I went in for a tire patch due to running over a nail on the road. Immediately when I entered an associate greeted me and asked what I need help with! He did a great job with the patch on the tire and was pretty quick as well. Also, the Store Manager Dan provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place if you ever have a flat tire! Will definitely be returning again as this place cares about its customers :)

Worst customer service experience. First guy tried to convince me I will need a brand new tire and said to go into the office. I went into the office. Where I stood waiting in line for the guy behind the counter to finish with the customer infront of me. Mind you he is on a phone call while helping the customer. After the customer leaves, he finishes his call with HR talking about how he will save $10,000 for his bonus this month, And continues his conversation for more than 7 min. After the other customer left. I just walked out of there and found a tire shop 1 minute away.

Been here a couple of times and everytime I go Ive been well taken care of. As a woman when we go to auto places we can at times feel like were being taken advantage of but here the rep walks you through step by step will show you the prices on the computer to ensure you that theres no overpricing. The service is outstanding and prices are great!

This is the only place I get my tire service! My party bus tires are not as common, so the first time I went was only to have an online purchased tire installed. Dan took care of me as if I had purchased the tire there. Very affordable alignment / rotation / balance package. The staff was attentive and I was welcomed with a smile. Fast service and good prices for tires. Dan is a very personable guy. He told me the work would take about an hour. I brought in the car around 10 AM and was driving out a little past 11. Happy with my new Cooper tires and I highly recommend the Allen Tires ship in Downey.

I came here like I do always to get my car serviced. Today, I came because of a screw in my tire. They were honest, the screw was pretty big, they told me it may not be fixable. Amazing service . I have a Tesla X which doesn’t have a spare tire my tire shredded on the freeway triple A towed it to Allen Tire they had it all fixed and ready for me to pick up the next morning. Just stopped in here because I ran over a nail and got a flat. Came in, they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes (went and grabbed a snack down the block so it may have been even less than that). Then the real kicker. Dan, the store manager tells me you are all set. I ask how much I owe him for patching up my tire. He repeats, you are all set. No charge. I wasnt expecting this and was actually confused. Id never been there before, I wasnt some loyal customer. Anyway, long story short, great experience with this company.

Allen Tire Co. is THE BEST! I came in with a blown out tire and they replaced it really quickly and checked to see if the rest were ok. I know other places would’ve tried to sell me on getting my other tires replaced, but they knew that I didn’t have to right away. Great experience. Manager Dan Pignatore very accommodating. Employees very hard working. Had a slow leak from nail in tire and needed to get it repaired during working hrs. Difficult to find someplace to get tire repaired working 12 hr shifts. Thanks for squeezing me in on my lunch break.

Ive never met a nicer group of people than at Allen Tire Company. They saved my family vacation by replacing my blown tire in no time. They were even considerate enough to change the lobby TV to something age appropriate for my kids as soon as we walked in. This single business makes me want to move to the LA area. Great customer service. The manager in charge hes always very nice courteous and give a very honest explanation on any work that my car needs.

Called them up to ask about a specific tire for a motorhome.. They said they could not get it it’s obsolete the guy as not willing to help (I knew the tire is rare and hard to find but still manufactured). I called the Lakewood store and the guy said that he can get 6 of that tire the next day, I would suggest going to the Lakewood store they are much more helpful.

Jorge went out his way to make my problem his problem to solve. Had an emergency trip the following day Tires were in no condition to drive 6 hours away. Not only did he get two tires from the other shop he also outsourced two more from somewhere else. They had me in and out in about 3 hours. Everywhere else I had called they told me good luck! I couldnt be more grateful...This was beyond customer service! Made lifelong customer now!

My first experience with them is, of course, because I needed new tires. They gave me a reasonable quote. More important, I was also given sensible and good advise. Thus, I decided to take advantage of any and all services they offer. The JIffy Lube is just across the street from my residence but I now drive the two miles to the Allen Tire Company for my oil change and all my car service needs. I fully trust their expertise and pricing.

Good service, they work fast. The problem is that they charge you everything. Other places Ive visited sell you the tires and installation is free or at low cost, with these guys it is expensive, they also try to sell things you dont need, my car is 4 years old and it wears the tires evenly but this guys said that the car needed alignment so bad (of course they want those $99 so bad)

No bs here. Dan hooked me up with a great deal! I had a mini lift installed on my 2012 Titan with new 295 70 18 tires and wheels. Service was impeccable! george also helped me out and was just as great. They are not just a tire shop. They do lifts too. The techs made sure everthing was dialed in. I am completly satisfied with my service. Best price I could find for wheels tires and lift install.
