I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service with this company and all the workers. My sales rep Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. He handled the phone call answering all my questions and directing me to the easy online loan application. Jose the manager assisted with the fast approval over the phone continuing to extend the best Customer Service. When i went to pick up my truck I was greeted with a big friendly smile from Freddie welcoming me & congratulating me for my purchase. Fernando finished the final paperwork continuing the best Customer Service across the board. My 2012 Ford Expedition truck was clean no problems as they described. I took it for a full diagnostic and there was no concerns like buying a Certified Vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Went yesterday with the intent to purchase a Toyota FJ Cruiser because it was in my budget, but left with a Jeep Wrangler instead thanks to Richard and Jose. Richard saw me on the lot and immediately greeted me and stopped what he was doing to assist me. Although I was there for the FJ Cruiser Richard informed me of other options that could possibly work for me. He never insisted on what was best for me and told me to take my time and choose what I desired. I love jeeps, previously owned a jeep and my heart wanted to settle with the Jeep Richard had showed me. I was skeptical due to the fact that I have bad credit and I would not get approved to purchase the vehicle. Richard told me it did not hurt to try and that they would work with me. When in the office Richard provided me with valuable information, went above and beyond and broke things down when explaining things to me. He made sure I understood and was open to any and all questions. Jose also explained things to me thoroughly and worked with what I had. Richard and Jose are kind and knowledgeable in all their vehicles. Car Expo is a place I would recommend to purchase a vehicle of your choice.

This people like to play games or something my brother was given a price of 5k for a truck and when we when with the $$$ the supposedly the owner changed his mine he said his employee wanted it and was going to keep it. This people r unprofessional and they bulllshiy too mush.

The only problem its a bit too far from my home now, since Ive moved. Now I usually prefer online auctions like Repokar Auto Auction, it is way more easier to buy cars online.

I bought a 2008 jeep commander. There was an issue with an air bag sensor that they promised to fix. I bought the car in September of 2015 its now August and they still havent fixed the issue. Car expo has 0 integrity and they do not keep there word. My wife got a flat tire and the emergency tire that came with the jeep is not the right size. Id recommend to stay away from this dealership.

I came in here looking to buy a car knowing that my credit was bad but Fernando helped me a great deal. I have bad credit and no one was willing to work with me but Car Expo did. Some people have bad experiences and others dont. I am very grateful for their service.

I was browsing thru Craig List and I found a BMW 530I. I clicked on the link and it took me to their website. I called and luckily the car was available, they ask me to come in. When I arrived I was greeted by the manager by the name of John. The car was as pictured. I like the easy financing, I didnt have a problem at all. John was extremely helpful with getting everything done. They are under new management, I was impressed by their customer service. Everyone worked well as a team.

Dont recommend buying here. They sell cars with gas caps that dont even work. They keep your license, credit cards and take hours to give you an offer that takes 30 minutes. Big waste of time.

He Has done nothing but harrassed me and my family and anybody you put down as a reference with call and text threaten me with calling the cops of stealing the car with false information. I recommend car expo to anyone looking for good cars or suvs. i came in looking for a chevy suburban they had advertised for 5999. test drove the truck everything was fine on the test drive. it had some minor issues like ANY used car would for simple maintenance. richard and jose really helped me out to buy the suv. im very happy with my purchase and will be back to buy another vehicle here again! :D thank you guy for everything ..

Not willing to work with the customer, overpriced Jeeps, just because they over paid for the cars at auction they want to pass that on to the consumer.... they hold you hostage by not giving you your driver license back AND they ask you for a down payment in order to present the offer. Another PLUS, several months later a nail blew out my tire and Car Expo was able to get me a new one at their cost ! I would recommend Car Expo .

I was interested in purchasing a Jeep there a few years ago. Not only would they tell me it was sold but they kept pushing the same vehicle with new listing for over a month after it was gone. I called back and got a very rude response. Now looking at Hummers with a craigslist search and get flooded with misleading posts. They have a VW Bug Convertible and description says like Hummer as well as other vehicles. There are many more. This is false and misleading advertising with a long history for this dealership. I find it hard to believe these are the only things they mislead people on. I also find it hard to believe they have as many honest 5 star ratings with so many 1 and 2 stars. Read their ads for yourself and see if this is who you would do business with. Read the reviews... is this who you want to do business with? You might find a decent car but can you trust it?

