He took time to listen to me to understand what I was looking for/needed. He was kind, patient and professional. His goal was to ensure I left as a happy customer. I purchased a new Honda Accord Touring from Acura Columbus. Treg was my salesperson. They are great. I walked in, the process was very easy. I never felt pressured. The car was priced appropriately and they even worked with me on my trade-in. They walked me through options for gap-insurance and other insurance to protect from any wear and tear. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen, and had a wonderful experience working with Sam and Adam. Sam even drove the vehicle from Dublin to Xenia to seal the deal, due to my crazy work schedule. Hopefully won’t need to shop anytime soon, but for sure would purchase again from them.
The entire process was seamless - from the online scheduling to the vehicle pick up and drop off from/to home. The service advisor kept me informed of the status throughout and the payment was done online. Car was returned when promised, washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service! Who likes having to get their car fixed?? I call for pricing on various things I need done. Service can only quote labor, parts can only quote parts. So Im being juggled back and forth on the phone between departments to figure out the total cost for THEM to do the work! Now throw in the attitude I recieved from one of them. Way to make a bad situation worse.
I was in the Columbus area when my service due indicator popped on in my dash, letting me know I needed an oil change, air filters replaced & tires rotated. I initially tried Lindsay Acura b/c they were right up the road from where I was. They refused to see me as a walk-in, telling me there was no way they could work me in, even though I live an hour away from any Acura dealership. I figured I would try Acura of Columbus....just in case they might say yes....before I drove all the way back home. Not only did they say yes, they explained that I may have a bit of a wait since I didnt have an appointment. I was ok with that if it meant I didnt have to make an additional trip to Columbus. They serviced my car, gave it a quick wash, & had it back to me in way less time than what I was expecting. They were friendly, helpful & informative. I will have to make another trip to see them soon, as I have a part that is under a recall. They ordered the part today, & we will schedule for that replacement once it arrives.
Pick up was at exact time they had said (2 weeks earlier!!!!) sent a video during check up, mechanic spoke .A very handy for my wife and I at this time is the Pick up and delivery . Car was gone a very short time actually less than 3 hrs from PU to del.the work performed was superior as well and I feel very confident in their findings.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here! I had a low tire pressure signal and did not have an appointment. I was greeted kindly, my car was looked at quickly, and the problem was fixed (nail in tire). I appreciate the inspection and report via email and love the video of what they found during inspection. Because I got my tires here last year, there was no charge to fix the problem! Not only that, but my car got washed also. I am so grateful to have such a quality service center so close by!

I waited a LONG time for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation! No one came to explain the wait although they did apologize for how long I was there and thanked me for my “patience.” There was no coffee/water/drinks or snacks for “covid” reasons. This dealership needs to check out the Acura dealership in Knoxville TN. That dealership has customer service nailed!
I am always happy with the customer service I get from Acura Columbus. It’s never inconvenient, if I need to have my vehicle serviced, but can’t take time out of my day, they make it easy to loan me a vehicle to do so. The only vehicle I ever see myself owning is an Acura

I worked with Matthew Reed and Adam Hannah this past weekend to purchase a new-to-me car. I saw a car on their site after almost a year of looking for the right fit. Confirming the vehicle was still available and scheduling an appointment was so easy. When I arrived Matthew was there waiting with the freshly cleaned and serviced car for me to drive.After making the decision to buy the car Matthew worked with me and his sales manger to get me to a payment I would be comfortable with, and made it easy to arrange a later date to pickup the car and finish the paperwork. The car was ready and waiting when I returned to pick it up a couple of days later and finance was a breeze with Adam. I co-signed on the car with someone else who couldnt come to the dealership but Adam had no problem accommodating that so we could take the new car home and keep her safe during COVID.Even though I wasnt purchasing a brand new $40K Acura (in fact it was a cheaper Honda SUV) I felt just as important as everyone else there and never pressured by any of the staff. Came here with the hopes of buying an RDX, somehow a $43,000 car became $53,000 almost $800/month preowned lease. Walked away unimpressed, maybe it is just the market shortages. Found a new Mazda CX-9 at a local dealer with great deals and more features. Came back to New York and purchased a better equipped $48,000 new car for $461/month. In short shop around and do your homework.

It had been more than 10 years since I got a new car so I was definitely nervous going into the whole experience. I cannot express clearly enough how amazing the entire team is at Acura Dublin. The whole process was so easy and they were very patient to explain every detail to me along the way. They also offer add-ons that are by far the best options I have ever seen. What’s even better is that they don’t pressure you at all. When all of the paperwork was finished, I think they were just as excited as I was to drive off in my new RDX!

Once again, I had the most delightful service experience at Acura Columbus. It was the quickest and least expensive oil change ever (even with full synthetic - which is the only oil they use). Zach was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Everyone at Acura Columbus were immensely caring and observant of pandemic precautions. Living on the east side, I go pretty far out of my way to get my Acura serviced in Dublin. After this last experience, I will keep going out of my way because of how they go above and beyond.
