 new cars are difficult to buy, and they are decided.
Buyer beware: Went in today to look at a suv. When the offer did not match my budget I politely said thanks for your time to Larisa (who was professional and friendly). As I was leaving the floor manager (Mo) came out and offered a slightly less offer but still not close to my asking price. I still thanked him but denied the offer. I mentioned that a neighboring dealer had the same vehicle with slightly more miles and was offering my price and that I will be going there. He then seemed to be very agitated and aggressively tried to guilt me into purchasing the vehicle. I said Im no longer interested and headed toward my car. He then said very angrily to get out, leave, and go buy it at the other dealership. Rule #1 Mo, I am the customer now and possibly in the future. I deserve to not be berated into buying a car. Rule 2, if the deal does not fit, no harm no fowl and I am free to walk away. This is the second time I have had horrible customer service and will not return for any business nor will I ever recommend purchasing ANY vehicle from this dealership. The lack of professionalism and respect for the customer is appalling.
I recently bought a Highlander at Dublin Toyota. Bought many cars in the past and from various dealerships, however by far the best experience was at Dublin Toyota. It was no pressure sale, didnt feel rushed. They listened to me and gave me the best price. I requested quotes from other dealerships around Bay Area as well, however Dublin Toyota gave me the best deal.Katherine Aguilar was helping me out and made the process super easy. She is an awesome salesperson. No pressure at all. She is very reliable and I would definitely recommend her to any one planning to get a new car.Finance manager Rohan is another gem of a person. Final price was exactly as negotiated no last minute surprises. He was professional and polite and went out of his way to help me close the deal.It was an amazing experience at this dealership. Very humble and nice people.Thank you Dublin Toyota .Muhammad
As far as their service department goes, i was really impressed. Had a few issues with my 2020 rav 4 that happened to be pretty common. Thankfully under warranty still and they were able to take care of me and get me back in my car driving with in a matter of hours. I commute pretty far and need my car, so I’m very happy they understood and were able to get me back on the road quickly. Huge thanks to the mike, and service department over there. It was also nice a washed from all the ash that was on it from the fire. Brownie points here
Made a verbal deal the day before to purchase a Mirai and get value on my trade. After checking out my car, I asked for a written offer. He gave me a verbal offer. I came in the next day and the sales manager said that what the salesman Yassir said was invalid. He couldn’t really give a good reason, but my trade value was suddenly $1000 less!Bought the car anyway. I like the car so much that I wanted to buy 3 more (for my business). Sent the salesman and sales manager a text and no one responded. So I called Steven’s Creek Toyota and took a trip to San Jose. Bought 3 more cars over an hour away! Never going back to Dublin Toyota, most unprofessional salespeople! Reminds meof used car sales guys that the Carvana commercials make fun off.
Bought my RAV4 from here. Happy with the car. Had a problem with the door trim flapping around at speed and told them on my first maintenance visit. Didn’t get fixed. Told them on the next three visits. Finally fixed. Camber on tires was off and eating up the insides prematurely. It was measured but never fixed while under warranty. Need new tires at 30,000 miles and surprise surprise $1200 for new tires and alignment. Took my keys and I’ll never go back.
Had bad experience with the recent purchase. During purchase of new Mirai sales person said $15000 rebate and when asked him about the manufacture rebate $20000 they had until march 30, he said that was old rebate they are not giving it any more and no intention of it in near future. Due to chip shortage he said stock would run out. trusted the sales person and bought it but within 2 days they had $20000 deal on their website. Checked with Toyota care they said its sales problem and asked to check with Dealer. Dealer said during purchase there is no deal and cant honor.Later after checking with few people i came to know Sunnyvale Toyota offers better prices and are honest and suggested people to wait couple of weeks so they can get better deal. Hope this is helpful for anyone purchasing in bay area.
Just bought a new 2021 Limited Venza..Moe sales and Thomas behind the desk and David in finance were easy to work with
Bad experience for me at this dealership. The lady at the information desk was minding her own things. It took me a short while to get her attention. The sales team is not motivated probably because the inventory are low and dont really want to answer my questions. I dont feel welcomed because I merely showed interested to buy but not committed today.Lastly, the marked up is at $4000 at Toyota. One of the other brands dealer only has a marked up price at $2000.
