We had an amazing experience with Chip and his crew. Chip was honest about what would work best for our landscaping and everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. We had an overhaul in front and outback including several pop up drains. Would highly recommend. Pics included to show before and after.

This landscaping store has a good variety of flowers, plants, and bushes along with nice outdoor decorations. Prices are reasonable. Ill be back to purchase more for the fall!

Our project is not yet complete, but I wanted to post a comment about the tremendous service we get from Delaware Landscaping. We started a few weeks back with a complete redo of the planting beds around the house. Gerardo and his crew removed all the old variety of materials from the beds, put down new fabric, and installed river jack all the way around the house. At he same time, they removed a tree we needed gone, moved several rose bushes and ground out 2 stumps. These guys wasted no time, arriving on time, and going full tilt each day. Anything we asked got the same response, No problem. Happy to help. Now we are almost finished with the back yard, having sprayed the entire area to kill the existing grass (and weeds), upgrading the irrigation system, preparing to lay sod. Chip is on site to manage the entire process, and takes great pride in his work. Again, it is clear that his goal is to make my wife and me happy with the project, and proud of what we are having done. And its working. There is no doubt in my mind that this newly improved irrigation is going to help us grow a lawn that will be the envy of the neighborhood.We are delighted and look forward to enjoying our backyard deck and pool area. We were already satisfied customers from previous dealings with this company; however, when the tornado struck on August 4, 2020, and took out our trees and fence and did other damage to our home and property, Jerry Taylor and Delaware Landscaping helped tremendously. In spite of COVID restrictions and a backlog of cries for help from all the people affected by the storm, they came to help us in the most expeditious manner. They cleared the fallen trees and cleaned up the debris, removed stumps and obstructive roots, and helped us repurpose one stump and some of the lumber we decided to retain. We also discussed future work to be done in the aftermath, including repairing some drainage problems. As always, the crews involved in this work provided professional effort and results, often going beyond what was originally planned. At the beginning of March 2021, we consulted with Jerry on plans we had to rehabilitate our property from the storm and winter weather damage. Per our discussion, Jerry prepared a plan with reasonably priced estimates for removing bushes, trees and shrubs from the sides of our home, creating drainage barriers to protect our foundation; reseeding those areas; planting a Japanese maple tree to replace a shade tree we lost to the tornado; establishing a bed of ground cover roses along the sidewalk in front of our house; creating a Mary garden in our backyard, including transplanting some rose bushes we salvaged from the tornado; cleaning out and mulching all of the existing flower beds; and reestablishing a red stone walkway. On the agreed upon date and time, led by Gerardo, their supervisor, Jerrys crews came on schedule and fully prepared to accomplish the agreed upon work. After reviewing the plans we had discussed and answering our questions, they wasted no time clearing the shrubbery; digging the necessary trenches; constructing the drainage barriers; refilling the trenches and reseeding the areas, all in one day. The next day, they returned and accomplished all of the rest of the planned work. My wife and I are more than satisfied with the work that has been done and we will be consulting with Jerry on future projects. It is a pleasure to deal with cheerful, skillful professionals who take pride in the work they joyfully accomplish.

Delaware Landscaping did great job on planting shrubs in front yard. Only complaint is there are a couple of bigger shrubs where the bad side is facing outward towards the yard, in other words big gaps in the shrubs. I recommend this company but make sure you approve placement before they plant.

Large selection of flowers, trees and shrubs. Beautiful hanging baskets. One suggestion. Wear sneakers. I had sandals on, walking through with sandals instead of sneakers was tough because of the little stone walkways . It is a killer.

Their work crew did a u-turn in my front yard at 1700 hours. The act was witnessed by my neighbor. I called them them and they told them they needed to fix it or I was going call the police. They said I threatened them by saying I was going to call police. At that point they were not going to fix anything. This character on their behalf is not a business I would recommend. They apparently dont stand behind their work or damages by their employees.

I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed. They always take care of me!

Chip came out quickly and diagnosed the issue with my irrigation head and explained what I needed to do in the future if I have to replace any other heads. I highly recommend.

Wow, where do I start? Upon purchasing an in-ground pool I reached out to Mr. Taylor from Delaware Landscaping in October 2019 for a total renovation of my landscaping and to perform the landscaping needed around the pool. Mr. Taylor came out a couple times with a pen & paper to talk with me and the wife about what we were interested in for our landscaping needs. Next thing we saw was numerous crews on a property transforming our pasture of a yard into a magazine ready oasis of a yard. Although at first we weren’t really sure what we would be getting as Mr. Taylor kept reminding us to let him take care of it and boy did his Company not disappoint. From the great Customer Service to the attention to detail work in the front and back yards, we could not be happier and highly recommend Delaware Landscaping for all your landscaping needs. Items we purchased include front and back irrigation, sod in backyard, total landscaping renovation of front and side yards, walkway to the pool, shrubs and stone around the pool and 27 Arborvitaes around perimeter of back yard. We will also be getting front lawn reseeded in the fall.You can sense my gratitude towards Mr. Taylor so now I will get into the stupendous customer service from Chip Taylor. This young man gets customer service which is hard to find in this day and age. Chip ensured all our needs were met during the actual work being performed and came back numerous times for questions or demonstration for newly installed irrigation system. Chip is very polite and not satisfied until he is positive the Customer is happy with the work his folks completed.In closing, i highly recommend Delaware Landscaping for any and all of your landscaping needs. Not often a Company will send out a crew to mow your newly installed sod on a Thursday before Memorial Day weekend to ensure your investment looks good for family coming to town, this is just one example of this great Company going above and beyond for their customers.

