Sharp energy took payment from my debit card before delivering the propane.$225.00 after they came and left the bill the charge was only $160.31. So I call, tell them give me my money back, they tell me give them an email address, for what? Why need email to give my money back? But I have the email, responded to their request in the email and have yet to return my money. This is bad business. They more or less stole money from me, thats what it is when you overcharge and dont return the excess. Now if I did not pay them the full amount I would owe them and be in legal trouble. Ive been with Sharp for many years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Two staff members just came to upgrade my tanks and they were great! Polite, friendly, & did a fantastic job. It wasnt an easy job because a tree had grown up thru a gap in the base of the old tank but they worked at it till they got it out. I was working on it when they showed up but they said they would take care of it. Awesome job!!

Kind of disappointed by our service so far. We recently bought our house and had the company already here so we started with them and signed up for propane to be delivered when we call. So we got delivered in may and towards December we called to get it filled that cost like 170 something and than from dec to dec 26th we got it filled up but not by us but by a driver that came to our house by mistake than told us not to worry about it and than we get a bill in the mail for $210 saying we had to pay for it even if it was the drivers fault and saying we were on auto delivery when no we have not we have got it delivered whenever we called and now we have a bill for $210 for less than a month of using the propane...seems fishy and does not make any sense! Very upset about how the manager and assistant manager are handling this. Now we our forced to pay of $210 when was not our fault and do not know how it got to that much in such a little bit of time when we have been working 60hrs a week not having our heat set to high the whole month...just very disappointed by the company not giving us a real answer into why we owe this much in such a short period and from us signing to have it come when called to it being auto delivered

Gary was VERY informative and quite pleasant to speak with. Their prices are also very reasonable.

They rip you off for the gas remaining in the tanks when you discontinue the service. Had over $300 worth of gas in the tanks when they picked them up. Sold my house and new house doesn’t use gas. They won’t buy the gas back but they resell it. They sure can’t release it into the air, so it goes back to be resold.