I would be wary about doing any business here.My experience was this:I called them regarding a vehicle that had an unlisted mileage. I asked the salesman on the phone what it was, and was told 90,000. I asked again if he was sure it was 90,000.In fact, I asked a total of 5 times if the mileage was 90,000 miles, and he assured me that it was.I proceeded to drive 45 minutes through LA traffic to get to Car Expo, and met with the salesman, whos name was Nathan. We looked at the vehicle, and he informed me that the mileage was 170,000k. Hmm, a 80,000k mistake. Double the mileage. And this one appeared to be the most honest of the lot.Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships in my day, but this one certainly takes the cake.Be forewarned.

Customer service was poor. They had a if you dont like it go buy a car somewhere else attitude. I paid with a credit card for which they charged an additional $375 fee. The agreement was they would take the price of the vehicle and the fee off the card once I sent a cashiers check. They signed for the cashiers check on July 10th and as of Aug. 4th the charges are still on my card. At this point I have paid double for the vehicle. Of course, I have since disputed the charges, but there was no reason for this to get confusing. They refuse to remove the credit card charges even though they have the check. Buy at your own risk! They have some nice cars, but dont expect the transaction to be smooth.

These guys are crooks. I spoke with Freddy and he was very rude. At one point he said, you need to clean your ears and listen to me. WOW. On top of that they list cars online that they previously sold to get you to call them. He said they have the one in stock and had me run my credit online and turns out they didnt have the car.

Not a good place to get a car, truck or suv. Keep looking some here else. Place is dirty and you can tell the cars are junk. Then they have unqualified mechanics and repair men do all the work. I bought a suv with no dongs or dents, then they worked on it. Guess what? Scratches dings and dents after it was delivered. not to mentiin the greast interior. I almost wish they would have just left it alone (with the leaky motor). Read all the other reviews. AVOID at all cost!! keep looking elsewhere.

Thanks Car Expo, I purchased 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited 4 doors, very nice has some wear and tear as i expected been a 11 years old off road vehicle, Price was the lowest because I looked for a jeep for almost two months in inland empire, orange county, san diego, los angeles and san fernando valley, all southern california untill i decided to go to car expo to be honest i did not want to go because of the bad reviews but i went, and after going to almost 20 dealers and deal with 20 different sales people, I found All of Car expo people very nice Fernando is very honest. I have no complains other then the car i bought had some wear and tear but once again I expected that been a 11 year old off road vehicle. I will recommend Car Expo to all my jeep friends, cars are very affordable and the people are very nice.

This place is great my brother got a badass black Toyota Solara there and its quick to get a car there it doesnt take long like others dealerships and they are all great people there and they have lots of nice cars. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

First, when I arrived one of the sales guys pulled up in a 300zx as if its his own car and asked if Im interested in buying it since its for sale. Inside had his cell phone, food on the seats, and looked unprofessional. Hell no Im not going to buy that junk!I saw a 2004 Mustang and test drove it and it ran flawlessly, and I ended up buying it because I was in a rush and it seemed good. The radio face wasnt there but he said they had it and will get it in a week. I didnt get it in writing so I never seen the radio due to them giving me the run around for over a month.The week I bought the car it was raining and water started leaking in the convertible top so the dealer said theyll take a look at it but never did after I hounded them for months. Also the brakes squeaked and the clutch rattled a week after I bought it but they gave me the run around again. He admitted to me months later that it was an AUCTION car so its going to have problems. If I woulda known, I would have never bought the car. I can admit its my fault for getting ripped off here, I should have got things in writing and should have known by the ghetto facility and the losers the sales guys seem to be.My mom tried getting involved after my tire fell off the car after driving normally in the streets and all the dealer could say was its not their fault and showed no remorse. They yelled at her and said to take them to court, we cant do anything about it. The WORST customer service ever!!! Soon as they get your signature and you pay them, they can care less about you. BEWARE, AND MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING W/ THESE SNEAKY GUYS.(Ive had the car for almost 6 months and I just got my license plates after them giving me the run around for months). The DMV told me they registered my car in my name months ago, but never requested for the plates.

