The worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacist doesnt know the meaning of chronic acute patients.Plays God and tries to over rule Drs. Went back to my other pharmacy and was treated like gold.

I was here to get a drive thru covid testing, and it took forever. I waited for MORE THAN A HOUR to just get a test. How can it take so long????????

(First time curve side user) Placed a pick up order at 8:58 am, for IN STOCK on sale items (closest location to me for pick up) After 4+ hours I did not receive any update so I decided to drive 20 minutes to ask about my purchase. Upon arrival I was told they could not log into the system to check my order and was asked multiple times to see proof of my order. After a couple of “let me ask my boss” I was advised the items were NOT in stock as stated on their website. I was given a write down your name and I’ll make sure to cancel it by the Associate and Manager. Customer service is lacking from the floor associates all the way to the manager. It has now been 40 minutes since my visit and my order has NOT been cancelled which means it will take that much longer to get my money back. As the items WERE charged to my account.This was a waste of time, a poor experience. Do not recommend going to this facility or using their curve side service.

People who work there are very rude, especially the people at the pharmacy. The only ones that were great was the photo guy and the managers

Tried ordering curbside pick up, waited for 2 hours, and when we called they said there was no order placed and they couldnt do anything about it. Horrible experience!

Cashiers are very passive aggressive. Very rude to the people have no customer service experience and his name was Maurice working in the photo department

The photo section was not customer friendly nor the cashier at the front lacked knowledge of products.

As a store Im sure this walgreens is fine. But this pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. How can you have 1 person to work the pharmacy when even mom and pop pharmacies have more than 1 person. On top of that they didnt even have my meds in stock. Thanks for wasting my time again Walgreens. Looks like youre begging for your customers to go back to CVS. Ill be happy to go.

I bought a Roblox card and it doesnt work, the manager didnt want to help me. According to what I went to the cards website and until today nobody has answered me, it is $ 25. Dollars.
