Amazing customer service, they went above and beyond! So sweet of them to deliver extra early to make sure my Aunt was still home in the morning. I really appreciate it. It made my Aunt’s birthday and she said the choc cover weed strawberries and pineapples were amazing. Thank you so much!! :)

Bad service in this location!! I place an order a day before for delivery. And the whole day passed and no delivery. I called the place 30 times with no answer. I wanted to surprise my pregnant wife. This place is literally 2min away from her work and they couldn’t deliver. I had to tell her and she desire to go to the store and cancel the order. What a surprise SMH. Never order from these stores again!

I ordered 3 stars and stripes arrangements for friends who had just become US citizens. The shop called me to ask for a bit more time which was ok. When I arrived the gifts had large congratulations balloons but no US flag / stars stripes etc. anywhere. There was no explanation given. When I asked why, I was told oh we are out of all that. I explained this is for citizenship not a birthday, she said only it states on the website that we are allowed to substitute. She could not have been any less friendly or helpful if she tried. Both workers there acted totally annoyed. In the end they offered only to take the balloons off and give me some credit back.Awful experience, poor customer service. Rude staff. They could have easily called in advance to ask if it is ok to substitute. Will not use Edible Arrangements again

I live in Tennessee and sent an arrangement as a surprise delivery to a Lisle, IL destination. My better half was back in her hometown for a very important certification exam, staying at her parents home for a few days and was planning on spending the delivery day studying at home. When I learned that she had gone to a coffee shop to study with no idea of her return time, I reached out to the EA store directly. Sarah, the owner or manager, was more than helpful in trying to coordinate the delivery since no one would be home to accept the order. Sarah had given the driver (working between 2 EA locations) instructions to call me before they left out on delivery for an update on where to take the arrangement. After difficulties with the driver being available to take the order, Sarah called me and informed me that she was going to deliver the arrangement herself after hours. She threw in some extra fruit at no charge and hand delivered the arrangement on her personal time. What a great example of customer service! Id highly recommend this location to anyone planning on using Edible Arrangements. Thank you, Sarah, for making the day very special for my lady!
