This business is my Amazon Access Point drop off for Amazon packages as well as other packages. I live in a apartment and I dont want my packages sitting in front of my door to get stolen. So they are delivered there. My packages are safe and they are open until late evening.

Went in and got a super low estimate to fix the back light on my Mac book air they asked me how much I wanted to put down I said $50. A month had passed and after a lot of back and forth they told me to come pick it up. I went only to find the back light was not fixed. I called and they said “oh yeah we couldn’t fix it” I argued with them about getting my $50 dollars back and she tried to tell me that is what it cost for a diagnostic. I continued to argue and make a point that it was their fault they couldn’t fix it till they returned my money! Now upon further discovery I have found that my battery is no longer working which means I received my laptop back even more damaged than it initially was! I would never return or recommend anyone to this place! Still trying to figure out how I can make them pay for messing up my battery that another tech advised me was fine before I took it to this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would but I think it’a important for people to know that this place is just a scam. They charge $25 just to look at the phone and cause more damage to the phone. I feel like a business should be honest and fair but this business is quite the opposite.

Quick service! Cheaper than most places to fix screen and replace battery. He does it on the spot. Very knowledgeable guy, uses best parts. Highly recommended!

I think it’s only fair for people to know how this Business works. I took my phone 8-2-19 because a piece of my charger was stuck in the charger port. The lady said that it would take the Tech days to fix and it would be ready by 8-5-19 at night. This place charges $25 to just look at the phone and do nothing. I asked to just pick up the phone because I could take it somewhere else where they can fix it faster. It is 8-3–19 and now my phone will not even turn on. It is worst off. These people are scammers and probably stole parts from my iPhone. They charged us $40 to break it more. Also I saw that the location of my phone was in a Bellflower. Why was my phone in Bellflower when I dropped it off in Downey. This business does crooked activities.

Was in and out to pay my bill. Sales person offered me a promotion on accessories. Got a new screen protector and case for $20.

Man this place is great!! I love how they have everything!! I got good prices. But i have to say the service was bad. The asian girl was rude and a girl with glasses was even worse!!!! But then a nice tall girl with glasses help me and i felted like they need new workers. Word of the wise avoid the asian and a girl with glasses.
