They did a good job, they left my car looking like new again. My only complain is that it took close to two months for them to be completely done with the repairsIt took a week for them to take my car plus another week or more to have an estimate ready, parts took forever to arrive which turned into a total of 7 weeks wait timeAfter all the wait i was satisfied with how they left my car

I was only there for an in-person estimate for auto painting. The evaluation of my vehicle was thorough yet informal. I appreciated their professionalism with the nice clean reception area & lounge and detail-oriented estimator, but understand that all of that likely translates into a higher price for the service. For now Im going to explore less expensive options, but if I did choose FixIt, Im 100% sure they do a great job.

Do not come here. Aside from waiting approximately a month to have my car repaired, having the pick up date pushed, and receiving no follow-up on my cars progress. I picked up my car with a caked repair. The entire lining looks as if it was made of paper mache and the quarter panel appears warped. Rather than taking it back, I took it to another auto shop that was courteous enough to fix their mess. Never again will I ever come here and I threw their lifetime warranty into the trash.

Love the service, Ive had two vehicles fixed here after different collisions. They always kept me updated on the progress. I kid you not but they left my cars all looking better then before. They made sure everything was covered and paid for by the other parties insurance company.

They always do good work. Unfortunately for us ( our cars are magnets for dents, hit & runs, etc) we have had to use them a few times, and you dont want to use a body shop multiple times if you dont have to. The only issue is the parking. Very small parking lot!! Love their little waiting room. Good coffee choices.

They did replace my driver window and the weather strap, I do think that they are a bit over priced and if i knew about the deductible I would have gone to other businesse, there was a situation where Fix Auto did become helpful with a one day rental and 20% reduction and I thank them for that.In my car I had a blue handicap plate in my window 😐It was not there when I got my car back 😒 it is gone now and I cant park my car in handicap until I get a new one next year 🙃One day later, before knowing about my handicap plate... I also asked about having my fender two small decks and that near....1,300.00 after just paying 1.200.00. OMG THANKS! BUT NEVER AGAIN!

Unprofessional, shoddy work. Took 2 times to get it right and still have not fixed rear camera correctly. Wasted my time because Igot out of work early only find out twice that they werent ready for me. Wasted 4-5 days rental car paid by insurance and ended-up paying for an additional day out of their own pocket because they couldnt deliver as promised. Estimators will lie and try to cover-up. Not recommended by any means. I do not understand how they are still in business making simple mistakes, lying about them, wasting your time and your insurance money, which ultimately send-up causing premiums to go up because of knuckleheads like these

I visited them about two years ago to get a quote for a CRV I was selling, they were honest and told me it didn’t really make economic sense to have them or any shop take care of the issue, told me how to take care of it myself, and it worked. I was impressed they didn’t try to upset me or feed me a bs story.So present say I had a problem with the liner on my front bumper which was pulled/broken when reversing out of a parking spot next to a high sidewalk and I returned here. They were super fast, very reasonably priced, and took care of it all in one day.Car looks great and I love it again. Thanks all!

READ HONEST OPINION!!!!! When I first took in my car to get repaired with two claims, they had it done in 13 days. They gave it to me a day early and was very impressive to fix two claims that fast. BUT the job wasnt done.My front sensors were beeping nonstop.Fix auto said they would repair it for free because that was there mistake. I was told I would be called to be updated on why the beeping was going on, they couldnt figure it out. 2 weeks pass by and no call yet. I call and ask them what happened.They said they have to order a new grill for me and would call me when it comes in. I was said okay no problem patiently waiting. 1 month and a half come by and I retrieve no call!!! I call once again and they said they ordered the wrong grill and had to put it on hold and that it was GM fault. Was told it would be there in 2 days (Tuesday), latest 3 days (Wednesday). It is now Friday and I just called they said the part just came in. Well why didnt I get phone call? when were you planning to even call me? I was unable to get the name of the person handling this from GM side because they cant give out that information. So I got their mangers name which is AJ. Now I get to finally take it in after 2 months of ordering 1 brand new 2017 chevy volt grill. Last time I took it in they washed my car ruined my car decal stickers that are peeling off now. gotta buy some new ones I guess. Also broke my window sun reflector I had that sticks on my window. My guess is that they rolled down my windows while it was sticking on my window. They didnt even apologize or say anything about them breaking it. I didnt make a big deal because those stickers were 5.99 and the sun reflector was 15.99. I can easily buy it again instead of causing drama. But now after waiting for 2 months I think they deserve this review. They need to take way better care with peoples car and give better customer service. Never got a call at all from them I was completely forgotten.

If I can give ZERO stars i will. Got in an accident 10/2017 my car got picked up by the tow truck taken to fix auto and took them about 2 weeks to tell me anything about my vehicle. I didnt get my car back till Christmas Eve. Took them 2 months to fix my car and for me still till this day to continue having problems with it. Ive taken it back so many times to a body shop that is willing to work on my car and fix all their mistakes. Paint job was done horrible and the welding job they did was horrible with holes places, there was glue and stuff just caked on it looked like a little kid put it back together. And whatever you do AJ has the worse attitude he will try to convince you that your vehicle is in perfect hands when its not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. ITS GOING ON 2 YEARS AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT THE SAME

Went to this place because someone hit my car and their insurance sent me there. Adjuster took less than 5 minutes to evalute my vehicle which was full of dust do to it not being able to start after the accident because something was draing my battery. The adjuster kept saying how he wouldnt of bought a bmw and he wouldnt of recommended it to none of his family and how it was one of the worst cars to own, kept running his mouth with negativity when I didnt care I just wanted the insurance to pay for the damage done to my car. He made me feel very uncomfotable and didnt seem trustworthy.
