The blonde woman with the glasses needs a job where she does not come into contact with the public. She is rude, bossy, mean humiliating degrading and every other awful adjective in the dictionary. My husband and I both had run-ins with her on separate occasions. Im going to another pharmacy after 30 years doing business at this one. Also, dont go there just to pick up a prescription. I had to wait 45 minutes while they gave shots and corrected peoples paperwork. I was not allowed to sit down with my bad back and cane. They need TWO lines. one just for shots. That woman is a witch x 100.

Was just humiliated at the pharmacy for a mixup on my doctor and insurance’s end by the older woman pharmacist with blonde hair and glasses. I will probably not feel safe going to pickup my medication here in the future. Complete lack of empathy and condescending to patients just trying to get their medication. Made me feel like I was lying to her about my dosage. For extra context, my medication was an anti-depressant which without I’ll surely suffer negative side effects. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review before today. I left in tears.

Have been trying to call the pharmacy for 20 minutes and nobody will answer. Its 12:30 on a weekday, couldnt imagine they would be that busy. Tried calling the store to get through to the pharmacy, still no answer. Lazy staff, not sure how you could just ignore the phone like that.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Walgreens has always been my favorite Pharmacy and store ever since I was a child growing up in Indiana.

Literally nothing I look forward to each month less than coming to this locations pharmacy. Not only is the parking at this location awful, but only about half of the pharmacy tech staff is helpful or nice.The line is always super backed up. Im just grateful it doesnt smell of human urine anymore, like it did for months tbis past year.This location is within walking distance and i always think in the back of my head itll be more convenient but I have to start remembering its not worth the hassle and frustration

I have been going to this Walgreens for almost 20 years and still going there now. I get my prescriptions there, I shop there. I feel so comfortable there because all the employees are so friendly and I feel we are like a family. They are family oriented workers, very helpful with a smile. The Pharmacy Department, they give excellent service with a smile that brings comfort to customers. God Bless you all.

Will be changing pharmacys to one that is open later or 24- 7 and has staff that cares about their customers with compassion as I write this in tears having to go another day with out a medication I need to function.

I frequented this store because is more closer. but I have bad experiences whit the manager . Always she looked mad when I asking something or when I need to cancel my purchase. Definitely I will go other store.

I like to go there on my lunch break and pick up whatever i need, but i have found nothing is ever priced correctly. It says a sale price or big yellow tag saying how its on sale, then at the register it rings up something much higher. 3 times in 10 days. you have to call a manager, re-ring everything, hold up the line for other people, just not a great experience.