Selling a car: they know what they do, very friendly staff, the usual back and forth with the price.Paying: finance team, not so good.I got a car Monday and by Friday the Finance team was calling very aggressive about a missing deadline to pay for the car:WHERE IS THE MONEY? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE CAR TODAY!!. It turns out they forgot to send the contract to my bank so they could get pay; They never said sorry about this incident.
This is not a rating that I had hoped for given the initial great service I received. But it is honest feedback, and I hope this post will help others when purchasing a new vehicle with Dublin Toyota. I found my dream car, a 2021 Venza, online with Dublin Toyota and reached out via the web. I received immediate contact from Eric, an internet sales manager, and the communications were always prompt and pleasant. I decided to personally visit the dealership after a week of communication, and during the visit, I put down a refundable deposit. The price that was negotiated had a slight MSRP markup due to the current market demand. Although it was definitely higher than I had budgeted, I understand that my options were limited unless I am willing to wait for a long time. The car estimated arrival date was Sept. 6th. The car did not arrive on time, and when it did finally arrived on Sept. 11th (Today), I happily showed up at the dealer ready to fulfill my part of the contract to pay for the remaining amount of the car and be a happy new car owner. To my biggest surprise, I was told that the initial agreed amount with the dealership rebate had expired, and I will need to pay for the additional $250 due to Toyotas expired rebate offering. I was never told this in advance, nor did that reflected the signed contract (which I did not get a copy of as I only put in the deposit). Eric tried to talk to his sales manager, Thomas, and was told that they must collect the $250. I politely requested Thomas to join me at Erics private office, since I had fully intended to purchase the vehicle, and the dealership ask is simply ridiculous. Thomas refused to move from his open lobby office, and I had to go to the middle of the lobby and discuss this issue. I was told flat out that I can either pay the extra or get a refund due to the current car shortage demand. I asked if it was because the car inventories are so limited; they wanted me out to sell the car closer to the mark-up price. Thomas told me not to put words in his mouth and said I had the choice to pay or take my deposit. At this point, standing in the lobby, swarm with at least 8 other salesman/managers/people, I felt threatened and requested to have my refund. I was then told I must have the original credit card for a refund, or I must leave and come back later with the card. Dublin Toyota had already taken the money, posted it clearly on my credit card billing statement. Still, somehow with no fault of my own, I am standing in the lobby trying to either not have a refund or pay the extra $250 that the dealership demanded. I came fully intended to purchase the car, never expected to bring the credit card since I already exhausted the maximum amount that a person can charge with an auto purchase on the credit card. All sudden, Thomas threw Eric under the bus; in front of all the people said that Eric made a mistake, a deduction was already made, and now the difference is just $21. I told Thomas it was not ok to treat Eric this way and requested to see the printout of the price differences Thomas gave Eric. Right there, in front of me, it was a $250 difference that I was expected to pay or leave. Eric was the messenger, and this entire ordeal was completely unnecessary. Since now all sudden the cost difference is $21 which can most likely be smooth over by the finance manager, I eventually sat in the finance office with a very bad experience. The finance manager, Kamron, noticed my body language and did what he could to improve the experience. Soon after Thomas peeked his head in Kamrons office saying that now the $250 is fully taken care of, and he somewhat apologized for the incident. I do not normally like to leave feedback with any merchant regardless of the experience as we are all human, and things do happen. 2 out of 3 people I interacted with at Dublin Toyota are cordial and professional. The 2-star rating is really because I have no way of separating the event and hope my experience can alert others to be more careful.
Scott Murphy, Service Advisor for both of our cars, does a great job. He is very professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with.
I just purchased a new 2021 Venza from Dublin Toyota and I’m so glad I chose this dealership over many others in the Bay Area. From the reception desk to the directors’ desk, they are Professional, Considerate of the Customer, operating in a clean and spacious facility. Director, Satish Chand, is the best in the field!! He made sure everything was done that I wanted. Jumped through all the “hurdles” that may have delayed delivery of my new car; you want an experienced professional on your side, like Satish to help you get what you want. The customer is #1 at Dublin Toyota; they delivered and did not disappoint! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Dublin Toyota does it all!
Excellent service! I have been service my car since I bought the car from the dealer in 2012. The team provided great shuttle services, competitive pricing, and on time completion.
Bad customer support. My license plate is expiring and for that I have been trying to reach out to Customer support team from last 2 weeks to enquire about my expired license plate, but didnt get any response yet, every time they say well call you back but not received a single call yet. I visited the Dublin Toyota as well and even got the same response that well call you tomorrow.
