Came for donations. Website says 9am. When I got here (at 9 because people say they close donations in just 10 mins) they have a temporary page taped on their sign that says their donations open at 12 today. There are cones set up through the parking lot so it takes parking space away. I always thought stores were required to have so many parking stalls for customers. Are they allowed to just cone off an entire row of parking? The cones sit there not even being utilized for their purpose blocking stalls for hours while the other stores in the center are open?Either way, I drove over 20 mins to get here. I do not want to wait around for 3 hours! Post your hours correctly! And if youre store open at 10, why post donations open at 9 then not really open them until 12? You obviously have workers there already. The backside of the sign says 9am even lol. I didnt notice until I went to take a photo of the cones blocking a double row of parking stalls including handicap spaces.

Be Warned- the prices have been jacked up SIGNIFICANTLY. Asking double digits on pretty much all the clothing items I was interested in. No idea why since they’re getting truckloads for free? Left with little and probably won’t be back if this is the new normal as many items can be purchased new, at times for less, than prices here today 🤷‍♀️

We were helped by an awesome and friendly employee. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde chin length hair and fun style. Super good experience. Best savers in the valley

If you’re going to have teenagers work for you, you may want to have an adult manager on site. Kamden and Wyatt (who ended up being my cashiers) were 1. dressed so unprofessionally and didn’t look like they worked there. Their hair was long wearing baggy pants and aTupac shirt and a hat 2. playing around making videos with their friends and 3 have no customer service skills whatsoever. Said not one word to me other than the total price. This is a manager issue. Definitely don’t want to come back if your staff is this bad.

Clean, awesome deals, kind staff!We love it here. The door greeters are always warm and welcoming.I find killer deals here- a $10 pair of everlane shoes.This store always seems to go though a lot of good furniture. The inventory changes a lot there.

Went to donate here. Website timings are not true for donation center. Call them or check for recent time updates. Current donation center timings are from 9 AM to 2 PM. Noticed them closing at 1:30 PM after I was done with donating.Couldn’t donate first time since I went at 4 PM by when this was closed. Responses in the store are not great.

This store had more stuff than others Ive been to before. Apparently, they even ran out of room in the donation area and couldnt take any more that day. Lack of cashiers was frustrating and one of the card readers caused more back up but that happens everywhere.

Pretty typical thrift store. The prices are hard to beat, but the selection varies wildly as with all thrift stores. I went looking for some end tables/coffee table and didnt have much luck, but its sort of up to chance with a thrift shop.

The store is super disorganized/dirty, they charge ridiculous prices for generic clothing from Old Navy, and the staff is just rude. An employee refused to help me with an item and claimed that the store was closed, even though it was ten minutes until closing. On top of that, the other employees were glaring at customers and not being friendly at all. Icky experience, and it’s not unique to this location. The one in Orem is also garbage.

Savers has a very organized book section which is very nice. I love thrift store books and its nice to be able to quickly look through mystery or classic books without having to filter through all the other books Im not interested in. Always a good find at savers!

I used to shop at Saver’s in Toledo Ohio all the time and I loved their prices. This Saver’s was pretty disappointing. They need to lower their prices, a lot. They had used Children’s Place shirts, for $5.49. New shirts at Children’s Place are $1.99-4.99 tops. Same with a lot of the Garanimals, Cat & Jack and Old Navy. I even saw shirts priced at $3.50 that I know I can get at the Dollar Tree. I shop second hand because it’s good to reuse but mainly for the price, however if I can buy it new for LESS it doesn’t make sense for my family. I have 3 girls so new means more of the girls can wear the same shirt/skirt/pants etc. Whoever prices your items really needs to shop around more and price your items accordingly. I was lucky enough to find a jean girl’s Levi skirt for $1.99, so not sure how I lucked out on that (you would think Levi’s would be priced higher than Garanimals, but I’m not complaining).

The service here is decent, they wont search you out too help you but they can and will answer any questions you have. They have a good selection of clothes and such. Theyre more expensive but their stuff tends to be better at the same time so its ok. If you like second hand shoes I would recommend this one.

Everything was broken and just garbage

Lots of product turn ove ra good amount of foot traffic. You can usually find at least one quality shirt that you like.

Terrible communication when it comes to donations. Was told completely different things by different people regarding the donation policy two days apart, with no apology for the inconvenience it caused me. The manager on the phone was very rude. Do not recommend.

