I have used this store many times for an Amazon drop off and the people there were always friendly and helpful, offer to box it up, etc. Amazons website says the same thing. I always have things boxed up or once in a while may have to borrow some tape,, which had never been a problem.. Well as of this morn, 10/27, the old guy at the counter said that they said they don t box up, lend tape or pretty much do anything unless u pay them. I had to spe d $3 on cheap tape that kept getting stripped. I certainly dont have a problem with any of this, but it almost seemed like they were doing me a favor.I explained it to him and he said they never did any of this. I said I had been in there 10xs and multiple people had all said the same thing. (Offering to tape, box, etc)I told him that maybe he should call Amazon and take them off the service.I will b going to Staples from now on. I only made the trip there because Amazon says they are a ship point and all you have to do is bring the return there and the store will take care if the rest.Not so much UPS Store.Hope it helps someone
Love this place! The staff are always attentive and one time when we had an issue with a delivery, they were on-point and resolved it within 20 minutes. I recommend this business to anyone.
Esther was very efficient, friendly and helpful! She was alone the first time I went in and handled the busyness with grace and ease.

Esther, and Kat at the Dover location are absolutely amazing. Both of them Went above and beyond for me to get my returns settled. I would 20/10 recommend any UPS transaction at this store, even on your worst day!
Rude as hell, been in there a lot and they are not nice at all. Bad service over all. I think this whole town of Dover deserve a -0 in personality.
The customer service was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. He actually yelled at me saying “I’m waiting!” As I was being my QR code up for my return. I will be avoiding using this store at all cost now as a customer shouldn’t have to tell an employee “you don’t need to be rude to me.”
Customer service was very disappointing. Keep in mind this is a franchise and UPS corporate can not help you if you have an issue will this establishment.
My favorite part of the week is UPS days. Their customer service is great, I have yet to have a single issue with an outgoing package, even when I accidentally mistook an apartment number for a zip code, and their pens work!
The blonde kid/guy is probably the most rudest person I have dealt with in any type of retail store.I know the store is convenient but seriously go to a different one.
Employees were rude and self centered. Our package sat for two days on the shelf before it was shipped. Attempts to track with the number given were futile. When we called after two days they had no record, sounded panicked (after being handed off to the second person), and finally found it sitting on a shelf. Our package won’t arrive on the expected date, nor the next day, but three days later. Use USPS or UPS. The UPS Store has no connection to UPS and takes no responsibility for their incompetence.
I had to change my review and take away 2 stars because recently the young employees there are starting to have attitudes! Especially over the phone. I dont know if its covid that change them but if you dont like your job leave.
I would strongly recommend going to Durham shop if you have time, been here twice and both times encountered a rude getlmen with short blonde hair who if you have a question responds in the opposite way you would expect a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to respond. Durham Ive had good experiences every time will never be back
Went there today to return a set of headphones and it turns out that the process of returning items had changed although I had called to make sure I could do this return, the process had changed so much that I have thought that I would have had to have gone home and printed out a slip and then bought a package at a store somewhere and to be honest I was getting real agitated but they had everything we needed and they took care of it so nice job guys today at 3:45 ish

Didn’t hold up on the insurance i bought. completely ruined my package i shipped with water damage and i lost over 1k in electronics. horrible service.
Associate named Don charged me for 2 photos and additional 2 photos apart from that and gave me blurry photos. This shows total lack of integrity. Their photo equipment is outdated as well. Not recommended.

Friendly service. Never a line. They answer all of my questions and go above and beyond. I will never use the USPS again. I only go to UPS!
Went in today (Thursday, Nov 19th 2020) and neither employee working had a mask on.
Ok I was impressed. Great friendly service. We had passport photos taken and the young lady was extremely helpful and patient.
I would rate less but cant...Went into store to ship a box to KY and Oliva was kind enough to send it right back to my HOUSE! now they are hasseling me like I did something wrong .You printed incorrect lable..Give me my money back Crooks.
