I had some issues with my car registration and I asked AAA for help in resolving. Jasmine was fantastic. I was expecting a long, complicated experience, but Jasmine took care of the matter with amazing efficiency and skill. She was also very friendly and helpful.

I went in for notary services. There was minimal wait time and the notary was very pleasant and attentive; I was in and out within about 30 min total

The staff was very professional and courteous. I went there to transfer a vehicle title and iut was a much better experience than dealing with the DMV. Thank you for your help.

(AAA) its worth paying the towing service to be a member, for which I have used, Im very pleased. By the way they have very good insurance coverage for vehicles and homes & the staff is always friendly to help!

Eleanor was “helping” me by telling me she can’t help me. When I asked her why, I don’t understand, she would just talk over me. Very rude. Not helpful and now I will have a distain for AAA in Downey or anywhere else.I understand she couldn’t help me but how about she learns some decency.

First of all the associate the check me in has zero professionalism 2nd the person that help me my insurance policy gave me the prove of insurance of a different vehicle and she said that she was gonna check me in for DMV after I waited for 1 hour I went to ask how much longer for DMV to call my name and the associate said I was not check in, Im sorry but not as satisfied with your service.

Every AAA I enter is always full of great customer service. Prompt and to the point. No screwing around with the members valuable time. This one was the fastest service so far. Other offices are also very fast! Worth every dollar for this membership.

Went for DMV tags. They cannot see DMV info. Ended up at DMV the next day. AAA was not helpful.

It was so scary, there was a power outage and a guy that works there wanted to turn on some road flares inside the building that he had in his car and he wanted to play his guitar that was a scary moment

Great experience, only 20 minutes to get replacement tags. My husband never received his tags from DMV once he purchased his registration renewal online. He spent 2 hours on one phone on the first call and 4 hours on another with the DMV. Both times he was told just call back after 30 days. He decided just to go to AAA to get tags instead of waiting another 30 days to see if the other tags will arrive in the mail (not to mention another 6 hours waiting on the phone). The AAA staff was very helpful and made the process easy. That one experience alone was worth the cost of our membership. Thanks AAA.

Used their travel services for a vacation with my wife. The flight was terrible; there were two stops before our destination, both of which we had to de-board the plane; on one of those stops my wifes ticket was STANDBY, the airline would not let her board until all the other passengers were loaded and they were certain there was room for her.Some of the hotels were very decent, but some others were not good at all. Very disappointing.

Awesome now I have a job working for them.

Faster than the DMV

Little bit of a wait right now, due to the covid. But still a very pleasant experience compared to the wait at DMV.

I had a excellent experience at AAA office in Downey. Everyone was professional and nice a very helpful with the situation that I had regarding my cars registration. I needed a one day pass to run my mustang to pass the smog check and before I was able to ask them, they offered it to me. Also making line and taking care of my situation it only took 1/2 hour that is fast. Considering that if I would have gone to DMV it would have taken me 5 hours. or more. So I highly recommend AAA to everyone I run into. With family and friends and accountant. That is the reason I gave 5 stars and if there were 10 stars I would give 10. Thank you. 😊

Friendly, fast, and clean is the AAA Downey office is.

I have been a premier member for over 20 years. I needed to get some documents notorized. When at the branch in Downey, I was told that only 5 signatures were included in the membership oer day. If I needed more, I would have to come back another day. Other, I could pay $6 per additional signature. One would think that after paying thousands of dollars for years. AAA wouldnt nickel and dime 5 signatures for $6.Disappointed

As I walked in, other customers were walking out with a glow in their appearance. I even overheard one person so delighted about the quick service he received, he was so giddy that as he walked out, either talking to himself, to the new customers walking in, or to someone on his cellphone, explaining what quick and reliable service he received. He proclaimed that I walked in, was called upon, and was attended to in a professional manner, and am walking out all within 4 minutes of arriving. After hearing that it made me think of how satisfied I will be walking out of this establishment. Well, just as I got comfortable on my seat, I hear my name being called. I thought wow, now I am experiencing the same feeling the customer walking out was feeling! The AAA Auto Club representative handled my situation in a timely manner as well, before I knew it I was back outside leaving said facility with my task accomplished. Good job AAA on training your personnel to be quick and precise on maintaining quality customer service!

I just went and they said they had DMV service and I looked up online ahead to.make sure if they do renew driver license. When I go theres a lady outside. She already looks like shes having trouble with everyone. I tell her I need to renew my license and she denys that they do that service there. I tell her its online and she says that shes not lying, but I never said she was lying, and says I gotta go to the dmv. I ask her what do they do here that says dmv service and she said transfers but specifically what for even her just saying transfer sound like a lie. I could everyone was mad at her for some reason or another. Im ending my membership with this company. False advertisement.

I had to wait 40 minutes in the hot sun without shade covering. I almost passed out! While the employees has a shady canopy! There are No appointments being accepted. There is No set hours or separate lines for senior citizens. They were only accepting cash or check forkfor payment. No debit or credit cards!

Waited less now with social distancing than regular operational hours. Still people arent very pleasant. But the lady that helped me was and very efficient. For DMV services.
