So glad I found this place. Debbie was the best in helping me decide which unit to get. They can appear to be smaller than they really are. She helped explain everything thoroughly and walked me to all the different available units. I also like that they are converting to easy locks instead of bulky padlocks. The place was very lean which was most important to me and she answered my thousand questions and also walked me through a few times to ensure I wouldnt get lost. I highly recommend this place!

I rented at Life Storage in Vegas and had a great experience so was happy to see that there was one here in Duarte. I stopped by to get an idea of the unit sizes and Debbie the manager was very friendly and efficient. Told her I would go online to get everything prepped and to save a few bucks. Debbie agreed and there was no pressure. Filled out the online info and came back a couple days later to complete the rental process. Got a great deal and again Debbie was super friendly and efficient.

I have had my unit for about 4 years...i have had others but Life Storage is the best! Safe, secure, well lit, extremely clean! Ive been with this place for more than a year and they driven up the price at least twice, I was late in the month of January by two weeks and they threatened to put a lien on my property. Life happens... Would not recommend!😡

Friendly staff, very clean premisis, very secure. I was/am very impressed. Sat in the front office and watched camera serveilance while talking with the manager. I would use this facility again in a heartbeat. And would highly recommend it to everyone that needs extra storage!

Definitely a 5 star storage place. I had some concern of the items I need to storage as they may be damaged by excess heat or cold (but not so much in California), anyway temperature is a major factor to my goods. I see this storage building has controlled temperature and that gives me peace of mind. The facilities are new, clean and operational. The personnel are great!

Ive rented self storage for over 20 years and have never had the reasonable price that I now pay for such a large unit. I always receive kind, personable and professional customer service at the counter and on the phone. The employees here, Andrew and the new and improved manager, Debbie (no more Ron) are awesome. I will always recommend this facility to my many associates and friends alike. I only hope that nothing changes here at Life Storage in Duarte. Thank you so much for being there for me and having such great, convenient hours and security.

Life Storage is great! Debbie and Andrew took the stress of moving away instantly. They made sure the paperwork process went as quick as possible so we can get our movers in immediately and get out! They even gave us a free coffee while we waited!

This place is awesome - cleanest storage facility Ive seen; it feels brand new. Comfy office, friendly and helpful people, and good coffee, too! After looking at what was in my Penske truck, Ron Weyant hooked me up with a secure space at a great deal - far better than what Ive seen closer to LA, but still super easy to get to from LA.

Very curtious and they had everything ready when we got their making it a fast and easy in and out experience. Very nice and clan facilitie. Best price in town, easy access and they have nice carts making it quick and easy to transfer everything from the car to the unit.
