Thank you Service Pro, LLC for your fast service . Service Pro, LLC was recommended by home warranty company because air conditioning was not working. Called Service Pro, LLC June 11, 2019 at 4:30pm left message. Mike returned my call at 7:10pm and came right out and fixed my air conditioning.

One of my air conditioning units stopped working. The warranty company recommend ServicePro. They were prompt in making an appointment to meet with me and showed up a little before the time they promised. Took them about 1/2 hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and provided a detailed explanation as to why one of my units had stopped working. I DID NOT faint when I saw the bill and they guarantee their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bill called to let us know that he was going to be late for the scheduled appointment. He called back three hours later and left a voicemail stating that he could not find our home. I called back five minutes later, got his voicemail and gave him detailed directions, but he just never showed up and did not call back.

Had my heater serviced by a heating company, they found a crack in the heat exchanger. Contacted my home warranty and they sent out service pro. Bill was the technician. Explained to him what the other company found. He was very rude and said that there was nothing wrong with the heater. He barely gave a glance at the furnace and left. I decided to get a third opinion by another company. Definitely a crack and the heater is unsafe to use. Need a completely new heater!!! I have two small children and This company and Bill put my family in great danger!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company didnt even bother to show up for their appointment. Not even a phone call!! The dont answer the phone and the voicemail is full. What a joke. Dont waste your time

Service Pro was recommended to us by our home warranty company. It took 2 days to reach someone to set up the appointment. Mike was scheduled to come out between 8 am and 12 pm on Monday, Aug 6, but never showed up. We attempted to contact Service Pro, but our calls were never returned. When I called this morning, instead of a voicemail, I received an automated message saying the subscriber is unavailable. Thank you for calling. Goodbye. Needless to say, we have decided to go with another contractor.

Installed new heat / AC. I paid balance from warranty company. Tried heat for 1st time on 11/18 which didnt work. Texted technician (Bill). Called office and left VM. Neither called back. Spent hours, days trying to resolve through warranty company given the original company is suppose to honor (key word) their part of deal. As of today, still not fixed. New company is waiting on part that Service Pro (NOT) did not install. Please dont waste your trust, money, and energy dealing with this company. Not worth it!!

Im not gonna write a book here on our horrible experience with this completely unprofessional joke of a company. All of the bad reviews are consistent with our experience. These guys cost us thousands of dollars to have their incompetent, dishonest work fixed. Probably the biggest a-holes Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

After having a bad experience with missed appointments about a month ago, I decided to give them another try. We woke up and found water all over our basement from our heating unit. We called them late morning and they came out later that day and fixed the problem within minutes. Problem solved. Heat is back to working properly just in time for a snow storm.

I never do these reviews but this place had such bad customer service it deserves to be known to any potential customers. First thing wrong was that my warranty company told me they would contact with 1-2 business days. After 4 business days they finally answered the phone. The phone call was answered yeah instead of a professional tone or greeting. Overlooked this and scheduled a time 10-12 on a Friday, wife takes off work for appointment.No show and nobody answering calls from me or my wife till 3 PM when i receive a phone call saying they were on their way 1 hr later (we live 15 minutes from main office) and i am furious. I tried calling them 3 times to cancel service but no answer. I tell the guy not to worry about it since he took his time i didnt need his service. He acts like the victim and I am wasting his time. -5 stars is not enough for poor customer service and rude employees. Bad business as can be seen with Better Business Bureau as top of Google searches.

They did everything wrong and damn near ruined my central air system. These yo yos dont have a single clue as to what theyre doing. They were no shows for several appointments I made leaving me waiting all day for them and they didnt so much as give me a courtesy call and when they did finally show up after blowing me off and 3-4 rescheduled appointments later they were still late and misdiagnosed the problem I was having and the reason my central air was having problems is because they botched up a simple servicing. Took me calling a different company to fix what they ruined and to inform me just how much of a screw up these guys were. They really earned their 1 Stars! I dont care how hot your home gets in the summer Id rather sweat to death than ever call these morons out to work on my unit.

The water in my home started to get colder and colder, we have not hot water heater and the water is heated directly by the boiler. I called my home warranty company who sent servicePro out. They were scheduled between 10-2, they got to my home at 2:45. The tech walked into the basement put his hand on the pipe and said ouch thats hot told me everything is working okay and asked for their $100. I got out the thermometer and found that the hottest water in the house is only reaching 110 degrees where is was much hotter before. i called back to have them send another tech and they are telling me that i need to call a plumber to see why the water is cooling. Scam Artist!

If I had a chance to gıve them (negative) 5 start, Id totally would. This literally is the worst company ever in the DE area and Im absolutely shocked that theyre are still in business! They cant show up on time, they can never fallow the schedules they make, and of course tells your tons of BS when theyre around... You also can tell that theyre not knowledgeable about what theyre are doing as well. They showed up at the very last minute, only stayed at my house about 15 min and charged me $100. They also got an approval from the HOW company but they never came back to fix it even though I called them 5-6 times... Its been over 4 months and still waiting for them to come back to fix the issue. Im actually thinking about getting the authorities involved in this at this point.Btw, the below 5 start comment is either fake or she is mistaking with an other company, but either way, I would never want to deal with these morons ever again!

We were given them through our home warranty. Not only do they not answer their phones, they also do not return phone calls. When I finally got ahold of them they were rude and unprofessional. I immediately had service transferred to another company.

Terrible service we have been without AC for a week. The guy was scheduled to come today 8-3pm and absolute no show. I called at 3 and straight to voicemail and left several messages. My mom is a senior and I have a minor of the age 7 here. No consideration

On May 4th our air conditioner stopped working and we called our warranty company who gave us Service Pro. They came out on May 6th and told us it was the piston and ordered us a new one. They didnt come back until May 14th only then to tell us that it was actually the compressor that was bad. Our warranty company then took over a week to decide what was more cost effective and finally shipped the new compressor. I had to repeatedly call until finally I got a call on May 27th that the compressor was in and now they could have someone come out on May 30th between 12-4. It is May 30th and almost 7 oclock and no one has shown up. This is literally the worst service I have ever had with a company. My fiancé has called several times to speak to a manager Mike who has yet to call us back. If you ever want to use a company to fix your AC unit PLEASE do not use this one. The only person who deserves any type of credit is Anthony who discovered the compressor actually needed to be fixed and fixed our heater in October.

This guy is not professional he cannot figure out the problem with furnace used wrong tools messed up flange came back to fix know my furnace is leaking said he was coming back its been 3 days not a call this company is the worst would never use them again or recommend absolutely useless i would not give even 1/2 star unfortunately you have too unreliable pieces of work this company has as employees you guys suck

Mike came out and looked at my Furnace after another company told me the heat exchanger was bad. One hour later and Mike fixed the issue. He was professional and very responsive. I will be calling them back if theres ever another issue!