Ahres is very helpful and keeps posted about the status. Got things done promptly. I like Dublin Toyotas service.
I was here yesterday (09/25/21). we had a deal! I arrived and they were giving me another higher price! I was already at my house and came back for that.
Best experience ever buying a new vehicle and all the thanks gos to an amazing sales agent Ashwahney! (Pls excuse if I didn’t spell his name correctly). Ash is not your typical car salesman. He is gentle, kind, patient and listens to what you are looking for and takes such good care of you to ensure you get the best car for the best price with the best terms! The process was seamless
Dont waste your time. Do your homework first, otherwise you WILL get taken advantage of with an over inflated MSRP and bogus 5k+ mark-up.
For years I have taken my vehicle to Toyota for service and Toyota has always done a great job taking care of it which I appreciate I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.
I just started my first year in college and I was looking to buy my first car which was very nerve racking for me but (moe) from Dublin Toyota made it such an easy process. He showed me all the best cars for the price point I had and it was such an amazing experience. He also made sure I left with a car that satisfied all my needs. Big thanks to moe !
Well...where do I start? My husband and I were just beginning the look process for a new car. Our salesman, Jamil, was great! Super nice and not pushy like most salesmen can be. Showed us our options and gave us the space we needed but was there for questions when we had them. Edris, the sales manager, gave us a deal we couldnt refuse! So, we are now driving home a brand new Camry hybrid and couldnt be more excited. Highly recommend coming here and make sure to ask for them.
Unprofessional salesperson.I have been at this location today. There was one Asian guy who greeted me. I asked some questions about the Toyota Corolla finance and wanted to give me an estimate for monthly payment. and told him that I am going to buy in 2 days. He told me that if you dont buy a car now, I cant spare time for you. I want to sell a car. I will give you an estimate when you buy a car. I understand. Can you text me when you have time? He told no.I am asking how can I decide to buy if I dont know how much thew down payment how much is monthly payments?I think you need to teach customer services to your salesperson. So probably I will buy Toyota but not from you guys.Thanks.Response to owner.🙄I think you have poor seals experience than another dealership or they have much more experience than you.I have been at Hyundai, Volkswagen, Nissan and all dealerships gave me estimate about monthly payment except you.Just compare your google rate with them you going to see the difference.Good luck
Do not buy from this location!!! I bought a car from them 2 years ago and just found out they added 2 extra service contracts. I called the multiple times and left multiple messages. They never called me back. Their manager is always out of office and only the receptionist is available. She will take a message and then nothing happens. When you see a shady car dealerships in the movies, this is the place the are talking about.
I bought a Toyota Prius Prime Plug-In Hybrid with the help of Zolboot Zack Ganbold. I had no idea what car to get so Zack showed me the different cars and told me their features. He guided me to a car that best matches what I wanted and more. I know love the car I bought. He was super patient showing me around and answering my questions, overall nice and friendly. He did not try to push extra things I did not need or want. He sat me through the entire process and even got me an amazing deal.
I paid $417 for an oil change and inspection ($222 for labor??) I was not updated on my car after 4 hours and came to the dealership after finally giving up on waiting only to find out my car was ready. Who knows how long it was ready and I was just waiting for a call?I noticed, hours later, that my passenger tires are missing the valve stem caps??? Not worth going back to this awful place to complain so now have to wait 2 days via Amazon for replacements. 0/5 stars. Will NOT be returning. This is a shame as the advisors were kind but clearly are not transparent, are overcharging, and took advantage of me.
I know car sales is all about negotiating but man... con artists at their best...promised one price by the sales manager...agreed on price of car with low APR, then was suppose to get my trade-in value with the price agreed upon, and at the end of the night, tired and hungry...they took me. Pretty upsetting that they would take advantage of people when they are looking for help.My bad for not trusting my gut.
Yooooo Sohail helped us get a grand slam of a deal with our new Lexus. He was accommodating, kind and a really good vibe. Call him if you need any help with buying a car
I would give them ZERO stars, it is what they deserve...
