Donna held two items for me at the counter as she suggested which was a big help. She is very pleasent and is very knowledgeable.

Walked into the store and I was the only Black person. I saw two employees stocking things on the inner aisles. One of the employees said to the other, “I need to go in the back and get something” and I saw her point to me and gesture towards me and look at the other employee. The employee stopped what she was doing and went to an area near the cash register to do absolutely nothing and watch where I was within an eyes view of me. The rest of the store had white people in there and she did not stand anywhere they were to watch them. It’s 2020 people.
During my visit the staff was very friendly and helpful. This location was fully stocked with a large variety of hair products, representing several brands, unlike the Vernon Hills location.I must admit that I did not anticipate such a pleasurable experience, as the location I frequent consistently has lack lustre customer service and very few product offerings.If you prefer a variety of products in which to choose from, be it for your personal needs or client needs, this location is definitely one to frequent.

Did have a couple of my items,out of 1 thing I went for had to go back in because 1 item didnt ring up for the sale price, but the store associate was very nice and helpful
Fat girl with the piercings and boxy eyebrows is so rude. Have been there twice because my new job is close to this location. She was there both times and was so rude both times. She didn’t even speak to me whatsoever at the register, BOTH TIMES. Not even to tell me the price, and both times I had to remind her that I had a Sally’s card. So ugly and mean, and based on the other reviews, she should be fired.
If I could put 0 stars I would but I have to do one tonhave a review. I have never had a good experience here and this last one was even worse! I read some of the other reviews and I think it’s the same ladies. The heavier set girl was yelling at a customer for being wrong apparently. This elderly customer was saying how she was yelled at by the same employee the last time and the employee was arguing back which almost made me walk out. If the weather conditions weren’t horrid I would have went somewhere else. I work as a sales associate and have NEVER yelled at a customer for “defending myself” I was taught that the customer is always right even if they’re wrong. This poor woman wasn’t even offered a discount from the manager for the poor experience. The manager just stood there and didn’t say anything. There people are EXTEREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND 100% IMMATURE. DO NOT SHOP HERE SPEND THE EXTRA COUPLE MINUTES AND GO TO JEWEL OR WALMART!!
Its a shame when you have a first time customer walk in and then turn around and walk out. Apparently the two young ladies that were in this store today do not know what customer service is the first thing that you are supposed to do is at least make the customer feel welcome why walked in that door I had to say good morning first as the two ladies just looked at me as if what the hell are you doing here so I walk right out and therefore I will also be calling corporate.

The employee Cristina Miranda was atrocious apparently Im friends with someone she doesnt like and was having a conversation with my mother while buying gifts for that person and she felt the need to run her mouth bashing my friend and being completely unprofessional and rude. While the old lady employee next to her stood and let it happen and also didnt know salley sold karatin treatments or literally anything about hair she was like we have keratin shampoo and stared at me confused. Id seriously reconsider your staffing choices and Cristina needs to go like berating a customer is completely unacceptable. And she did it in front of another employee and other customers .
