This walmart has been my all time favorite its always clean. Has a variety of items! I always leave satisfied!

The store is well stocked and clean. The cashiers are super friendly. I had to return an item, wow what a five-star service, it was magnificent.The cashier in Electronics went out of his way to assist me.Cashiers here rock! Thank you so much ❤!I look forward to returning soon.

Downey walmart is great! You walk in and get out. Its fast, no long lines during weekdays. Weekends it could be longer wait times, but mainly in the afternoon and on. Super neat & organized.

Clean store and helpful staff. Plenty of check outs avail and if you needed assistance in self check out there was plenty of staff to assist you.

Easy to find everything and fast service too so Great time saver as I bought food, cati food, and even found a sweater!

Quick update:Who gets to Walmart, ready to do your shopping... and once in the entrance you realize that there arent any shopping carts! While some of us ends up leaving the store and others like me, goes back to the parking lot and search for a cart.... as if we were egg hunting!Anyhow in my last 5 or 6 visits it turns out to be they actually have the shopping carts available on the spot....

They had a really good selection of grocery items and very well organized. All staff was very pleasant and lines move fast. As well as the ones at the door to verify your receipt it was no hassle given it was a quick look to verify a bulky item and that was it. Very pleasant experience.

I love Walmart and the shopping experience it provides. I also love the fact that its close to my house. Its clean and easy to navigate through the store. What I dont like is its difficulty getting out, simply because they have two to three registers open. It can be crowded sometimes, and takes a long time to get out.

I lasted 45 minutes waiting for them to open a showcase to buy an item I asked 10 employees for a favor and none of them wanted to help me, they told me I dont know, I dont have the keys and so the excuses continued.

I been to many Walmarts and all I have to say, is that this was the first time I have actually been helped by an associate her name is Amiruta. This was the first time I didnt received a whatever its out there is all we have Amiruta was nice enough to go out of her way to go check on the back to provide me with the item request and Im very thankful

The visit was nothing out of the ordinary. However, I usually buy many items here for cost-savings as many do. I purchased brussel sprouts to accompany the sesame chicken I was making for dinner. While cutting them in half, I was disgusted to find dead bugs in them. I realized some may say it is normal but that is not change how gross it was.

Had a curbside pick up that took 45 minutes to receive my order. Cars that arrived after me were getting their orders quicker. I finally got off the car to ask what is going on. The girl employee said I was being rude and I could just cancel my order if you dont want to wait longer. Soon after that they came out with my order. No apology, just some excuse that its crazy right now. Next time I will not have to cancel because I am not going order anymore. They dont want my business because she said I can just cancel. Great response. Nice customer service.

I love Walmart always has the lowest prices and you could find everything in there. This place loves its employees. Great store. Soon many things to shop for. Great job Walmart.

I enjoy walking around early AM when they open. Everything is always so nice & organized, and clean. One of my favorites.

Its Better Than the paramount store the front of store restrooms were closed and no regular check stands opened till after 12 noon .

Lines are always extremely long with only one or two open registers. Management is aware but do nothing to address this problem. I would avoid this place if I were you. I know I do when I can. Dont go there unless I have too. Worker are great, hard working and friendly and helpful. Could use better management and cashiers.

I was there today. Labor Day. The store was crowded. I was in line 8, where it appears someone was being trained on the register. There was a second person at turnstile for bagging as if she was giving direction. I know COVID has happened and is still with us, but that doesnt mean that adequate customer service is not a right of the customer. Why dont people understand regarding working until the work is done? Never should it be that any store has registers that are not open to facilitate movement of customers instead of having them wait so long. Including myself, there were 4 customers who deserted their full baskets and the line because of the stalled movement of the lines.

Cant keep shopping carts had to follow some one out to get a cart that thought I was Robbing them

I have mobility issues and I need one of their scooters to do my shopping. As with most McDonalds they dont have enough scooters some of them are pretty rough shape and theyre always breaking down. I think she said they had six but only five were working keep in mind this door is bigger than a costco and most costcos had between 8 and 10 functioning scooters. The only reason I stopped is because I got very lucky and there was one in the parking lot. The walmart superstore in pico which is closer to me has six scooters and four of them are broken I got there when they opened and of the two that were there one was in charge so they had one mobility scooter.

