I had Rich come out and give me an estimate for about 70 feet of vinyl fence. I had figured out a ball park price of materials on my own and with the install the price was reasonable. I did not know when the installers were going to come as the contract stated 3-4 weeks for the install. The other day 2 trucks show up in my driveway with all the fencing ready to install. Glad I was home at the time. I had only wished that I would have been informed that they were coming so I could have taken my car out of the garage so it was not blocked in. I have to say both of the workers were very polite and professional. They made sure I was pleased with the job and even cleaned up all the scraps etc. The fence looks good and so far I am very pleased with it. I only hope I do not have issues with it as some of the other reviews have stated.

Been almost three weeks and I have not heard back from them they must really be busy

I consider myself to be somewhat hard to impress, but I have to say from the beginning to the end of my experience with Discount Fence I was just that, impressed. It started with Rick who came to my home and although we had an existing fence torn down, Rick was quick to make recommendations on how I could make the most of my space instead of following the existing fence line. He measured the lot and presented different options for me to select. Then came install day. Antonio, Hector and my apologies that I cant remember the third gentlemans name were absolutely amazing. They were meticulous with building the fence on site, they answered all of my questions, they laughed while they worked, listened to their music in my yard, whistled to the music all while continuing to work in a professional manner. The partnership they portrayed was second to none and before I knew it my new fence was built! I really cant say enough good about the professionalism of this team and the better then expected end result. This crew should be commended for the work that they do and even in spaces that were tight to work they had enough pride to do the job right. The price was a tad higher than my previous two estimates, but I had a good feeling from the beginning so I selected them. I definitely made the right choice on this one and am completely pleased! I would recommend them with hesitation.

Absolutely horrible experience, they were months late on the promised install date, did a second rate job on the install as well as left a mess for me to clean up.Fast forward a few months, the vinyl fencing has warped and the metal fencing is falling apart in spots.When I ask the get it addressed under the warrantee they flat out refused. Said they would ask the manufacture to ship Me a few replacement pickets and to do it myself.So now I’m left with a 8k fence that’s is 6 months old that’s warped and falling apart... don’t trust these guys.

On January 27th, I submitted a web request for a new fence project at our house. 2 Days later I received a response asking for a bit more specific information. I responded and then on Feb. 3rd I received a confirmation that they had received my information and that an estimator would be in touch. 3 weeks later I still had not heard from the estimator so I followed up with an email. I received another response on Feb. 24th that they would follow up with the estimator that day. As of this writing I still have not heard from the estimator.Not sure how they do any business as all....I guess my job wasnt big enough for a company named Discount Fence Co.

I have done business with Rick and Discount Fence Company and the service and quality is outstanding. I would recommend discount fence Co to anyone who wants a high quality product, and the job done right.