Went there to buy Toyota Mirai, I was bombarded with how much the demand is and The salesperson (Moe) was talking to us as he is doing a favor by only charging $4900 markup instead of $8000.I do understand that there is a high demand for this specific vehicle as Toyota is Providing a great discount but the sheer amount of greed these Dealerships are trying to get advantage is not acceptable.Moe also try to trick us to fill us a credit application by telling that this is just for there information.I went to Toyota Sunnyvale and bought the vehicle instead with Zero Markup I think because is these greedy people the overall dealership is getting a bad name
Overall the location is nice and clean. We were greeted by two very eager sales reps. We had called ahead and met up with Larissa who greeted us and had the car parked outside not under the covered awning (it was raining). Disliked the fact that she was some sort of manager based on the plate on her office, but professionalism was lacking. She had her corded headset on in her right ear and never took it out when with us. Walked us out to the car and said to drive it out in the highway or whatever, but never explained to us how to even get the car out of the lot. The certified used car we test drove was not as clean as it should have been. It is not like they are very busy when the whole sales office was full of reps standing around. When heated seats were turned on there was a faint smell of dog. Upon return from test drive she was busy chatting it up, texting, and headset still in. She didnt even acknowledge us standing next to her until I put the keys down in front of her. Needless to say we did not purchase there.
Great place to buy a car recommend Moe best sells man!!!
Joe Musto always provides great service. 👍🏾 I always come to Dublin Toyota for my maintenance.
Easy to drop off and pick up vehicle. No more cashier, just go back to the tech who first helped you and pay. Plexiglass and masks.
Moe still amazing. 3rd car from him. The place is amazing. They are trustworthy. I use to have GMC Terrain got a RAV 4, loved it and I switched my GMC to Sequoia. Toyota forever and I will always look for Moe
Awful Obnoxious salesman, I never encountered such rude sales people
Manny Garcia, Chief, and Walid all made me feel like family, they took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase
Had the amazing pleasure of meeting Sohail, thanks to him and Mr. Thomas me and my husband were able to purchase our dream car ! He went above and beyond to help us take home our car ! Amazing customer service we had previously visited another dealership and were there for about 30 minutes and no one ever came to help us and when we visited here as soon as we stepped foot on the lot we were welcomed!
I have really good experience with the team in Dublin Toyota they are really friendly and they really helpful I say that because I got my new car and I want to saythank you Javier Arana.
If you like sales people that don’t personally care about you and only want to make a sell, this is the place for you. If you are just looking around, but want them call you everyday, even though you told them that you’re not looking to sign any papers, this is the place for you. If you want them to be rude and get mad at you because you won’t accept their offer, this is the place for you. If you want “the best deals, that you won’t get anywhere else” but can clearly get better deals everywhere else, this is the place for you. Not the place for me though. Will never go back.
Know the car buying process. I had my Bank of America preapproval ready knowing the dealer can use them bc they’re a partnering dealer. The sales guy and the sales manager Kevin Ta offered the Toyota finance rate that was higher. They said they couldn’t get me my rate due to me being there after hours and stated to sign the Toyota financing to lock in the car and I have the right to find financing within 5 days. There was a lot of back and forth and I finally agreed. However when I got to financing, the finance guy looked up my credit and without question gave me my BoA rate. I was lied to from sales for what? Only to find out the truth from financing who was the only honest guy there. Needless to say I didn’t purchase due to not understanding tax laws purchasing from CA to OR. I didnt trust the dealership anymore. In the end, there is no cut off time from financing to look up partnering bank rates bc it’s all electronic. A reminder of how shady car sales can be.
I went there today to look at hybrid car, I found the one I like the price on the window around $29k, went inside to make a deal and I was surprise that the price is $34k, they explain that because of the pandemic they are not getting much of hybrid cars so they mark up $5000 on the price showing on the car, so I will explain what they did now, because of the pandemic your price gouge $5000 extra, and they expect me to pay it because they can’t get those cars, it is price gouging and taken advantage of pandemic like we are having right now, you should be ashamed of yourself trying to explain to me why you’re adding $5000. Well never return to you forever you just lost my business my business as well as my family and friends.
Extremely unprofessional manager and salesperson. Went in to understand the different trims of RAV4/Venza they had and the salesperson was least interested to explain the differences or the different packages they had.The manager was also extremely rude and not willing to discuss anything other than sell off one of the sample cars they had.The manager really needs training to talk to customers. When he understood they didnt have the trim we like, he literally forced the salesperson to not attend us which was humiliating for the sales staff and us.Please do yourself a favor and dont visit this place. There is another Toyota 10 miles down the road which might be better than this.Worst car buying experience ever.