It was a bit busy and found what I was looking for, paid and was out of there quickly:) 👊🏽💜👊🏽

Horrible service always not enough staff and they lock up everything so it requires more staff. Put some diabetic supplies in the pharmacy so I dont have to wait 30 minutes everytime for someone to unlock them. I can just get from the pharmacy. Also give more than 1 person the key.

One thing I dont understand - why lock items in the shelf if no one is or will be available to unlock it? Pressed the help button, waited for over 15 minutes, and even asked other associates for help. Nothing. Associates just pointed me to someone else who also have no key. I dont get it.

This rating is more for the optometrist than the superstore itself but the actual Walmart was also clean and kept in good order. The optometrist in this particular store was friendly, professional, and speedy. All in all the best Walmart optometry experience I’ve had.

Nowadays it seems waiting in line is worth it to get a better price since everything is going sky high. Walmart has a little of everything and is really good with return policy and has good hours

Don’t bother shopping this location. It’s a nice new super-center in a good area but everything inside is locked up like a prison requiring an employee to come by after pressing the alert button for 15 minutes! Also almost all of their graphic T-shirts were out of stock and any shirts XL are hard to find just as some of their body washes were wiped out! It’s much easier to save yourself the headache and shop their website or just go to Target.

NO SHOPPING CARTS AVAILABLE !!!!!!!WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS WALMART!!Will not be coming here anymore because I can never find a cart. You literally see people out in the parking lot chasing other people down for their shopping cart. This has been going on for too long now. I love Walmart but this one will not be my go to any more.

I hate shopping at this Walmart. They never have carts so be prepared to spend alot of time going up and down parking lot looking for one. My husband who is disabled spent over 20 minutes trying to find one. He has difficulty walking too far and this was really hard on him and it was really hot outside. I always see store employees gathered together socializing when they should be getting carts! This store has really gone down hill!

This Walmart is always clean. I always go to the clearance section first in case what I need is marked down. Its always neat and clean. Some places its all over the place.

Theres always a shortage of shopping carts at this location for some reason. I spent almost 15 minutes in the hot sun to find a cart. Due to my skin cancer I have to limit my exposure to the sun as much as possible. Unfortunately I was unable to do so here. You can do much better Walmart. Either acquire more carts or have your staff patrol the lot more often so they can gather these carts more often so that your customers are not inconvenienced...

Loved it as always. Im not one to gripe but the last three times Ive been there I cant seem to get anyone to help me in the battery lockup or the tool lock up. Im always needing tools or tool accessories and they are always locked up. Please address this;I cant be waiting 15 to 20 minutes Everytime.

They have gotten more help and carts. Seems that walmart heard the customer complaints now I hope they get control of all the shoplifting. A man walks out with alot of boxes the security guard acted dumb and took a turn ignoring the situation.

This place has everything, food, clothes, household items, toys, plants! It was not very crowded when I went.

My overall visit was good & the Customer Service Rep was friendly. She price checked some misplaced items for me & price corrected them for me.

I go to this store sometimes twice a day because live just two minutes away. Ive been so blessed to meet and get to know several of the employees that work there including one of the managers who have been amazing I will never go to another Walmart store this is my store for life. Please if you have a chance stop in chit chat with some of the employees and support our local neighborhoods.

Bad, bad, bad. There’s never any shopping carts anymore. You literally have to chase people down in the parking lot for their carts, and people will chase you for a cart. This is not safe. I asked the workers why? They said, “It’s just a busy store.” I’ve gone multiple times when it isn’t busy, but still no carts? This was never an issue before, even with a busy store. The service is just getting worse.

