Conveniently located. Good place for shopping. More Asian food focused. A lot of parking space available. There are a lot of fresh vegetable and fruit to choose from, and fresh meat products and sea food. It opens seven days in a week from 9:30 am to 8:30 PM. I always visit this place whenever coming to this direction. Hope that you all enjoy visiting it as well.
Wish we had a nice big store like this in the Canton area. Really enjoyed all the wonderful products they have available here.
I have shopped at this store frequently, and while I find this it conveniently located to where I live and usually find what I need for a recipe I’m making, I find the shopping experience awful. First off there is the stench. While every other meat product is covered orWrapped, yesterday, there was a bin of what appeared to be fish heads and tails jusy sitting outNot covered and some other organ meat next to it, again, unwrapped or uncovered. The smell was awful. Then there is the staff, just plain rude. I feel like I am intruding, when I have every intention of spending money and supporting their business. I will now go to the market at CAM market at Mill Run that appears to be and smells cleaner and the staff are wonderful.
Although they have a great variety of items I have been searching for, their customer service is AWFUL. At first I thought maybe it was a cultural thing and made an excuse, but after seeing the way the cashiers interact with some and differently towards others, nope. They. Are. Purposely. Rude. They wont answer questions. They will not speak to you, even after youve said hello. They simple refuse to hand you your change or your receipt. Everything is thrown on the counter or in your bag (thrown, not placed). Tragic.
Such variety at good prices, clean store and friendly staff!Only four stars because although most of the produce (and dates on packaged products) was fresh, I bought a sleeve of garlic and when I got home saw there was mold between the cloves.I’ll still shop here again though for sure.
Never had any bad experiences so far. Sometimes they run out of what I need but their services are good. I like fresh produce.
Very very good market, very traditional to actual markets in Asian countries, or at least as close as can be in the USIf you dont know exactly what youre looking for, it can be a bit hard to find things but otherwise its fantastic
Great medium size market had everything I was looking for maybe not the brands I was used to.
My family typically visit this market on e a week. A supermarket focusing on Asian ethnic food. Many choices of vegetables, fruits, snacks, spices, noodles, meats, toufu (cheaper than American stores). They have a deli section that sells Chinese BBQ, roasted duck. There is also a bakery section that carries bread, bean buns etc.
5 stars for the selection, 1 star for the hard navigation through the aisles and lack of customer service. I felt very out of place and no one even spoke to me in the store and not even when checking out. I was able to find what I was looking for and more. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. One item I was interested was two months expired. I did check dates on everything I purchased just to make sure everything else was still within expiration. If the smell of seafood offends you, this is the not the store for you.
Sauteed beef with cilantro is incredibleI wish theyd make it more often
Great market. Huge selection of items.
Customer service is very bad, the responsible manager cant handle it, and she doesnt respect customers when you asked her about something she doesnt know to answer.no respect, and the prices have been raised crazy, I dont advise anyone to buy from this store,Theyre not professionals.i give them zero stars.
Will never be coming back, majority of the items I wanted to buy were expired and the workers there are just awful.
I like this store only complaint is items are not properly priced sometimes. For example the price for the duck was old price last week when i looked and when i got home i noticed i was charged a couple dollars more and just saw the new price today when shopping.
My last review was five stars. now its one star cause the lady charged me for four lucia thai tea drinks when i only got 3 so i went back in the market to correct this mistake and she started yelling at me for speaking to her in english!! never again will drive further to go to the korean market or the mexican markets atleast they dont yell at me there!!
I am very disappointed with the service in the store. The staff was very rude. I asked help to find some item but I was told “no” from the staff. Also some item is not scanned properly and they rip the customer with high price.I hope they improve it.
Nice spot for asian stuff. Plently of things available. Dont expect any greetings from the employee during checkout. :-D I dont know why, but they dont talk to customer.
Great place to get chibese veggies and the BBQ duck and pork that you can order up front is delicious.
Great selection and special applause to their Red Bean Mochi sold in front of their instore kitchen (believe it of sweetness.. Kudos!!s freshly made there too?). So soft but chewy with the right amount
Love this store. Great selection of products and really friendly staff. You should definitely visit
Quick checkout they had the Samyang noodles I wanted.
Every basic thing you need for cooking chinese dishes, but it can use some cleaning.
