Best place for kids & family have many things for both ages and gen

Ive always loved this place so much always great vibes & the things I like they always have it much appreciated that u guys never closed down from my childhood

My granddaughter got a dress & skirt and used her $15 off coupon. She was very happy with her purchase. I was happy not to have to stand in the long line inside. We were assisted my a very nice young lady at a register outside the store. She was pleasant, fast and very efficient.

Such amazing employees, I applaud how well they listened and helped me when deciding on purchases. I definitely want to thank Angel for showing above and beyond service! I will definitely be come back soon

The Last Naruto Shirt in my Size Hard to Find in most Hot Topic, but Everytime I go to the Mall I always make sure to go to Hot Topic every visit .Bought Two Naruto Shippuden Funko Pops Kabuto and Skikamaru .

Pretty cool store. Sorta small but still filled with neat, unique, clothing and accessories you dont usually see anywhere else.

I made a purchase at this location regarding jewelry and the manager on the floor, nor the staff, provided information stating those kind of purchases can not be exchanged or returned. I researched and read this kind of stain less steel is terrible for the body so I did not bother trying the product due to covid. The individual himself was rude interrupting the conversation regarding the purchase, as well as laughing in my face, when I asked why he himself as a team leader nor his staff at hand provide the information if knowing those are the policies for specific items. He then proceeded to indicate on my receipt that I should have read the fine print unaware my eyesight issues concerning my vision for I can not read small print due to a medical condition. Overall a very unprofessional enviorment. Please be aware they wont fully disclose and assume you yourself must find these loopholes on your own accord nor take accountability on a simple mistake on their behalf. As a new costumer and member to the Downey community I will refrain from showing at this unprofessional location.

My Great granddaughter that is 14 years old loves this store. She says they have all the latest styles. It is her favorite store to go to no matter what shopping Mall were in. Try it out. I think there clothes are a little out there Kinda wacky and naughty sometimes but Im not so old that I dont remember what is was like when I was that age but honestly I just dont let her get anything with bad language on it.. Check it out just for fun grandmas. 😳😳 you might like it too.

They had a good deal on socks at this store at 3 paid for $10. Just make sure that all pairs are under $12. The lady at the register let me go back to trade in one of the socks that I was about to purchase since it didnt qualify for the deal. Thank goodness! That deal was a real 💰💰 saver 😊

Best place to find items to wear and to give away to friends from different genres from anime to cartoons to different bands from different musical groups. The sales they have periodically are awesome. And if you join their club, you get additional discounts!

Everyone who works there is really kind, nice, and willing to help. Clothes are really good too. I also like the entire store in general because of the fact it feels like you could stay in there for hours.

This particular Hot Topic is the best by far. Product in Stock... Yes even for the Funko Pop collectors. The employees at ALL Hot Topics have always been very friendly and accommodating. But this location is a step above.

Ive been going here for years but recently had a bad experience. I purchased one item and when I was rung up, the female employee insisted I take another for 30% off. My girlfriend and I said no. Then the employee gave us a snarky look and asked us why we didnt want to. Basically she forced us into getting something else. I figured it wouldnt be that bad. Then she brought up a pin that would match with my girlfriends bow and insisted we purchase it. Again, we said no and she looked at us like we were criminals and said, its only 2 dollars. Fine, whatever. At this point I was heated so we took it. Then, she had the audacity to tell us the pin was buy one, get half off. I said no and the lady looked at us the same way. I told her I wasnt purchasing anything else. So then she asks for my email and I tell her I didnt know it. So she asks my girlfriend for her email. At this point we felt uncomfortable because we told her we didnt want to give out our emails and then her coworker enters the conversation to tell us we could receive a $15 coupon if we spent $100. I told her Id never spend that much at Hot Topic and then things just went weird from there. I just wanted to get out and pay for my things and leave. The fact that after we said no multiple times and they were stubborn about it just made me feel that out of all the great times Ive had there, this awful experience outweighed the latter by a mile.

Nice place with clothes for rockers and Anime lovers. They have plenty of Funko Pop characters from American cartoons and horror movies to Anime characters. The crew staff is friendly.

Its a really unique and diverse store, I was mostly interested in the bt21 items because Im a BTS stan. They had lots of keychains, pins, and shirts. Very nice store.

The workers there are extremely kind and relatable😂. The shirts and items are neatly place in the area. Oof had a great time there.

Ridiculous, knowing that an item is a hot release. They let all resellers buy item in a bulk. Knowing that there is a line for that one itemStaff is poorly manage. Dont camp out waste of time.

Hot Topic is awesome, i love going to this store . i went online to check out, order, put to the side, and purchase some new clothes that i saw coming out of thier spring catalouge .. But for some reason when i got to the actually store it didnt look like it did when i fist walked it which was starnge but still it was a cool store and i got to find alot more items but they seem to kind of stay on a certqin theme .. So yeah ! They let you try lots of clothes & merchandise !