Guy named rohan helped me in the finance department but was awfully rude and barely let me finish my sentence without speaking over me barely let translate to my mother either
Very bad service didn’t believe. DO NOT recommend this place especially Eric. This Guy was send email to make appointment at 4 pm I came here . He told me wait I will see the vehicle it’s available or not . I told him if you sell the vehicle why you not send me email. I drive 2 hours to come here. Here’s the email. There’s the picture Eric.
Regrettably, I need to change this review to reflect the absolutely horrible manner in which Dublin Toyota has treated us after our used car purchase. The car came with a 3 month, 3K mile warranty. That warranty specifically spells out what it covers which includes the exact part their own shop diagnosed as the problem. Unbelievably Dublin Toyota has refused to honor their own warranty! Ive never seen anything this bad from a Toyota dealer! Please use caution with this Toyota dealer...
I dont like the service here, no attention to details
Horrible experience with Dublin Toyota. Bought a new Prius last November and spent practically the whole day there. The salesperson was nice enough, but while doing the paperwork, the finance person kept pushing me to sign on for their service contract even thought I told him several times I didnt want to do that. So pushy, and didnt care that he was wasting a customers time. Then when I drove home, I had a concern about the car, called the dealership and spoke with a really rude manager, who very proudly told me that he didnt know anything about cars. Not a good way to calm down a customer who had a concern. Also, Toyota has cut corners with this new 2021 model, it is uncomfortable as far as the placement of the console, cup holders, and so on, the hatchback doesnt have a cover, you need to buy it separately, it gets stuck and is difficult to remove and place back. Overall it is just more uncomfortable due to those and other features. I am really regretting my choice, and dislike this new model so much that I am planning to overhaul my old Prius eventually.I am supposed to get two free oil changes at Dublin Toyota with this new car, but wont go back there as they said it would be a three hour wait. And their service people are very rude as well, as I have had prior experience with them with my old Toyota. So even though it will be a free service, I will go to autoTECH Danville, where I will be paying for the service, but where they know what customer service is, and they truly treat me like a valued customer.
Pathetic experience... If there is a negative or zero star rating i might had given that.We went to buy our Camry Hybrid and negotiated the price with the sales person (forgot his name). That guy was super nice and he was helping us to make the deal. All of a sudden the sales manager Mo came from nowhere and jeopardize the deal and he took all the paper works and offer documents from the sales guy. Looks like he didnt like the price offered by his own sales guy.Such an unprofessional behavior. showing attitude such that he is providing free car to the customer. Rude behavior 😤After that, we went to buy the car from Concord Toyota next day and the deal was closed in an hour. They are such a group of transparent people and helped me to get a car with better spec amd with less price when compared to the offer from Dublin Toyota. Thats the art of customer relationships.Dublin Toyota- humble request, You guys shoud learn how to treat customers from Concord Toyota. FYI- customer comes to your dealership to have a smooth and transparent experience in buying a car and not to see your unprofessional attitude. Please try to be transparent and courteous to your customers. Without them you cannot move forward. Thanks
Pathetic sales department!
Great courtesy services.
Great inventory, they had just the truck Ive been looking for, but beyond that, I have some bones to pick with this place. What do you mean, Morgan? So glad you asked, please read on! But first, a quick disclaimer: Im truly not writing this to chastise this dealership. Im writing this in hopes that I can help others feel in control if they visit, and (hopefully) come out on top and leave with a sweet new ride. Because lets face it: most dealerships are, well, shady. Dublin Toyota is no exception. For those short of time, here are some pro tips for dealing with this place (if you must):- Arm yourself with research and knowledge around high pressure sales tactics and scams before stepping foot on the property (you should for any dealership, of course). They will run the gamut; come prepared.- Know exactly what you want, because the sales person will likely not know their product (read below).- If youre not buying in cold hard cash, please, I beg you, come with your own financing (more on that below as well).- Read all the fine print (yes, it sucks, but its a must) and ask too many questions. Youll be glad you did.In my case, the sales manager didnt know much about the truck she was trying so hard to sell. Ive been looking to buy a Tacoma for years, but as a test, I asked what the towing capacity was. She couldnt tell me, nor could she tell me things like the terms of warranty, and instead diverted to some trivial features like the mirrors being able to bend backwards and the sliding rear window (wow, my mind is blown!). I move metal, I dont deal with paperwork, was her response to my questions. Very comforting. After long negotiations and a rate you think youve settled, then you get to talk to financing. Just like the sales manager, they tried, and in my case unfortunately succeeded, to up-sell me on several other products and services, and include it in a lower rate. This all sounds great --and too good to be true, because, spoiler alert: it is -- until a few weeks later you get a notice in the mail that your contract has been rescinded, the offered rate cant be financed (because no financial institution in their right mind will finance that low, even for candidates with excellent credit), and that you need to come back to the dealership and renegotiate a new contract (just what I want to do on my weekend!). This is a tactic to get you to add on thousands of dollars worth of extras and they are allowed to because its in the fine print. When I went in to resolve this, the finance manager I first dealt with conveniently no longer worked there, but on the positive side, this was an opportunity to remove all the add-ons that got us in this mess in the first place. In the end, things shook out okay, but this was frankly one of the most dubious buying experiences Ive ever had. I held off writing this for nearly a month to make sure I wasnt saying anything out of anger, but I cant hold my tongue on this one. Im uneasy about the fact that Ill be stuck with them for the foreseeable future, but hopefully this review helps others have a better experience. Stay strong, youve got this!Good luck!