Very nice Asian market. It has all need. Great prices and nice staff.Fast check out.
Busy when I went there, but the aisles are wide enough, unlike other Asian markets. Great produce and fish selection.
They always have the best and food here to go shopping for. My girlfriend gets these raman noodles that are crushed up and have seasoning mixed in with them. Shes weird🤪
Great place to find the majority of ingredientces for Chinese dishes. Some products can be a bit more pricy than in other places.
Employees here need to learn customer service! I like most of the selections and all, but damn those cashiers are rude! Learn how to say thank you, thanks for shopping here, have a nice day etc...! Hand ppl their receipt, and change instead of putting it down when their hand is held out! Thats rude!
Its just an Asian grocery store like those shown in the movies. What else do you expect?
For the price and variety of food, this place is well worth to check out. I was especially impressed when I bought a mortar and pestle, and the cashier asked if I had checked it. When answering no, she opened the box to ensure nothing was broken, which was a thoughtful thing to check. Prices are even comparable to places like Aldi and most products can be found individually packaged/sold, so we dont waste so much cooking for only two.
A bit pricey but can find what we need most of the time :)
Nice store, many authentic asian products and small oriental eatery.
This is the cleanest Chinese store I have ever been in !! Preises are good and very organized .!!
Roast duck to go, and the grocery had a wide variety of fresh fruits vegetables. Canned goods from around the world.
Customer service doesnt exist, extremely unfriendly and rude. The place is definitely cleaner since the pandemic but they sell expired items so always check the date. The location is good for me and they do sell a variety of items that I cant find anywhere else.
Good selection and customer service 😊
Best roast duck
I bought the noodles today and the noodles had expired and had a bad smell, so I went to the store to ask for a change, but the staff and the manager spoke poorly and made a frustrating expression to me. When I talked to the manager, I could change the noodles, but when I was about to walk out of the restaurant. The manager says “Dont put the noodles in the microwave again.” But the top of the noodle bag says I can put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and I do the same on the bag.
Clean, medium busy and great selection
Awesome grocery store for Asian foods. They have everything you can think of. They also sell roasted duck by the half or whole. Which is done pretty well. Especially if you do not feel like going to the trouble of making duck yourself. Definably recommend this place even if it is just go in and look around.
So amazing!! I have driven by a ton of times and just now found this place. The selection is seriously amazing, they have everything you need, fresh veggies to baked goods. They have a very interesting seafood department, extremely fresh!!! Prices are fantastic! Great place to visit, plenty of parking, ready to see from the street. Check it out!!
Very clean and organized
A dying business
Have visited here several times and am amazed at their variety of food and vegetables. They have korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and several other Asian foods, vegetables, candy and several versions of noodles for noodle lovers. They even have a fish market and offer to cut and clean your purchase. Great place to purchase groceries.
Great market. Very fresh produce w a great selection. Good prices. Ample parking. Friendly staff.
Always enjoy going here
Great store with lots items to sell, and fair price.
Very nice selection and helpful staff
Ill never ever go to the store again!!! Meat place is gross and smells so bad. When I went to checkout, they scanned one of the products and have doubt about the price. They asked me to pay but took away the product I already paid to check the price, leaving me standing and waiting for minutes to get things back. Its their responsibility to mark the correct price before selling that. Theres no customer service at all. They asked me not to take the basket out of the store even before I started to step out. Who wants these dirty and nasty baskets!!! These staff are so rude and it was definitely an unpleasant shopping experience. I would never recommend going there. If you want to shop in a Chinese market, go to CAM (3767 Park Mill Run Dr, Hilliard, OH 43026) instead.
The store is clean, and well-lit. That being said, it can look a bit haphazard at times depending on the day. They seem to put out product in the middle of the day with boxes crowding the aisles instead of low traffic hours. Great selection of Asian groceries. Produce, especially the fruit need close inspection as Ive seen customers toss unwanted produce back into bins (and I mean toss, not casually dropped from an inch). Its my go to Asian grocery that carries 95% of what I want.
Store is clean and well arranged.I mainly go there to buy fresh water fish. You will get variety of sea food and meat .Also lots of Asian foods and fresh vegetables.
This is a nice, clean Asian grocery option. I like that they also have some gift options and home goods. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because the stock can be sporadic and limited. They may have the basics, but meat cuts and seasonings vary on each visit.
