Most locations love to block the entrance of the electrical department with pallets of products or flowers... making it very difficult and cumbersome with a cart of EMT and other 10ft items. Plumbing and lumber have plenty of space for those that load 10ft plus items, but they forget about the electrical department. Always.

Giving 5 stars for Brian. The very tall gentleman that works at the cash register. Hes very welcoming and helpful. Always courteous and just a friendly face to see before you leave the store.

That’s handy for so many plants in pots for your plants and they have the money tree they have one size they have different all sorts of variety trees and you can check out anything you want and yeah you really should check it out if somebody watching a good area and go from there

Let me start by saying that this review is NOT for the actual store, or even a department for that matter, but for an employee who works in the Garden Section.I went there looking for a small pot and some planting soil. Should have been a 15 minute, in and out stop. Couldnt find the pots, so I found a guy watering the plants and asked him where I could find pots. After a brief series of slightly hysterical questions, John pointed me in the right direction.John is in his early 60s, married, former Marine, retired, and loves working part-time at Home Depot in the Garden section. How do I know all this? Well, after getting what I needed, I went back to thank him and we ended up having a great conversation. Not just about what I was planting or doing in the garden, but what we were both doing in our lives and how life was treating us. We talked for at least 40 minutes.John knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable. Not just about gardening, but life. What Home Depot needs to do is find about 100 or so more Johns, and hire them.So, if you need anything in your Garden, or maybe just some advice, be sure to find John.Oh, and tell him Anthony says HI.

I ran into get the basics I needed to do my own repair and repaint my place. They have all I need in 1 place .😁 sometimes its hard to find a person to help you if you have a question thats the only downfall.

They should have more selection sizes of the sun shades. You can find them online however if you need asap theres only a couple to choose from.

Recently went in to buy some supplies for a home project and was helped by staff on floor, very friendly. Didn’t have to wait for long. Store was neat BUT the lines were a mess! I remember going and it was organized by a line and now you can’t even get through, it’s so confusing of where to make line, Very unorganized. Customers were fighting of who goes first... AND there’s no distancing enforcement on the floor.

My husband bought grass in rolls and when he put them in the ground they were dead grass. I went to the store and one of the workers said that it was our responsibility to open and check. I don’t think so, they are supposed to sell good plants. Very bad service!!!!!

When you go to home depot I noticed that some of their Employees Will blow you off if you ask them if they work in a certain department. They will tell you that they Will call some one to that department and walk awayPoor customer service skills

This store is a mess, cannot find anything I need in the specialty bolt and screw drawers, nobody cares about those things. I should just go to Lowes at least everything is in order, and they have Air conditioning in the store instead of a water cooler making humidity, just plain miserable at this store.

Glad I drove farther to this Home Depot. We got helped right away. Employees NOT gathered joking around. No lines and there machines are working. Looks like management doing a great job at this location.

Just got out Christmas Tree a 7.5 light up tree for only $79 originally it was $199 but those black Friday deals are goooood!!!

Great customer service at the store but unfortunately the app does not provide accurate information about the quantities of products in stock. I drove to the store and was not able to purchase a product that they had listed as having 10 in stock in the app. This has happened to me several times.

If I could give this a negative I would. They see a woman asking for her and she gets over looked but then a guy comes and they drop what they are doing...and dont even ask about waiting for help. You see them walking around talking but no one is helping the customer. I have been waiting for 30min for someone in lumber to come after they have been paged 3 times!!! REALLY 😡

Workers are usually very helpful. Sometimes theres stuff that isnt in stock or limited so checking online before going may save you some time before going.

I like home depot paint department. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the departments can learn from them. They have more workers on weekends that can help better.

All the people that helped me find stuff knew exactly were it was off the top of their head 10/10

Home Depot in general has a bad reputation for customer service but I found this particular store to be very good. Staff was friendly knowledgeable and available .Huge huge parking lots and lots of handicap parking.Restroom clean everything very orderly and floor clean .

Home depots employees should learn how to speak to the customers nothing will ever change on this customers like have the right away not the wrong way you shouldnt be down talked by by an employee who dont even have a clue to know thats not how you do things customers are always right.

My Favorite store. They really stay with in the protocol for Covid-19. The wipe down each self service and store clerk register. Fully staffed too. Good Job HOME DEPOT!

I just called in to check the status on my curbside order (6small boxes) The customer service guy who took my call was so rude. He said the order was going to take 3-4 hours!!! Then, he clicked my call. Target takes less than an hour to fill in my big grocery orders. This Home Depot is so unorganized and bad service.

I literally put everything back and left the store because the ONE line (singular) for the entire store was extremely long. Whats the logic behind this? Covid? If there were two or three lines would that be Covid dangerous? Why doesnt that happen at grocery stores? Ridiculous.

They have alot wen it comes to any type of job, but not everything. They call it a do it yourself store, this is true, to ask for help or information on anything, the employees dont know much. Other than that I like the store and there everywhere. One more thing searching on there wen site, thats a joke.