I had an amazing experience at Dublin Toyota. Put in an online application and got a response right away. David called and asked what I was looking for and all information needed. He said he would call me back with information regarding the finance. He called faster than I thought and gave me great news. Next day I went in and met with David. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Always asking if I had questions about anything. Always explaining all that we were doing. After went into sign papers and met with Matias to sign . He was amazing to work with. We not only signed the final papers but talked alot about just everything I was signing. He made the experience pressure free and was having a good time. Thank you Dublin Toyota for the above and beyond experience . I will forever remember the great customer service.
Called in to Dublin Toyota parts department 5/26 around 10:30am to get a quote specifically on 4 tires. Associate who answered in parts offered to transfer me to service advisors for install price... avoiding making the effort to quote me on the actual tires; which is what I was calling in for. I already know generic install pricing is $25. Wasn’t calling in for install prices. No one in service answered. Called back to parts and asked for the quote again. And he informed me I had just called and had an attitude about transferring me again to get install pricing... when I told him I wasn’t calling for install prices he gave me an attitude saying ... well most people who get tires want them installed. What good is install prices if I don’t have a tire price to even decide if I want to get my tires installed from you?Sounds like associate was having a lazy day and wanted to transfer calls to people to do his job for him. Finally called back after being hung up on and John was very helpful.
Excellent and quick service
I had a pretty good experience this past Saturday. My wife and I went 3wks ago there looking for the Rav4 Prime but wasnt on location yet. Our sales rep, Sohail, let us test drive the Rav4 Hybrid and when we were done, he said hed reach out to me when it gets there. Sure enough he did as he said. The deal that he and sales manager gave me was pretty awesome. Thank you Sohail!!
My family and I were looking to purchase two cars. We weren’t too sure what to expect when we arrived at the Dublin Toyota, since we had a horrible experience at the Livermore Toyota. When we arrived we were greeted by Vishal, who was friendly, and very accommodating. Being that my parents were Spanish speakers, he was very quick to call Lucas to further assist us. Once Lucas took over, he was very informative, understanding, and kind. He took the time to listen and understand our families needs. In less than an hour we managed to pick out two brand new 2020 cars. He did everything in his power to ensure we took home two new cars at a amazing price that we could afford without feeling like we were tricked or pressured into buying. To finish off an already amazing experience, Matias finished off our contract and added a bonus deal for additional care for the car while managing to still stay within our budget. Again, no words can explain what an amazing experience this was. My family and I are still in awe on how the 3 of them made this possible. Thank you so much! I would recommend everyone to purchase from Toyota Dublin, they really do care for their clients.
Unsatisfactory in several areas.Sales reps talk out of both sides of their mouths, dont take them at their word on anything until youve seen it in writing.Guy kept telling me my card was being declined, seemed odd since I had spoken to my banking service earlier in the day to ensure that the approved transaction would go through, turns out he was trying to charge $1000 more than what I had agreed to put down, when I confronted him about it he simply said, Oh. Guy kept eyeballing me as he did the rest of the paperwork, total sociopath.Next day I get a call saying that they forgot to charge me for one of the additional services I had paid for. Luckily I had records of the transaction showing that I had most definitely already paid for what they claimed I still owed...These guys are base creatures looking for quick and easy ways to swindle hard-working people out of their hard-earned money.Avoid if at all possible.
Just take your money somewhere else. But if you dont and come to this place just know anything that they say over the phone or email they will not care once youre there
There Tacomas prices are marked up to high, compared to other Toyota dealerships.