Nice clean Asian food store. Stock is fresh and prices are very competitive. One plus is that they sell precooked duck! Just like you would see hanging in a window in Chinatown. They also offer braised pork belly and buns. Lots of other fresh ready-to-eat food as well. For those with more adventurous culinary tastes, check the meat department. They offer live frogs and other delicacies from time-to--time.
One of the largest Asian groceries in Columbus area. Park to Shop also has one of the best roast pork butchery. Better than CAMs or other Asian groceries.
Went there a month ago looking for masks, glad I did. They had reasonable prices for surgical masks, and had just received a large shipment of them.
Asian grocery store with pan-asian products, fresh produce, spices and other imported ingredients usually hard to find elsewhere. Good alternative to CAM since they moved.
This is a wonderful store where my wife and I get all of our Asian food. We go weekly for vegetables and other items. The is the best place for hot pot as well as Chinese bbq. After spending a few years in China, this place reminds me how wonderful Asian cuisine can be. Don’t hesitate going here.
In and out in 5 minutes. Whats but to love
Some of the ladies could be nicer. Really snappy and argumentative.
I drove almost 1hr fromWhere I live and be there about 6.30PM..And people who work there they told me they close at 6:30.. Plz go change on your website and let people know what time your shop close time..because on the website said close at 8:30 that why I drive over ..Just waste people time..
Fresh food and good service
An excellent Asian market. If you know what an Asian market typically looks like, you wont be surprised. Dont expect a lot of English either on the labels or from the staff, but the place is clean and well-organized, and they have a good selection of produce, meats, and pre-packaged products. I found plenty of stuff from China, Thailand and Korea. One disappointing thing: I didnt see any fresh sushi.
I love the fresh fish here. They have live catfish, bass, crabs, shrimps and many more. Everything seems reasonable in price.
Great variety of Korean/Chinese products. They also have excellent in-house roasted duck.
There are so many great things to discover here at this store. The prices are great!
Buyer attention : As a recent personal experience, In this Asian market, Sliced pork is sold as sliced beef belly .
I needed thai basil for a dish I was making. When I called to see if they had it, they said they would get it tomorrow. I called again the next day and was told they had it. I drove all the way there and when I got there, the bin was empty. So I asked the person working there and she shrugged her shoulders asked someone else who said tomorrow. I live 30 mins away and specifically called to see if they had it and drove all the way there just have someone shrug their shoulders and say tomorrow.
Not clean, expired items on shelf, unfriendly employees. There are so many asian / ethnic grocers in the Columbus area, theres no reason to go back ever.
Ive been here several times for lunch. It can be challenging for non-Chinese speakers, but well worth the extra effort and patience. The food is quite traditional Chinese and the chefs at the restaurant are perfectionists about their craft. Delicious!Wander about and try some of the assorted goodies from the grocery as well. Some great food items, rarely if ever seen in Columbus.Would recommend a native speaker accompany you if you cant speak Chinese for the fullest possible experience!
Huge selection of sauces, noodles, vegetables, and frozen novelties. Tons of items not available in Columbus supermarkets. Bulldog Tonkatsu sauce, Kewpie Mayo, dumplings, etc. So much fun to just go and find something youve never tried before.
Great prices and a fantastic place to pick up Asian staples and not so staples. Has a bit of a lot of different cuisines ingredients, so you may not find super specific items here. But this is a one-stop-shop for many Asian cuisine items.
Been there twice since they open, the first time I went when they were newly opened a day I liked it that time. But when I was there recently things have changed a lot. It felt like I entered into a fish market. Store was smelling horrible. Good product line up at good price.
Great variety of items you cant find in normal supermarkets. A lot of stuff is cheaper than they would be elsewhere (tofu, seaweed, imported items etc). Staff is friendly as well.
Love this place. I like to have noodles for lunch while I babysit grandkids. Ready in three minutes....Park to Shop must have at least thirty different types of them. I spent less than twenty dollars to get thirty two lunches.
I love the store but they got the worse customer service I ever come across in the Asian grocery . The owner need to hire better people to work there before this store goes out of business because there is so many Asian grocery now to shop that we don’t need to spend our money here. I’m done shopping here.