Went to savers looking for a used pair of trainers (tennis shoes/running shoes etc) to wear for fishing. Was disappointed with the prices ($11.99 to 16.99) for a pair of used shoes. I have found most of their merchandise to be well chosen for their market, but more expensive than other similar outlets.

For a place that has EVERYTHING donated, the pricing of items is ridiculous!

You know how some Savers are better than others? Well... This is one of the better ones! I bought a 12 piece Chicago cutlery set thats worth about $175 for $5! LOL! Also saw Tahari long sweater coat for $11.95. Great clothes selection. Not picked over and gross like DI thrift stores. But Shhhh! Dont tell anyone! Or this thrift store will be shopped dry like the church thrift stores! 😘

A joke. Don’t bother dropping your stuff off here. The process is a nightmare and staff can’t help answer questions or provide information.

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER! I cant believe you actually pay Stephanie to be that nasty to customers. She needs to check her rudeness at the door and learn...or pretend to learn...some kind of pleasantries and customer service cause she has ZERO. Not only was she rude to me but while I was checking out, I watched her argue rudely to another woman till she just about had her in tears. BTW, this is my 1st review ever, of any kind.

Always fun to look for treasure. People are retarded and dont know what they are throwing away sometimes.

I completely understand that we are trying to take stricter precautions for COVID. But the donation process is a nightmare now. It literally takes 5 times as long because you won’t allow multiple cars to pull up. You’ve created this huge line and only allow one car at a time. People shop in your store, go through drive thrus, shop in the grocery store etc with much closer distance that one would ever experience even with multiple people dropping stuff off. Unfortunately this will lead to much more waste because people will just start throwing stuff away rather than waiting in such long lines that don’t make sense.

This is my favorite thrift store! I like it so much more then DI. Your purchases give you point towards a discount. The sales are great too

My husband accidentally gave Savers of Draper a large bag that wasnt supposed to go to Savers. I was devastated. But the manager helped me out and was willing to go the extra mile for me to find my bag.

Ive tried taking them donations for a week now, and theres always a reason they cant take them. I had to go to the Midvale Savers.

I have been trying to donate items for a week now. Their hours state donation center is open Mon-Sat 10am-12pm. So already Im trying to get there within a 2 hour window and every single time I show up before 11am there is a sign saying donation center is closed. Update your hours online or actually stay open as your hours state!

This place offers amazing deals on everything from name brand clothes to movies and books. Im never disappointed when I go to this specific location, since its in a particularly affluent area. My advice when you go: dont be afraid to search for what you like, you rarely find it immediately, but its almost always there.

My favorite thrift store hands down. Selection is wonderful and staff is friendly. (Millcreek Savers has great selection as well, but the staff is rude.)Love all their 50% off sales. You can usually find a lot in petite sizes, especially for pants which is rare in thrift stores. Such great value.

Excellent location. Usually a great selection. The staff here are incredibly friendly. I sometimes get a hard time when I bring in items to donate and request the coupon equivalent but the staff I worked with here were straight up and got it done which I appreciated!

I have never before into a more inexpensive thrift store. Never found shoes that fit me in a thrift store, either, as I wear size 14 4E. found multiple pairs of shoes that fit me, and they were all under $15. They have a great selection of items, all very affordable. I would recommend to the store to anyone, any day, I have nothing negative to say about it.

Donation drop off is a total joke now! Totally unorganized and typically stops within 10 minutes of opening.

Best Savers in the valley. They are in an affluent area, so I think that is what makes the store better. Usually, the quality of things at this thrift store are pretty good. The only real drawback is that many others know this also, and with the frugal and large family culture here in Utah, quality things disappear quickly.

Savers is great. This Savers, overall, is probably my favorite. Their pricing has somewhat raised over the past year but its still pretty good for what youre getting.

Not bad thrift story in a more affluent part of town. You will find items of higher value here. Unfortunately you will also find higher prices on these items, and items that are normally priced lower elsewhere in the valley

First time to a Savers and impressed with their clean store. Lots of clothing on long straight racks stretching from front too back.

Savers is the most organized as well as the cleanest thrift store Ive ever visited. That, plus senior citizens save 30% on Tuesdays.

