Stopped in to replace batteries in three Fossil watches, and also resize two of the bands. The gentleman was very helpful, changing the batteries as I waited. He also showed me how to adjust the mesh band on my own. Prices were reasonable and I highly recommend.

I was going to UPS to drop off some packages and passed this GEM of a store! 2 of my watches had randomly needed a new battery and 1 of my favorite watches had water damage (which was my fault lol). I stopped in and they replaced my batteries within 10 mins and fixed my other watch within a few days. They are the best! I will definitely be going back . Thank you Thank you Thank you

This is a gem of a watch repair store in the western suburbs. Waseem is an experienced horologist who provides excellent service and customer service. He’s also a registered repair shop for several of the Swiss brands (Swatch group for certain) so you can be rest assured your high watch is safe with him.

This place is very nice with quick service. I went to many other watch repair stores and they were not able to help me. Many of my friends recommended me to bring my watch to Time Link. The guy working there was very pateint and was able to help me. I always go there now to get my watches fixed and recommend everyone also. Great service every time!!

Had my Rolex Serviced here for a complete job. I have to say the turn around time was excellent I got my watch back very fast and this does not happen at other places. I only paid around $600 for the service that would have been double that at a Jeweler. These guys are great, very kind, and explain everything that you might have a question for. The older gentleman that owns the location takes a lot of pride in his work you can tell by just having a conversation with him.

If I could give a negative score, I would. They destroyed the face of a family heirloom and all the condescending clerk said was “tough luck.”

This place is un-professional. Brought in a wall clock that needed a whole new mechanism replaced. The part and labor would cost $75. Seemed a little pricey especially when I knew the mechanism is really cheap but the wall clock has a lot of family value to me. I get a call a week later that the clock was ready. When I came in the clock had new arms for the minute and hour, but the seconds arm was left original. When I asked why, I was told the new mechanism does not support the old arms. What ticked me off is that the new arms made the clock look horrible and they never called me to notify that the old arms would not fit. Lastly the owner kept explaining to me why the original arms couldnt be installed. Which I totally understood but they failed to notify me that there would be new arms and clock appearance would be different. I told them to put the old arms back on with the broken mech and I would take my business else where.

The owner stayed after closing time to replace our 3 watch batteries.

Worst service ever !!!!
