I love all the different scents there, I usually only go in for hand sanitizers.

I love Bath & Body Works. The one at StoneWood mall is small, but the staff is really friendly, they are always eager to answer any questions and even though we cant see their faces because of the mandatory mask policy I can tell they always great everyone with a smile.

Very organized. Staff has a line that starts in a vacant store. Customers, 3 at a time, are then moved to the front of the store to wait to go in. Before entering, Customers are asked to use hand sanitizer and grab a shopping bag. In addition, customers are reminded to keep 6 feet distance from others and to wear our masks at all times. I was in very quickly and felt safe.

One can still try the fragrances and they have a lot of good deals. The line might be long so it depends on your patience. They are clean and very friendly.

The staff are nice and all but their curbside pick up system is very unorganized. They do not pick up the phone (for some reason the calls don’t go through) which makes it very difficult to pick up your order. A nice lady had to go in and call the staff so that they could go outside to take my order number. I waited 30-40 minutes to pick up my order. If you’re going to pick up your order, go to the parking lot by Kohl’s and JCPenney. You’ll have better luck finding the staff since that’s where they go to distribute orders.

Not only do you guys have like the best body creams and the best bath and shower gels and all the other stuff you carry but your staff your staff is always so helpful and kind and I thank you.

If you the same question to 3 different associates youll get 3 different answers. Hard to find samples for the hundreds of scents they sell.Staff cant find the samples!They tell you to buy it & if you dont like it bring it back.

They only have 1 line and it is constantly busy. They are next to kohls. The opposite side of the mall from forever 21. They have you order online first. Once you have the confirmation email. You walk up to them and give them your name and order number. They ask you to wait in your car. But end up calling your name out. So might as well just stand around because you wont hear them from your car. This was for a Sunday. I came on Saturday and there was no one outside that day. So good luck.Edit: Also I think it is important to note, that even though they may be disorganized and/or short staffed, be nice/neutral to them? These are interesting times. Be kind to one another.

If I can give -0 I would! DO NOT PLACE ORDERS HERE FOR PICK UP!!! I could not get through to the phone lines all weekend! Until Monday, there excuse is that they are flooded with orders & that is supposed to be a exception. How is it that other locations are functioning the way they are supposed to. Never ever coming to this location! I did also contact corporate. If the same issue happens to you which I hope doesnt contact corporate!!! Worst customer service Ive experienced at a bath & body works. THE WORST!!!

I went to this store because the one by my house is closed today. Since its Sunday I knew it would be busy. The girl greeting was very nice and helpful. My problem was with the cashier, she asked if I had my rewards and I said yes, showed her my phone but she didnt scan my app., so I got no points for my purchase. Just make sure you see them scan your rewards.

Service is great.Spoke to the cashier about how friendly everyone was and how quickly it was for me to find everything I was looking for.She made a joke about her being the best at her job, and I cracked a joke about her being great! Because product placement is key, and I complimented her on having the employee who was like eye candy be our there as the first person they see. Very smart to have a handsome guy in the front makes girls come in.Im not gana lie..... Poor quality service from Yazmine. She was very mean over a promo code I showed her. Its not a big deal but what matters is how you talk to the Custmer. Never come back to this store at allllll !!!!!

Store has a lot of variety scents but really look at prices. Sometimes what looks like a deal really isnt. Especially the advertisements that say buy 3 get 1 free for example, you will leave paying between $30-$50 for 4 items