I first made a phone call to see how their service was over the phone, also to verify if they still had the jeep wrangler i wanted to purchase. By promising me he could get me a great deal since i was a cash buyer. Gustavo was the person who helped me with my questions over the phone he seemed, very honest and knew what he was talking about. answerd all my questions and convinced me to want to come in that same day 5/8/13. He had told me that e had other people were also coming in to see this jeep. I drove from san bernardino to sure enough the jeep was on the car lot i was amazed to see the variety of jeeps they had. I went into the office everything was clean and organized.Gustavo showed me the jeep inside and out it had very few scratches but i was already told by him exactly where they were at. so i had no problem with that i mean it is a used jeep. He then took me on a test drive and i was satisfied with how it drove the A/C worked fine. He then introduced me to John this is were i got a little nervous due to the reviews about him. overall he wasnt anything like what i had expected. He had very great manners made me feel at home showed me the numbers and overall i was happy with my purchase. since then i have had no issuses with the jeep. Overall I got what i went for and got a very great deal thanks to Gustavo/John he kept his word you should ask for Gustavo if your looking to make a purchase here!! thank you for all your help with my purchase!!

Horrible people and very rude, cursing, dont let you talk...My husband and I are still waiting for the title... They are telling us we owe them more money...First $117...now $132...for the pink slip and title...Carlos, Richard, Arnie, and one of the owners Richard all misrepresented themselves!!!...We were told everything was paid for out the door...LIARS!!!!...Now they wont send the title, plates, registration and tags until we pay...Theyre nothing but hot-headed, foulmouthed, out to scam you and cheat you crooks!!!...Dont buy there!!!

Any review below saying they had a great experience is people from the company writing their own reviews. So here it goes:I like everyone else before me wish I would have seen the reviews before I drove 120 miles to this hole-in-the-wall junk lot. I saw an ad on CL for a yellow jeep wrangler. I saw the carfax and it was clean so I called ahead. I spoke to Alan about the condition as far as scratches, dents and defects. He said oh yeah we just got it, its pretty much perfect. After I got off work (I work nights) I drove from Coronado to Downey. When I saw it I thought this cant be it! There were dents and scratches all over it! There was even a spot that looked like it was covered up with yellow nail polish! It looked repainted and the front right fender was completely cracked. This is your definition of Perfect? I test drove it anyway cause I was already there. The A/C is busted and the seat is ripped. So I try a silver one - broken windshield and the breaks are pulsating and the passenger seat wont lean back or forward. The whole time Im asking questions and Alan, the sales guy says Im not really sure to EVERYTHING! After the 5th question I stop cause he knows nothing. The test drive consists of driving around the block so you never get out of 3rd gear. That was considered a good test drive haha. So I go inside cause Im pretty good at working a deal. Both jeeps are listed at $18k and Im thinking I wouldnt pay more than $14 but well see what we can do. The sales manager tells me they come as-is and nothing will be fixed or replaced but I can probably get one of my friends to fix the A/C for $60. WHAT?? I asked why he wasnt able to negotiate on the price and he said well thats my price, you know how valuable jeeps are since youre from Cali and you were raised around them but hey dont worry if you dont want it you can leave. Its still early, someone else will buy it, your just the first people today. They are all Hispanic in and my friend and I are white, I never even paid attention to that detail till he said you white people can afford it. What the hell? When my friend asked him a question he told him to be quiet for 2 minutes so he could talk. I told the manager immediately to stop talking and asked why he was being so defensive and rude. This is a business you dont need to take everything so personal. Thats when he told me if I wanted to negotiate a price I needed to look else where. I told him I looked forward to it and picked up my things and walked out. I have seriously never been so insulted in my life. I was still pleasant but told him I would find a reputable dealer. He said he does so much business he didnt care. Wow if you do that much business you would be able to afford toilet paper in your bathroom!! They had McDonalds napkins for TP haha.No more than 2 minutes after I got home and walked in the door I get a call on my phone from Downey Ca. Its Alan. Please keep in mind he wrote down my name and phone number 3 different times while I was there. He says we saw your name on our caller ID and wanted to see if we could help you find what your looking for. Alan...Its me, I was just there with my friend and we walked out. Remember? He said oh yeah... um sorry for calling. I asked if the manager was the owner and surprise surprise he said Im not really sure I just laughed and he hung up on me.*****STAY AWAY*****

