Love coming to this shoe palace. Workers are always on top of their game and make sure youre being helped no matter what time of the day it is. They also have a great selection of shoes to chose from. Definitely would recommend this place

Ehhhhh... this place seems outdated and has a pretty rough parking entrance. The entrance to the actual shop or shoe palace isn’t wheel chair from from the parking lot entrance so FYI.... the shoes seemed lacking in options and the older guy maybe owner or manager? Was very annoying. He would keep following us secretly as if thinking we were there to steal.

Very rude workers went on 2/17/2018.Waiting in lane for 2 hours for the AJ Retro.Was told by store employee there was enough 10 1/2 told the women I wanted a 10 1/2 she had a clip broad and a pen did not write anything on it.Got to the cash register and ask for a 10 1/2 and they gave me a 10.Charles had said that the women said I ask for a size 10.So I walk over to talk to the women and she was very rude she said there was no reason for me to walk over to here and she did not call me but all i was doing was trying to explain to her that i had ask her for a size 10 1/2.The women told me to go back and I would get the size 10 1/2 walk back but Charles gave me the size 10 again he had said that there was no more and i had to take that size.I asked him for the store manger and he said he was the store manger.
