Nice staff willing to help

This store doesnt wake up until 9:30 am. I started calling at 8:00 to place an order for some building materials for my contractors to pick up. There was no one in Building Materials until 9:30. The pro desk wasnt staffed until 9:00. and no one in Kitchen cabinets unitil 10:00 am. Hello??! Contractors start at 7:00 am. WTH?5 phone calls later, it is 10:00 and I am still waiting to place this order. Really poor service..