I called the Car Expo today to ask about an Acura TSX I saw on Auto Trader. A guy named Paul answered the phone and told me they didnt have a Silver TSX. I asked him to double check because I was looking at a photo of it in front of their building on Auto Trader. So he comes back to the phone and tells me oh yeah we still have that, its in perfect condition, car fax one owner, clean title, no accidents, inside and outside are perfect. I was surprised that he immediately knew so much about the car having 30 seconds earlier told me he didnt have any silver TSXs. Ok, I ask him a few questions about its condition, where they got the car, etc. I then ask for the VIN and as I am on the phone with him I run an Auto Check. It had been in an accident last year and is from Rhode Island. I said Paul, it was weird to me how youre able to promise me the perfect condition of this car immediately after telling me you didnt have one. And then you just told me it has never had any accidents but sure enough it was in one last year. And his reply Well that sucks for you. That was enough for me to hang up and write this review so that other possible customers know to stay away. That reply tells you more then you need to know about this dealership and why buying a car here is a bad idea. Read the other reviews (the real ones, not the ones with 5 stars across the board that everyone knows are probably from their own employees) to get an idea of how this place is run and why you shouldnt spend a large amount of money on anything from them. Thanks for buying an idiot Paul, you saved me a trip looking at a car that you probably lied more about anyway.

Worst place to buy a car EVER! I saw an ad for a Ford F350 on Craigs list. I called about the truck and was told it was in perfect condition so I drove 45 minutes to get there with my whole family as we were supposed to be leaving to drive to Sacramento. We thought if we bought the truck we would just drive it to Sacramento. When I got there the truck was not in perfect condition! Lol! I should have known better! I thought if the price was right though that I would still be interested. I went into the office to ask if I could test drive it. The first jerk I spoke to insulted me in the first 30 seconds of the conversation and he wanted to run my credit before I could test drive it. I told him I was a CASH customer and I did not need his credit app or his attitude and I got up to leave. As I am leaving another sales jerk came out of his office and said Im sorry you guys seem to have got off on the wrong foot let me help you. Which I thought he probably only did because he heard I had cash in my pocket. The second sales jerk even wanted to negotiate price before I drove it. I told him I did not want to talk price until I drove it. He said he did not want to move 10 other cars to get it out if we did not agree on a price. So I sat and negotiated a price with this guy and I told him that if after driving it I would buy it if it drove ok. We agreed on $6,000 cash out the door. All fees, tax, and registration were supposed to be included. Once I drove the truck I noticed a problem with the steering. It seemed minor but I was concerned and wanted them to take another $200 off or replace the bushings... They said no and that they were already at their best price. It was pretty cheep for the truck so I agree to buy it anyway. He takes me in to do the paperwork and my family begins loading the truck with carseats and all of my stuff. He kept disappearing instead of doing the paperwork which should not take long for a cash purchase. I was there an hour and a half! That jerk waited until my family had loaded the truck with all of my carseats and stuff and then he came in and told me that because I gave him a Sacramento address and it was out of the LA area the total cost was going to be an additional $200 dollars. I told him no problem I have a house in Culver City also and you can use that address instead. He said that he could not change it and that I needed to pay an extra $200 if I wanted to buy the truck. He did this because he thought I would just pay it because my family had already loaded the truck with my stuff. I had the $200 extra in cash in my pocket but I realized this douche bag was just trying to scam me out of an extra $200 so I told the family to start unloading the truck and I did not purchase it! He also tried to keep my drivers license and only after I caused a scene did it magically appear! Total dirt bags who are out to cheat people! Beware! They also made comments that they did not want or like cash customers because they can sell the same car for thousands more to people that are hard up for a vehicle and dont have a lot of money or bad credit. Meaning they basically prey on people in bad situations and they take advantage of them! Really.... A business that does not want a CASH customer??? Im so glad I did not end up with a truck from these dirt bags! Really the worst customer service... These guys make even the shady car salesmen seem like an angel! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
