You can come only 30 min before pick up, be ready if you are 2 h early they will tell you to park some were and come back 30 min before. Of course they don’t have any parking in the area .

TRUCKERS, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Would rate -10 stars if we could. This place is the worst for truckers to unload. Had a delivery for Monday 11/23 and they refused the whole load because a few pallets in the nose was loaded sideways. Broker had us held on to the load to get it reworked and wasnt able to redeliver until the following Monday. Only to find out that they were unloading a truck next to us that had their pallets sideways. The girl that was supposed to unload our truck took paperwork but left for the day and they didnt put another guy on until 2 hrs later. Also, when they were done they forgot about us and kept the red light on. Everything that can possibly go wrong will happen here!

They should get no Stars, Vary Rude people work here!

I rather be at Pepsi..Not really I was a Pepsi driver for a while and I know the ins and out of the warehouse, they dont care about drivers all you can do is bring youre waiting attitude to work, bring some snacks sit tight, avoid eye contact... maybe if you are a social person you could get a better treatment but essentially theyre out there to get there day over and go home they dont really care about getting it done..

Security sent me to the warehouse check in ， go to the warehouse wait 20mins a guy told me U have to go to the dispatch office by the security to check in first ， then come back and wait ……………… finally they star unloading ur truck ， and someone call u to go to unloading dock to move the palettes out ……

Takes for ever to unload, not politeness at all.

Had an appointment for pick up 13:00pm was late....check in 14:20 was loaded with full load 16:30. And delived next day 9am. It looks to me they are trying to load in a good timely manner.

For truckers loading: expect to spend a minimum of 3 hours from the time you arrive until loading is completed; my quickest time was 2 hours 35 minutes. Not a bad place just consistently slow. Very consistently.

For trucker very slow service

To all carriers complaining, if you dont like coming here, dont. Priority is for Coke drivers. More than half of the carriers that come in here are new drivers fresh from truck driving school. These drivers take hours to back into a dock, park in the wrong door, have inferior equipment or come dressed in flip flops. Complain to your dispatch or whoever books your loads. Either charge for detention or go pickup somewhere else. Carriers who come here are not screened by Coca Cola security. This is a post 911 world. These carriers must be kept in a certain area to not have unfettered access to the plant or the safety of employees. Next time, bring your lunch or a good book. Quality takes time. Great place to work. You want a vacation, go to Club Med.

After 3 hours my truck is still only half full. This must be a union shop because this grotesquely poor performance would not be tolerated in the real world. It has all the charm and the same decor and cleanliness as San Quentin State Prison.

Fu*k this place. Fu*k it up the as*. This place sucks. 7 hours waiting to get loaded. You cant wait in your truck. They make you wait in the warehouse in the most uncomfortable chairs for 7 fu*king hours. Everybody is rude and has an attitude. From the guy at the gate arguing with truck drivers to the chicks that take care of your paperwork that walk as if they have molasses in their as*. Not to mention the forklift drivers that repeatedly drive around in circles to make it look like theyre busy. And when you do see a forklift driver with Freight on his Forks hes driving so slow because hes texting on this phone. So thats why I say fu*k this place. Avoid at all costs!

Got to the plant a 5:15pm pst and sat there waiting tell 7:55pm pst to be loaded some of the employees here where very rude this is my first time here and if it keeps going the wayit is now it will also be my last. When I was a signed a door they told me that I need to unhook my air line and sit in the waiting are they had when I told them that I was going to lay down in my truck the dock worker told that if I did then I was not going to be loaded, and now they took there time loading me. The dock works are very rude I was trying to ask a question about my load and was told I had no right to be out of the driver sitting area the lady I talked to was Maria Macie the dock super visor. After all that she took my paperwork up to the guard shack and made me walk to it becouse she would not unlock my airline tell I had my paperwork. So in all coca-cola in Downey California is not a very nice place to go for truck drivers. I feel that the higher-ups need to come in and cut the fat and weed out the people that cant do there job right.

Disorganized, they have u wait in a fenced off area in the warehouse with no fan or a/c. After 3hrs they say your done and have you go outside to a blistering sun were they have you wait 45 min to give you the paperwork. I am never coming here again to load.

Today I felt horrible I was discriminated against for speaking Spanish here in coca a Hispanic girl discriminated against me for coming from Mexico a man who is there on receipt seems the tall dark boss of Hispanic origin with overweight told me that my Mexican number did not work, it reached me Time for my apoiment and even so it is two in the afternoon and the only thing he said to me is sorry, you can not download it, see if you do not have to stay until tomorrow in mockery and even so I buy the soda coca cola from here on I will take pepsi There I am going to carry even water they give you how sad the receipt in coca for more than 8 hours to unload and I come from Texas and discriminated against for speaking Spanish and they are all Mexicans with papers that hurts people
