Came inside looking for 2 dining chairsWas told a price of 150 per chair. Even at that ridiculous price I was in need of chairs so I agreed .. than once I was ready to pay they told me that’s the price per chair without it being built ( so built an added 50 per chair ) and extra 100$ charge if I wanted it delivered ( one black away )They wanted nearly 500$ for 2 dining chairs. How ridiculous. Never coming back again.

They were NOT willing to negotiate. We were looking to purchase the love seat(of a set) which cost $1699. They wanted to charge us $1100😳 So we ended up purchasing from Casa Leaders!

Loved the mattress and headboard set I saw but the customer service was not good at all. So we decided not to get it. Also the delivery price is too high.

Ive never left a review anywhere but this place is something else. They take for ever to approve you and will not work with you. Also if you are late 1 day on a payment they will be calling all your references and even telling them how much you owe left. Im sure thats illegal and I will be pursuing charges.

I was greeted by Sandra, a very nice salesperson. Im doing research for my new aptmt. They have some good stuff, and some good sale items. Furniture is like cars: prices seem to be dictated by locale, size of store, and how popular an item is. Quality is also a big factor.

I went there on January 10 2021,spent over 2 hours there for a PS4, when I received it was the one on display, when I was advised they had one in storage. When inspecting the package, the seal was dirty as it had been opened, I asked for the Manager, the employee said the manager could not leave his desk we had to walk to him. I said I want a refund im not purchasing an item that is opened. I have a receipt showing a refund till this day January 22nd I have not seen my money. Very bad management, and store. Dont recommend to purchase at this location.

I highly recommend buying your furniture here. We have visited several places and we always end up buying here. We are always treating well. They have friendly service and will help without being pushy. Their prices are very reasonable and have weekly sales.We recommend Juan or Sandra. They have been great.

So if they didn’t have the one I wanted and PURCHASED in the first place why deliver the WRONG one, just tell me you don’t have it rather than delivering whatever you want. They then tried to fight with ME and convince me that it was the same. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED SO DONT TRY TO CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE.! JUST KNOW that by shopping there, they will end up sending you whatever they want.I WISH I CAN SHOW YOU THE PICTURES SO YOU CAN SEE HOW OUTRAGEOUS THE DIFFERENCE IS. ANYONE WOULD NOTICE.

I bought a bed for my grandma unfortunately we had to return it an they charge 20% restocking which is ridiculous they did not advised this when we pruchase the product . Its lengthy but worth reading. I purchased a stove, a fridge, and a sectional/corner sofa. I was happy with the first two but the quality of my sofa wasnt 100% Within the first couple weeks of my purchase, I experienced a minor issue that I fixed myself due to not having the time or energy of going thru the whole exchange/return scenario. If it was major, of course I would. However what made them earn 1 out of 5 stars is their hostile and harassing way of recovering a late payment. Unless Im the only one this happens to, heres what you can expect. If youre late on your payment the first week, you opened the floodgates of phone calls. Ignoring their calls? Next youll get blocked or unknown numbers. The second/third week; theyll be calling your place of work, your relatives, and anyone whom you put as a reference. Later than that 3rd week, youll be getting a knock on your door in a gangsta Where he at? Hes late on a payment fashion. I mean, not even my mortgage providers go to that extent and it hadnt even been 30 days. Yes it may be my fault for provoking it, but life happens people, sometimes payments go past the due dates. Also, I tried scheduling a later payment being sincere with them letting them know I was gonna be late and their response was only no, you cant do that so I said Ill call them back later and simply didnt contact them again until I was ready with my payment since they dont allow post-dated payments. At least I had been faithful to 1year+ of payments not letting a single one go past a month. It wasnt worth it purchasing from them ultimately because it doesnt help my credit score. They apparently dont report to credit bureaus. Anywho, for this place I lean more towards displeased. I wouldnt recommend it to my friends.

This location in Downey has a lot of options to pick from. I like the options on display and the sales representative was great.Will continue to purchase from this vendor.

I had trouble just getting prices over the phone with these people. I had the Coaster furniture catalog online along with the model numbers for the exact furniture I wanted and they couldnt even give me a price. The first time I called the sales person was not available and the second time I called only the manager was able to release prices (not present at that time of course). I work in customer service and I would never put any customer through this. If there phone skills are bad than their store service must be horrible. Its always a good idea to call these places before you even step foot in the store that way you know what kind of service your going to get.

Very poor furniture, it may last few months if lucky, the product looks great on the outside but once you bring it home you are screwd. I have dealt with many of their stores and my god do they have liars for employees!

Beautiful Store, but service and quality of furniture is horrible! I bought a sectional about 1 yr ago and have had to come get service on it 4 times already, springs popping out and recliners going side ways and breaking. When purchased was told that if minor damages they would come out to fix but anything major they would replace, now all of a sudden they say my coverage wont replace them, LOL! Better off to go pay more but get better quality of furniture. Very Disappointed!! Would definately not recommend this furniture store!

Worse customer service experience, walk in and yes they help me to get approved it all started by the time they should of done the delivery, they came in to deliver my bedroom set which it should came with mattress, but It was not deliver until late night 10;30 pm. After an argument with the lady at the furniture store she made it seem like if they were giving me the furniture for free (not because Im paying for it). Then the 2 chest that I order they told me you should received then in a week from now. The weeks came and nothing not even a courtesy calle for an update. Call the following week I ask to speak to the supervisor, spoke him he did not seem like if he care not even an apology nor a sorry, then he promise to call me back the next day and try to see if he can give me a discount. But till this day I still havent heard back from them nit even the supervisor. I would really NOT recommend anyone to this place. I have work for more than 10 yrs in customer service and I would not give any of my customers the service they have provided me...I hope and wish I could just returned everything and buy it from some were else since my bed room set is still incomeplet. It has not even been a month and I told the supervisor when I spoke to him that If they could u ustedes come and pick up everything they brought and his answer was NOOOOO....... you have it and we cant take it back. Not what I was expecting like I said at the beginning not even an apology or a sorry... If there some one from there corporate office please give me a call I would like to report this issue...
