I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received today. I think it’s rude to run both registers by one person. In the middle of my transaction the association walked away and started helping another person and had me waiting.

Thank you again to Irma who took the time to straighten out the mess with Western Union I had. She went out of her way to help me while waiting on hold and taking care of the other customers. It was frustrating for me but she took care of my problem and maintained a very friendly attitude. You don’t get customer service this good anymore

REGARDING ONLINE ORDERS: Unfortunately, Rite Aid in Downey does not ship online orders from their local store on Firestone Blvd, in Downey (as do Target and Walmart). The Rite Aid order originates all the way across the United States from Liverpool, New York and takes many days to get here. Just a heads up in case anyone is used to 2-Day delivery...it isnt going to happen. ADDENDUM: Today, Oct 8 2021, I finally received my Oct 1st order and it was THE MOST BEAUTIFULLY PACKAGED BOX I have ever gotten from any vendor! Although it took so long to get here, the sight of such care given to my items with individual/group wrappings was a great balm. Not even Wal-Mart, Target, E-bay or Amazon can compare to the way Rite-Aid Associates boxed and wrapped my order. It made the wait well worth it! I happily change my rating to 5 Stars and will definitely order on-line from Rite Aid again. Thank you Rite Aid Associates!

Made my covid vax appt. this Thursday. received a email I was being pushed back to sat. not a problem was told they ran out of vax. I did NOT feel the needle!! I believe her name was Kim. not sure but look forward to her professional caring service!!

The lady at the window was very helpful. It’s nice and clean. Looks like they did a makeover since the last pictures were posted. Overall I like the server from the pharmacy and the guy working the cashier greeted me when I first walked in the door. ✅

The experiance is too long to write in this post.Raymond the Manager is rude and extreamly unprofessional. I will no longer shop at this Rite Aid, and I will certainly think twice before entering any other Rite Aid with the thought of crossing paths with him or any other as poorly trained as he was.

Just walked out this Rite-Aid which is close to my home, Raymond charged me for my items. He was so super nice asked me how my day was and if I was ready to go home and rest. Being that I have worked in customer service for 15 years... I can tell when someone is genuine and passionate about offering the best service. Raymond goes beyond that, hes great! Thanks Raymond

Super nice people here that top review was probably a white person with time. Now the important part for some people is the pharmacy it is good because if you buy things there and get your meds you can get up to 20% off the co pay once you hit gold stats and member ship is free too

This place did not allow my dog to come in even though they did not indicate anywhere on the front door that there are no dogs allowed. Not only that but after I called, the manager supposedly said there was so then I looked again and still I see no sign I am very upset that they LIED!

Rite aid is the best drug store around! They always have the best prices and sales that no one can beat.

Horrible!! They didnt have ice cream on NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY !! Thats ridiculous!!! Doesnt make sense at all !! And the worker made sure she highlighted that there wasnt even any in the back, didnt let us go check and to top it all off the worker said it laughing! Smh ! Worst rite aid ever !!