I got to the curbside pick up at 11:55 AM and didn’t get the items I purchased until 12:27 PM August 20, the two cars that parked next to me got there after I did and got there stuff before I did, then I tried calling the store 3 times to talk to the manager, was on hold a total of 90 minutes and was never able to talk to the manager. VARY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

HORRIBLE! You would think after 14 months, you would think customer service would be on top of their list! I waited 20 to 25 minutes had them page for the person with the key to unlock the anti-theft case. somebody to come to the car battery which they never did show up, so just maneuvered the battery up three shelves without no problem. I believe the deodorant and razors are probably more secure. Perhaps they need better management?

Associate Noly refused to assist me at the door and refused to answer any of my questions and essentially told me to have a good day whenever I asked an information seeking question. Bought a 75 inch TV and was helped to my car, had to take the TV out the box was to big for the Honda suv. After taking out of the box. It fit perfectly. Was helped by a Wal-Mart employee. Great help. Love my New flat screen. 👍👍

I went in to return an item I ordered at Wal-Mart online and I came in with the receipt on my phone and box and everything and the lady who handles returns said that the item doesnt match the receipt serial number and almost didnt give me a refund. I told her thats the item they sent me and the receipt they gave me. She gave me the refund because she didnt want me there anymore because it was busy, not the most pleasant worker Ive met. At least I got my refund.

Went on 4/7/2021 around 7pm and they had no check stand open, only self checkouts and the lines were super long. And also when we got there, there was no baskets and 2 employees just standing there checking receipts so when we left I just walk out without showing my receipt and no one stopped me... Good job guys!!!

I love this Walmart in Apollo Way and also the one in Walnut Grove they have everything in stock these centers are literally Supercenter. I love Walmart and the prices are great.

Cosmetic area always closes early... when we require assistance to obtain a locked/secured items nobody ever comes after pushing the red button for assistance and on top of that theirs no cashiers and they cant even keep the place organized, you find the aisles with boxed inventory, like what exactly do they think, that the items are just gonna get out of the box and place itself on the shelves?

Uneventful, but a suggestion, grab a cart on your way in, wasnt crowded, but noticed on my way out, zero empty carts available for those arriving.

I am a disabled person. All the electric carts were being used by able bodied young people. So my husband and I couldnt buy all that we needed to. He had to push my wheelchair while I tried to carry what I could in my arms. It was very difficult. We asked the employees standing at the entrance way for assistance with acquiring a scooter cart, and we were unable to get any assistance. The entire trip was so pointless. It was very upsetting to be physically struggling while seeing young people playing around recklessly in the store on the electric shopping carts.

Worst experience ever!!! Closed all checkstands at 6 pm had a basket full of groceries was told to go to self check out. person running self checkout was rude. Was given 3 bags and charged 20cents a bag. Spent 130.00 to check out my own groceries and when we called corporate to complain we were told they would follow up with us and never did....

Its great for low prices. This location is relatively clean compared to other Walmarts in the surrounding areas.

There service for pick is not good waited for at least 45 min and when you call the number to let them know you are there no one ever picks up the phone nor can you leave a message . They need to have more people to service the pick up area.☹️

Every time I need an item from their locked up cabinets, they ALWAYS take FOREVER to help you. I dont even know if the press button for assistance even works and when you ask other employees to send a page to the person with keys, they always give a huge attitude. I wrote this review in the store after waiting 40 minutes for help and no one has come yet

I shop here every week for groceries. Prices are reasonable but customer service is extremely bad. A lot of stuff is locked and its extremely upsetting when you have to wait a long time for someone to come and unlock the items. Most of the time theres no shopping cards available inside the store. Management needs to do a better job.

My husband and I had to wait more then 40mins for someone to supposedly come to the isle L3 the car department.. we just needed oil. Sign stated we will be happy to help you shortly thats not true. We took turns asking different people to page someone and the answer was always the same only 1 person has a key and we already paged them, we ended up leaving because at that point we were upset. Walmart should change the protocol regarding the key and have each different department with a set of keys!!! You guys want to lock everything up its only fair.
