I have been coming here for 20 yrs. Came on Sunday at 5pm. Sign said open. Woman in charge told me she already closed register??? I have managed retail for over 30 yrs. I will never support your shop again! Terrible

Got the bums rush cause they wanted to close 5 minutes early... sorry guys, cant sell you a cigar. Hey, not a problem. I buy my cigars a couple blocks away since then. Before that they woulda got a better review.

Run of the mill cigar shop... Dime a dozen. Air filtration system needs to b updated or checked. Clerk seemed to not care whether or not I got something or not. Finding parking in downtown Downers Grove is bad enough... Good place to go if u lived upstairs and it was 10° outside...
