Great customer service! I didnt have to stand and wait on someone to help me. I had an idea of what I needed when I got there, but a ton of questions. Sean was great about answering my question, he was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I will definitely be back!

I understand mask wearing is a hot topic right now. I was asked to wear one, I complied, but was then harassed by an employee about the way I wore it. Rudeness to a paying customer is never in style and will be remembered long after the masks are gone. I’m afraid that not only did it keep me from continuing shopping today, but I probably will not return. I do my best to support local business until one makes it very very difficult to patronize them. I am Very disappointed in this store right now.

Lousy service. Cashier mumbled so badly I couldnt even understand him. Card reader broken. Swiper broken. I wound up leaving my intended purchased on the counter and walking out. Its pretty bad when the staff makes the jokers at Lowes look like expert-level hardware pros. Ill never, ever visit this Ace again, and it used to be a weekly shopping stop at least!
