In the past few months Ive found myself going back to Tractor Supply because the selection is great and the staff is as well. Lowes and Home Depot have lost my business due to the lack of customer service and the fact they dont seem to have the little things Ive needed recently, such as a spindle wheel for my riding lawn mower, which was in stock at Tractor Supply. That allowed me to repair my mower within roughly an hour, keep cutting grass and not miss a beat. Good job Tractor Supply, color me impressed!!!

The store isnt bad. Rarely go there but when I do its what youd expect. However, just about every night for the past few years this stores alarm has gone off and is on for as long as 9 hours (yes, Ive kept track because Im a night shift worker). I live almost 2 miles away and constantly hear it whenever Im outside working on my car or bike at night. I cant imagine how bad it is for the people that actually live just behind the store. Probably cant sleep.

If I could give no stars I would. The Dover store is beyond the worst Tractor supply I have ever been to..Attitude, unhelpful, the ducks had no water, no food...this place needs new management..

I had an issue with a chair I bought online and picked up at another Tractor Supply location. Since that store had no more I contacted customer service. They called the store and spoke to the manager James. He was very helpful and allowed me to exchange the chair even though it was originally sent to a different store. He was very pleasant and provided me amazing customer service.

DONT GO TO THE CAMDEN,DE LOCATION FOR PROPANE. They do not want to provide this service for their customers. There were absolutely no customers in the store it was early in the am. The employee responsible for filling tanks had something she thought was more important in the back office to do than wait on customers. We waited out in the hot sun for 10 minutes then left with out our propane. I wish I could post this with negative stars.

They had what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Customer service was outstanding. What can I say, they did good. They had the T-posts that I needed.

Great place for minor farm equipment or livestock or pet food. And you would be surprised the amount of little hidden treasures found around the store you couldnt find any where else. They also have a good amount of quality clothing as well.

Horrible experience at this store today. Ordered a brand new 2020 Cub Cadet XT1 lawnmower online and set this store in Camden for curbside pickup. I chose this location for convenience as it isnt far from my house. I was notified via text it was ready and headed to the store. When I arrived, I waited about 10 mins for someone to bring my mower out from the back. Not much longer a woman who I later found out is the store manager came out with the mower. From the moment I saw it I knew something was not right with the mower because it looked more used than my 12 year old craftsman it was replacing. As I walked up to her and the mower I noticed the package of documents waterlogged and moldy. I asked her if I could check the hours on the mower as she was pressuring me to sign the document saying I picked it up. The mower had 12.5 hrs on the hour meter. This Manager in her right mind was purposely passing off a used and returned riding lawn mower as new to the tune of $1600. 12.5 hours on a lawnmower can easily equate to a few months of mowing grass for a little perspective.When I confronted her, she fully admitted the mower was returned. Not once was this mentioned previously, or any effort on her part to make things right other than offer me last years model at the same price after leaving me standing outside multiple times. She attempted to pass the buck and blame the girl who fulfilled the order but in the end she is the Manager who obviously isnt a good representation of this business. Short of a few choice words I asked for a full refund and left shaking my head. Buyer beware of the disgusting business practices that happen at this tractor supply. If you are spending money on a big ticket item, rest assured this place dosent care about the customer. I learned the hard way to buy from a specialized dealership. With such a large military community in the area it makes me wonder how many other military members were taken advantage of from this place. Absolutely terrible. If I could rate this as zero stars I would.

Ted did a very good job helping my husband and I when we came back to pick our trailer up that we purchased on 7/5 from Casey.. Casey called and said trailer lights was good and could pick up. Got there and still same issue. Ted had Very good customer service skills and patience. He did everything to see why the lights wasnt working properly on the trailer we purchased. My husband has figured out the issue! The dual light was in wrong which made the brake lights dim! Not sure where the trailers come in from but all of them are damaged on the lot, you really got to pick through them to get decent one. Trailer rides good when pulling behind our Escalade!

Upon entering the store in search for dog food. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the cashier. After asking for help she called for and introduced me to a guy named Erren. Who was more than helpful and highly respectful. He answered every question me and my family had about the food for our family pet, and even helped us take our bags to our car. He was great. And I look forward to seeing him again on our next shopping trip to the store.

They always have just what I need. This visit it was Mrs. Wages pasta sauce mix. Im a fan of the flavor in this sauce mix that complements my large crop of tomatoes.

Always friendly and helpful. Last visit I was looking for a specific bird feeder. My location did not have any in stock. Customer service desk called surrounding stores to have one sent to my nearest store. Alway get great service at the Camden store.

The service was good even though they had issues with thier sprinkler system. They were busy cleaning the floor but helpful.

Bought a hedge trimmer a couple days ago, this trip was to return hedge trimmer since it didnt work properly. No issues with return and got my money refunded so still gave 3 stars for customer service.

I was wanting to purchase a few baby chicks this spring, So i went to Tractor Supply Co. When I asked a lady working there when they were getting a new batch of chicks, she was not helpful, and did not seem to want to answer us. After waiting another 3 days, they still have no chickens and no one helpful.

Unbelievable, its within business hours, its 21°, and because they close in 20 minutes, they cannot fill a propane tank, which literally takes under 5 minutes!Worst service, no professionalism, poor customer service, lazy workers!I will never shop at this TSC location, and make a conscientious effort to avoid them all.I appreciate having no propane service on such a cold night.As many who depend on propane know, often times, one runs out with little notice!I came here as a consumer, and was turned away.

Horrible experience. Unfriendly and rude. All I wanted was a bag of bird seed. They had none on the floor, had to call for someone to bring it from the back. Frustrated lady employee cant find the sku to ring up, and basically gives up. I walk out with nothing. I was a regular customer, but no more.