Though I enjoy shopping here, you have to 1) know your prices as so many items are way overpriced for used clothing, I’ve found WalMart or Target brand that are more expensive then buying it new and 2) carefully inspect the item because I’ve later found holes in clothing

I love savers. You never know What You are going to find. The draper location is very clean.

I love this store. They have some really nice stuff. My only complaint is that pricing seems to be a little inconsistent. One item will be a certain price, but a similar item of the same or similar brand will be several dollars more. I havent noticed this inconsistency at other locations, so Im not sure what the deal is. Nevertheless, its still a great store to shop at.

I love shopping here, but the prices are pretty high sometimes. $7.99 for a Forever 21 tank top? Really? You may as well buy new.

I love going to savers to find great deals they have a pretty nice variety they even do discounts of like 30% off your purchase when you donate stuff & they got senior discount day I think its wed. The employees are nice and its fairly clean.

This store is insanely overpriced. I put a unique phone in my cart and an employee told me he had checked eBay to see how much they were going for. I’m guessing that’s how they base most of their prices. The manager said if it’s quality then that reflects their price. If it’s name brand, forget it; you’ll pay for that name. My son wanted a toy and picked one out. A lightsaber. But at $3.49 that’s a no.

This location overprices there items much higher than other Savers locations. Also the employees act like they donated every item and the sale is somehow going to benefit there paycheck. Won’t be returning rather drive elsewhere.

Never have I experienced such input and social comraderie when trying on clothes. A very nice fellow by the name of LEE was super fun, helpful and friendly. I also scored fairly well with clothes. The rest of the staff we encountered were also very friendly. Liklihood of returning is very high!

Amazingly surprised by the decent second hand selection offered, obviously they know what they are doing in the production area and behind the scenes at this location.MUCH BETTER THEN ANY D.I. Savers might cost a little bit more buy its all so reasonable we would be splitting hairs with a price comparison. They must take a little more pride in their work then other stores in this area of retail.I have found some really sweet treasures at this particular Savers and love their selection kept behind the glass.Worth the drive out to draper. Guaranteed to leave with something special as well as a great feeling for saving money and repurposing as well as recycling fashion.

Best selection in the valley for second hand goods. Books, clothes, toys, you name it. I love this store.Update 3.3.19 on my most recent visit I was shocked by the price increases. A bag of cars is $9.99 and a pair of boots is $16.99. You can buy those items new at Walmart for those prices. If you have a coupon its worth going, but I would suggest Goodwill for more reasonable prices overall.

This Savers location is in a nice area with adequate parking and a clean store. The selection is fair for clothes, less so for shoes and the prices are a little higher than you might expect. The staff were helpful and service was quick. Be aware that any clothes purchased here cant be returned, even if its the same day and the tags havent been removed and you have the receipt, you can only get store credit. I learned that lesson when I bought my child some pants that didnt fit and will definitely take my kiddo with me next time to try them on before I buy anything. They sell some new items as well but at the same price youd find them anywhere else so its not much of a deal.

They stopped taking american express as of 25 april 2019, just an fyi on that. The prices are high compared to other thrift stores, but that also means the better stuff is still there. For a thrift store it is one of the better ones if you want to pay their prices. Savers does not cater to the same people deseret industries does. More something that could be qualified as items, less garbage.

We are addicted to shopping at this Savers. Last night I left my phone in the book section and Boyd was so helpful on getting it back to me. :)

I absolutely love this store!! I shop for all my kids clothes and shoes here, and sometimes even myself. I cant handle paying full prices at other stores now that Ive been so spoiled with such great things at low prices! I always donate an item and then get a coupon for an additional 20 or 30% off my entire purchase, or I go in on holidays when most items are 50% off! The workers are very nice and the store is pretty clean. I find that it has a better selection, nicer items and more name brands than other Savers locations. I highly recommend this place!

Whoever does the pricing is NOT pricing it with thrift store prices,and they price the items more then they were sold for when brand new from original store! Thats a terrible way for a thrift store to operate. On top of this, so many people are so ridiculous! They donate their broken items to Savers! Every time I go in here, I spend hours trying things out to see if they will in fact work, and for their extremely high prices, all their expensive items SHOULD work, but they DONT! All in all, between the broken electrical items that are always here in this store, the expensive prices, and the fact that they wont reimburse you if you bring in a return, just a very disappointing tedious chore to shop here.

This is were I donate my stuff. I do wonder what big brothers and big sisters get from their partnership.
