Greatly impressed with the exceptional customer service. I recently ordered a bluetooth module from Vais technology for my Lexus and they sent me a defective wire harness which wasn’t working as expected after installation. The folks at Mobile Electronics were flexible enough to get me in for a replacement and didn’t charge me for it. This show’s that they are committed towards making sure the product works and not just after the money like a lot of these other accessory shops. Highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Made an appointment with a car stereo problem that was installed by BestBuy they tested the system, rear speakers were not working, sold me new rear deck 6x9s and installed them did a great job for a great price. (Fixed my cell phone hands free microphone problem too.) Thank you and it Sounds great!

This place does not know how to do solid business. They messed my car up and also a friends car. They could careless and show zero credibility. Anyone would be way better off taking their business elsewhere. I also figured out they pad their ratings with friends and family so their rating should actually be a lot lower.Whelp, on my way to have my car fixed at another place from what this joke of an establishment caused. Unless you want to end up like us, our vehicles in worse shape than what we brought it to these jackholes at.. by all means bring your vehicles in.. good luck!

Loved my experience here! Dealt with Gilbert & Joe. Talked to them the night before and scheduled my remote start for the very next day. Dropped my car off early in the morning and they had it ready by the time I got off work! Joe then explained to me how to use it and was very nice and professional as well! Will definitely recommend them & will go back! Also was a very reasonable price!

Honest and trustworthy!! If I could... I would give these guys 10 stars.I was in a jam... my DVD/CD was broken (after my son put coins into it)... and the dealer understandably couldnt fix under warranty. I was quoted $8000 by the dealer b/c it was integrated into the navigation.Mario at Mobile electronics quoted me a range of $100-$500 depending on if they had to ship it out, or not. Which I was VERY PLEASED WITH.I dropped it off and 3 hrs later, Mario called and said it was ready for pick up.It was completely fixed for $60.I was amazed and so impressed with their honesty and integrity! They knew full well that I was in a jam and would have payed 10x what they charged me.I highly recommend!!

Great place of business! Most shops are unorganized, and in disarray. NOT THIS SHOP THIER FANTASTIC!!!! They listen to what you want,give you advice based on your budget, along with options for a upgrades that arent expensive. I wish I could give them 11 stars instead. These guys are the absolute best, and I would recommend them to anyone and Everyone. They installed a system for hands free Bluetooth and viper remote start for me a while back on my Jeep. I had some troubles with it lately and I brought back to them to get some direction on what was happening and Fernando took great care of me. Customer service is obviously their company motto and it shows in how they treated me.I appreciate the effort and time that Fernando spent to try to get me the answer. He went as far as he could for me and I’ll remember that forever. I purchased a remote starter for my car through here. They knew exactly what what would work with my vehicle, and laid out the possible options. The installation was relatively quick, and professionally done. Staff was patient and courteous answering all my questions.

This place is wonderful, theyve installed stereos and automatic starts in two of my cars, no problems at all!

Had a bluetooth added. Reasonable. Works great. Ask for the version that does not use FM modulation.

I worked very hard on my sound system and could not get it to work, so I took it here. Was charged $190 to change 2 rear speakers. They installed my amplifier for $430 which is absolute robbery. Those were just the labor prices. Id even done most of the work as far as tedious drilling for them. Over payed by around $200-300. Shop around.

After having to tow my truck from another autoshop, these guys found the problem. My truck is customized so things were moved around. They knew what to look for. Its a smaller shop, but they have experience.

I was looking for remote start for my car close to where I work and this place is something else. There was a WOW moment when I was told that they would pick up my car and install it for me. Owner with installer named Louis showed up, picked my car up and installed it in the same day. There was a problem with my car and Louis took his time to go with me to acura dealer to fix it. Great customer service and quality work. I will never go anywhere else to do my cars.

The guys there were great, installers treated my car with respect and gave it an awesome remote start for a 02 Camry Solara, the dealer will take the time to show you how it works and theyll even swap it into the next vehicle when its time to get a new car just for the price of labor. This will definitely motivate me to come back again.

This is huge disappointed! I spend a lot of money. I got cracked tired on the motor wheel. The owner of this company Byun said it would not be cover by warranty. This skateboard is only 3 weeks old. Also, the motor sometimes shut down at a couple of time. I have already reported about that to the company. They did not really be helpful. What a terrible customer service they are! Do not buy it!

The guys at Mobile Electronics are true pros. Id take this place any day over a big box store. Theyve installed superior sound systems in both my cars, and answered all my techie questions with no BS. Their installations are clean and professional-looking. They make equipment recommendations based on what you want; not what they want to push out the door. When I didnt like how big the subwoofer box was for my wifes subcompact, they took it back, built a smaller box to the specs I gave them, all for no extra charge. Cant say enough good things about this shop - would recommend to anyone wanting to trick out their ride with sound, remote start, whatever.

Very professional, they truly do quality work. Its really nice to know that there are still mom and pop buisnesses out there like this one. Ive had them install everything from stereos, strobe hazard lights, after market off roading lights, car alarm, back up cameras, remote starters. There great, and when there done installing the install looks as though it came from the manufacturer. I will always always use these guys.

Great place. I had a remote start put in my PIU and keyless entry plus bluetooth. Just honest hard working crew here. After the bluetooth installation they took the time to show me how to connect to it from my smartphone. Great customer service. Cant say enough about these guys.

I had an antiquated (1992) Clifford car alarm that was triggered and could not be disabled. The car is a 1996 VW Jetta, which scared off most security shops that I called. When I spoke with the team at Mobile, they didnt flinch, and charged me much less than anyone else I had spoken with. Not only were they more affordable, but they completed the work in less than an hour.I am a pessimist by nature, I do not hand out 5 stars easily. These guys killed it, I am returning for a stereo install soon!!!