Came across this randomly due to visiting other establishments. Never quite noticed there was another Asian Grocery beyond Tensuke and CAM so decided to have a look and ended up buying some items. Staff appears friendly and well-prepared to answer questions you may have. The prices are surprising is some areas of the store. Great prices on things I normally buy at other said stores. One thing I thought was cool was the meat/seafood department carries fresh live fish/crabs/frogs. YUM! I recommend at least giving this place a visit.
The biggest Chinese grocery store in Columbus Ohio currently, period. There are a number of other Chinese grocery stores in the area, but mostly just like corner shops, no comparison to this one. This one has decent size and its comparable to good size of asian stores in other areas. Glad we finally found this one after 1 month searching.
Good for Asian groceries. Love their exotic fruit collection and noodles collection. Prepared food items also available.
I love how big it is. They have so much stuff here that youll need to make sure to go thru every aisle and make sure you dont miss a thing! Great selection of soy sauces and a huge selection of packaged noodle soups! Their prepared foods is also pretty impressive with the hanging roasted ducks, pork, bbq pork, etc. Their produce section is also pretty big with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. Its going to get expensive coming here every week!
Excellent Asian grocery with lots of fresh produce, meat and seafood, handmade fresh noodles, oils, sauces, dried noodles, and so much more. This store is one of the largest Asian grocery stores Ive seen, so make sure you give yourself time to shop.
I enjoy this place however like most Asian markets, its run by rude and nonEnglish speaking people which doesnt bother me as much because I grew up with it. But still, no business should be as such. My biggest complaint is that their meat section is pretty gross. I am never buying meat from them again! Got food poisoning and the meat had so much gristle and bone pieces.
The manager at this store is really rude and very unprofessional. If your not from her country she acts very very rude. Will never shop here again please don’t go here!!! Very very rude and customer service skills are very bad
Best grocery store in Ohio
This is definitely a Chinese food super store... my wife and I love this place. There is a language/social/cultural barrier I think with the staff so dont expect too much in that regard.
It was okay. Kind of cramped and a bit dirty. They seemed to have a good selection of Asian foods though! I didnt spend a lot of time here but I personally think CAM in Hilliard is cleaner and has more stuff! And if youre looking for Japanese groceries, Tensuke in Upper Arlington is the place to go.
Lines are insanely long and cashiers talk too much. Keep the line moving and cut back on the chit chat.
The people working there are not very helpful. If you ask if they still have STOCK in the back for produce, they would just shake their heads and say no without checking. This has happened to me a couple of times. It would be helpful if they understood English. I cant get the help to find what I want when I go there. A customer of the shop helped me instead of the employee, how funny!
I agree with some early reviewers that the meat and fish product section in this store smells not pleasant! Especially if you are more familiar with the typical frozen sea food section as in a normal supermarket. But thats exactly the point- you need to know that most Asian meat and sea food section is filled with non- frozen, and even worse: more life stocks :) They should improve for sure. But you dont have to be freak out, either. OK, more important, I did notice some improvem on pricing and store arrangement from my recent two visits. My parents like this place a lot :) I go there only to get something I cant find in a normal supermarket.
Loooooove this place! Best selection of Asian food and products youll find in Ohio! Ive been many places, but no where can even compare to park to shop.
I love this place because its so close my work place. But customers service wise, its the worst especially at the hot food! People see you waiting but no one wants to ask if you need help. And their apron said I put customers first! But I never seem to get the services. And the main desk customer services is always empty so...
Not bad as Asian grocery stores go. Not GREAT..not fancy..could use better merchandising. Decent selection.
Great memories Great people. Amazing outstanding Cleaned.💟
Enormous store. Hard to find anything because so many of the Oriental employees do not speak English. There are some young Oriental employees who speak English, but they are so Americanized that they do not know Oriental products. For me, as handicapped, I only buy produce which is near the door. Otherwise, I have to drag my wheelchair out of the trunk of my car.Once, I found meat with a low price on it. As I was checking out, the girl said that I could not buy it. Pretty rotten customer service, and very illegal.
Bad service
Most times it is good, but there were few times they were selling stuff that was already rotten or with mildews, such as pickled seaweed or carrots in the plastic containers that I found out after got home. This is terriable!
Mostly asian groceries there! vegatble and meats! poultry! easy to find from sawmill! have huge parking !
One of the best Chinese supermarket in town. The place smells pretty fishy though but the products are improving
I really like the store they have everything I wanted, they always have seasonal food which is a plus.