DONT use this Dealership! Take your money and time elsewhere. Although their website advertises online buying, DO NOT BELIEVE IT! I tried to purchase a vehicle online and had done everything I was told to do. We were in the process of finalizing shipping details when the salesman working with me called the next day to tell me the owner of the dealership sold the car I had been told was mine. I had been assured multiple times that this would not happen. It is unfortunate that this dealership does not value honesty and fair treatment. STAY AWAY!!!
Wonderful - Ive purchased 3 Toyota Priuss and my new Mirai at Dublin Toyota! Highly Recommended!!
Awesome service from the service advisor: Bill. He is friendly from arrival to departure. He explained to me of what they did on rav 4 as well as in detail of what it means for people who dont know too much of the technical aspect of the car like me. I would recommend people to talk to Bill for the service. He is knowledgeable and professional.
Mixed feelings about this dealership, MAKE SURE TO TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. My biggest issue is that I traded them my car on October 4th. Today I received a DMV notice with intent to suspend my registration on that car for lack of insurance, dated November 27th. I am writing this review on December 5th just after I completed the release of liability on the DMV website. This means that for the past 2 MONTHS, Ive had a $55k liability attached to my name because the dealer failed to follow through with their paperwork. To top it off, my trade in is no longer at their dealership so that means its changed hands already to possibly another dealer or worse theyve sold it to an unknowing customer.
I bought 2017 Corolla from here. The sales person Galen was great and he gave me good discounts. The dealership is good. Bad that they don’t offer rent a car/ try before you buy services ( which their website says they do). When we asked about it they seemed to be to casual to the customers as if they have not heard about this facilities.
Great service very pleased
I drove to this dealer to buy a rav4. A salesperson walks up to me. No formal greeting. Starts calling me buddy this buddy that & telling how awesome their dealership was & how many cars they have sold. I told him what I wanted & my price range. He looks at me top to bottom & probably thought I’m too young when I said I have bought over 10 cars already. Then he started talking to me very straight & in a rude manner. He said something like “looking at you I already knew you don’t want to buy a car” in a demeaning manner. I would have bought the car, in cash if I wanted to, if he had been more courteous. He judged me based on how I looked. I walked away after he told me that. & by the way it’s just a freaking Toyota & you are selling car that’s all. So be a little more courteous as I’m not begging you to give me your car, I’m paying for it with my own money.
Best place to buy a car!Ive worked in the auto business for a while (therefore havent had to buy a car in a while, until now) so I was determined to find the best dealership, best price, best experience. I found it at Dublin Toyota after looking all over the bay area, even though I had to drive 35 miles to get there.Hamida, the internet sales manager, was wonderful- responsive and helpful, fast, not pushy, very empathetic to what I was looking for. She knew her stuff about the Sienna and helped me figure out some features I didnt know about. She even pushed the GM to get me another $100 off the car, which I got off an already excellent price. wow.Kamron from financing was also super. I had a pretty good rate that he couldnt beat (often dealers can beat your pre-approved rate--in this case no) So he didnt waste my time and moved through the other products / services / add-ons I might be interested in. Most I wasnt, and he accepted and moved quickly on with no pressure, some I asked questions about and he had good helpful answers.I was in and out in 2 hoursl with my car, and it would have been faster if I hadnt been so talkative. If there were anything at all to improve, it would be getting through on the phone for a question or 2 after the sale-- but after a couple of tries they got back to me and were very helpful. Overall, a great experience buying my car that I recommend to anyone.
Great Service
Excellent, friendly helpful staff
My fiance and I went in to look a car and decided to not buy it. We told them thank you for their time, but they were unable to work with our budget (Which we understand). Larisa, who is on the sales team, was very professional and helpful. As we were walking to our car, the floor manager (Mo) chased us and kept asking us why we didnt want the car. We had already said no, and he was being very pushy to try to get us to buy this car. He was quite rude and unprofessional, as well as visibly angry that we did not buy a car. We said that we were looking at other options, and then he proceeded to aggressively tell us to go away. He soured our experience of going back to purchase a car in the future.
Wow we bought a car from here a year ago with good experience. Went in last night and has the rudest most arrogant sales guy on the planet. Zack Ganbold. Needless to say wasted 45 mins and i literally walked out. This guy said im gonna check the price of the car and walked away for 25 minutes. Still didnt have an answer when he returned. Find a different occupation.