Im very happy with the work the guys did in my front, side and back yards. Total redo of the front yard and mulching for 9 very large beds. They were very professional and left each day after cleaning up the areas. It took a few days to complete the job because they worked around the rain. But...It would have taken me several months to do what they did for me! Jerry was very helpful with my vision and Fran just took it from there. They listened to what I wanted and delivered just that. I will use them again for sure!

Company (Chip Taylor) worked overtime to fit me into their workload last year to get my extensive sprinkler system running. This week (Chip Taylor) again worked overtime to get my sprinkler system hooked up to a new well we installed. His electrician and plumber subcontractors worked with Chip to get the job done quickly and did Quality work. I was impressed with Chips integrity - which is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend the company (Chip).

Initially, I was considering paying this company to landscape our home. A colleague of mines recommended this company on an account of a pleasant experience. My mother and I stopped by today to glance at shrubs and flowers. I had many questions so I went inside to ask for help. I approached the counter and was completely ignored an older female that worked there. A man that worked there delivered some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and wasn’t welcoming in the least. Delaware Landscaping will never get a penny of my money!

When we originally approached Delaware Landscaping Inc. in October, 2019, we had no idea what it would take to resolve the drainage problems on our property. Jerry Taylor reviewed all aspects of the existing issues and his plan on correcting them.The extensive work began in late October and continued through late November/early December. Not only did the property look great but wehonestly felt the work had been done in a thorough, technical and precisely timed manner. Their staff is focused, hard working and daily clean up made for a less intrusive experience. They informed us of when they were coming, answered our questions immediately. What they achieved during the late fall weather was amazing. Always took into account the weather forecast and its effect on work.We opted for additional property improvements creating a beautifulpaver walkway and upgrading our flower beds. We worked with Chip on this project as well as the paver design with Gregg. They both kept us informed throughout the project and again work and clean up were great.All at Delaware Landscaping Inc. were professional, attentive, courteous,and kept customer involved at all times. Crew always was accessible with any of our questions or concerns.Our property looks beautiful!!

Jerry arrived at our house at the appointed time and provided expert advice on the shrubbery next to our house and in the front yard as the exposure to the sun is very different on each side. A few weeks later the crew arrived and provided excellent service and are very pleased with the result. Three months later all is well. Next we will be adding more trees and other work as the fall approaches. I will be calling or stopping by soon!

What company does the following? Shapes and trims 12 mature (40 foot) trees at the entrance of our subdivision as a way to say thank you to their customers they have serviced in our subdivision (Magnolia Meadows) at NO CHARGE ? This work took 3 days and over 30 hours of an expert Certified Arborist time and his crew, and high reach bucket truck, and chipper. Because of their wonderful manicuring skills, the survivable and longevity of these trees will be extended for years to come baring something unforeseen.I have utilized Delaware Landscaping on our property for nearly three years and have come to realize that if the owner Jerry Taylor says he will do so-and-so and shakes your hand, it is as good as done at the fair price agreed upon (no up-sales). More than once, his crew has gone above and beyond what was expected. This most recent act of kindness ($3 - 4K in tree work), to myself and my subdivision neighbors without accepting anything in payment other than a few bottles of cold water went way beyond a Thank You in this day and age.

My company use to gets supplies from them often. Lady in the store is grumpy. They don’t hesitate to blame customers for any issues that might happen, and young man who “runs” things is full of himself. Tree service guys have no CDL so there’s that. If you want a lot of undocumented Mexicans and guys who can’t pass a drug test running around your commercial property with some kid running behind him like he was born to with nothing to lose this is your place. We’ll no longer buy pavers from this location. Bridgville is better

We bought a new home in Milford and the property needed a lot done so we contacted Delaware Landscaping and Chip to do some major work for us as our property looked like a wasteland, grass wise, nothing but bad soil and weeds. Chip had his work cut out for him and he over performed exceeding our expectations! He turned what looked like a sandy desert into the most lush, thick green oasis. He did several weed killings, installed irrigation graded, brought in healthy topsoil and topped it off with instant gratification Sod! The thing that separated Delaware Landscaping from all the other local landscapers was Chip’s customer service and follow up and follow through! Nothing worse than putting down a deposit and never or sparse follow up as schedules and time frames for everything. Chip at Delaware Landscaping was ALWAYS on top of things, got back to me the same day with any questions. We highly recommend Delaware Landscaping.

Have now enjoyed two years of landscaping services; everything from tree andshrub removal, shrub sculpting, tons of stone placement and replacement, fence enhancement, and area sod placement. I was so pleased with their crews and how they treated our property that I just signed a contact for them to do my total lawn care for 2019, tree/shrub care, lawn maintenance, and area beautification. Delaware Landscaping (DL) provides a total package service(s) for a reasonable but fair cost. DLs ability to get the job done on time and meet the customers needs is why I trust them. Being able to call and speak with the owner if I had questions is truly a plus.

Owner is a total prick. Purchased some Stone and it ended up being the wrong kind .So called to see if we could bring it back they said yes they discussed how they were going to get it off the truck we have a big utility trailer. they could have driven their heavy equipment up to unload it but the owner comes out and says we have to shovel it off with a complete attitude. No customer service training at all. I told him it was great doing business with you Ill never be back . Very unprofessional!

Plenty of selection of mulch, dirt and stone of various colors. Helpful staff that are quite knowledgeable. Ive purchased mulch, rose bushes and sod from them and have been quite pleased with everything.