This past Saturday we purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry SE at Toyota in Dublin, upon arriving we were approached by Sohail Ebadi. My wife and I were there to look at used-certified cars. Sohail, got us to test drive a 2019 Toyota and a couple of other used cars he then provided us with information on the purchase of a used car versus a new car after he shared that they had incentives/rebates on their 2020 vehicles and explained the benefits of purchasing new (he was not pushy about the sale-which we appreciated it). We proceeded to test drive the 2020 and we liked it, negotiated and drove away content that we got a good deal thanks to the efforts of this knowledgeable young man. Also, want to say thank you to Dave in the Financing Dept., he was new to the position and we felt comfortable with his work ethic and friendly conversation.
Had a wonderful experience with the dealership in working with Larissa Watts, in leasing a car back in August 2018, and then again in September 2019. Thought to say thank you by writing this review. Would definitely recommend and return in future.
The salesman told me “don’t worry, I’ll hold this car for you”, so I drove 2 hours to purchase it only to find out the it had been SOLD! I had offered to fill out the paperwork via intervener, etc. and was told not to worry. After all of that, they tried to sell me a more expensive car... bad business, no integrity!
I walked around for 30 minutes and nobody said hi until I started to leave....needs to be more customer service oriented
Excellent place to make business with I highly recommend to get in touch with Ms. Larissa and Mr. Atal great folks to know and will do excel for ya!!Good luck shopping out there.A good shout out on Dublin Toyota leadership keep up the good work folks thank you!
Best deals all round Friendly staff! Definitely will be coming back here! Sister purchased her car with ease .. she Recommended them to Me and I can Honestly say Over all great Experience!
Excellent customer service, great deals and wide variety and selection of cars and trucks. I would definitely recommend doing any service here and it is to great to pass up on if your in the market for a car. 5 stars for Dublin Toyota for its professionalism and convenience.
We had a used car picked out and called ahead to see it and possibly buy it. We even had the finances arranged. It still took 3 hours and 45 minutes before we had the car. Thats too long.
Very good service big selection salesperson kind and helpful i will comeback for my next purchase
Great customer service. William and Ken are a great sales persons. I recently brought a RAV4 and Corolla, not only he provided me with very good deal but he did not try to push anything extra and the entire transaction went smooth.
Clean place, professional staff, in-time service.
Best inventory and price in the area. The internet sales manager David is going to give you the best price. Just bought a 2019 Highlander from there. I highly recommend David and this dealership if you are getting a Toyota.
John Nguyen At Toyota Dublin was the best sales person I have encountered while looking around to buy my 2019 Camry. He gave me the best price and customer experience without much haggle. I really want to give a shoutout to Toyota Dublin and their leadership for going above and beyond customer service in comparison to other dealerships in South Bay.Which sadly in my experience are not nearly on par.
We rescued a kitten from the middle of a busy road in Castro Valley, but it crawled behind our dashboard. Mike in service and the team at Dublin Toyota helped us rescue the kitten at no charge. In the hot weather, it could have easily been trapped and died. Their compassion and competence were outstanding!!!!
Walked in after a few phone calls to Zack and completed a car sale pretty quickly. Zack and Derek went out of their way to attempt to get a Rav4 Prime XSE.
The worse experience of trying to buy a tacoma of any dealerships Ive been talking to and it has been poor already as I realize now why car salesmen got such a bad reputation. They are dishonest, let me know in the last moment there was a $3000 over msrp mark up and over advertised by them even the day before sent to me personally price for 2 months now apparently! Not answering my question clearly about if the truck arrived yet on the day it supposed to and telling me its available and trying me to come to the dealership and do the contract to buy the truck (not just the deposit) days before it even arrived!!! I think Im going with german cars even if they break but at least customer service is good and they treat you like you have a brain...
Had a fantastic experience today in the Service Department. Took our vehicle in for a routine service. The service advisor who helped me is named Andrew Dile. Andrew is the most professional and personable service advisor Ive encountered at any dealership. He handled some tough questions I threw at him about an upcoming recall with grace and poise. If I owned Dublin Toyota, Id be constantly scouring every department for top talent and developing that talent for bigger and better things. If youre the owner reading this, do yourself a favor. Go to the Service Department and ask to meet Andrew Dile. If youre lucky enough to keep this young man, hell be running the place someday.
Great dealership! If you are in the market for a Toyota, or need service, definitely go to them. Shout out to Ron and Alfredo in the maintenance department! Very professional and polite!
