I just got my cake today from this location, Meredith, the woman who decorated my sons birthday cake did AMAZING... I ordered a full sheet and she called to explain that the design I picked on the website doesnt fit that large of a cake. I told her I trusted her judgement and go to town on it. She went above and beyond!!! That woman needs a raise 👌🏼 THANK YOU MEREDITH FOR MAKING MY SONS 3RD BIRTHDAY EXTRA SPECIAL!! I will definitely be going to her for all my future cakes 🙌🏼

Very over priced compared to most other stores and their self checkout made me scan everything very slowly and scan each item multiple times, with a cashier helping the whole time.... Express lane my butt... Just going through the full service line is much faster.The staff was quite friendly so they get the two stars💞, but u can not rate this store a 5 at all given todays experience

Was almost empty..very well stocked in everything needed. and since Im Handicap I have to use a buggy..they were ready and fully charged...and at check out the lady was very nice and kind and put my groceries in my cart so I didnt have to very patient while I was getting out my cards to pay.. nice to have a store be so helpful I really do like them a lot.

Went to get some stuff for a BQQ with a friend and was met by the most rudest, sailor mouth lady in the entire place. I havent entered the store and she was screaming profanities to its employees, especially the cart pusher that looked so young to be my cousin. The prices were outrages. Terrible service, and the employees were rude as heck! I couldnt even find my stuff and just left the place. The lady was still yelling at the exhausted young cart pusher. The poor boy was the only one working at the parking lot alone. and he looked miserable. I am NEVER setting foot in that store AGAIN! I dont stand employee abuse!!! Especially if is a teen trying to make a living.

Love the story, but losing faith in the meat dept. Last 4 times Ive been there the meat dept doesnt even ask if I want anything. I only buy from the butcher. Ill give it one more chance then Ill go elsewhere. Sad but I can spend it anywhere hopefully I dont have to make a change I love there delmonicos

Nice selection and fair prices. Several very slow or rude cashiers. Some really odd cart guys that follow you to your car, stand really close, watching you put groceries away, then take your cart without saying a word. A bit creepy!

I love Giant Eagle - dont prejudge the rating. Thet have fresh produce, choice meats, the best deli, awesome employees and fuel perks!!! However, if youre going to advertise that your liquer store is open until 10... then dont close it at 9pm! Grrr

The overall store is always very neat and clean and disinfected when Im there. Always stocked, never hard to find what U go there for. If for some reason U cant find something, somebody is always happy to help U out. U just cant beat there Meat Department. Im always on a tight budget so I only shop there for my Groceries. They keep me under budget....

At the supermarket they was very rude. When just a year ago the old Managers Was kind and considerate. The customer was always right. Now, they are rude or out and out nasty....

Was a regular Giant Eagle customer. I will not be back. The absence if regular items I am accustomed to does not justify me returning. You lost another customer Giant Eagle. Very sad.

This store is a fantastic place to shop with friendly staff that make you feel right at home. There is a worker there, named Dylan who pushes carts, he greets you right at the door and has a way to put a smile on your face. There new scan and go system was a struggle at first when it came to produce but someone from produce helped us figure it out. The people who work here are always friendly and willing to help. They are doing a fantastic job with the covid regulations and follow all the rules. Safe place to shop.

I went into this giant eagle thinking that it was going to be an okay experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. There is a reason that this location has such a low review. It could be because of the rude and prudish staff, or maybe the other customers that were rude is the problem. I was wearing a long sweatshirt and some pajama shorts because I wanted to be comfortable and due to the length of my sweatshirt they couldn’t see the shorts so they asked me to leave until I stated and showed that I was wearing pants.

Great meat department. Store always seems to need a good cleaning.

I had two employees working close by that asked me if I needed help. The first one was informative and went above and beyond looking for a product from me. Unfortunately they were out and thats when the second employee recommended a similar product. She took me over to where it was and it wasnt there, five minutes later she came running up to me with the product. Neither one gave up and I liked the replacement more than the original. It was nice to see that level of customer service.

Dont shop here often. Prices are ridiculously high can buy same product at another grocery store cheaper.Only plus side is they have the state liquor store. Who doesnt like booze right... Lol

For the most part it was a good experience in that the employees all had masks, and they were more than gracious to help. Shoppers were half and half. Some wore masks and were respectful, others tried to push their way in front of you, didnt wear masks, and didnt social distance.

I wanted to share that the cashier I had today Megan, Went so much far and beyond a high level of customer service that I wanted to publicly thank her and in turn giant Eagle for helping me navigate my way through the app and through the coupon experience and through the store in general. I had my oldest son who is severely autistic With me at the time and Im sure she may have sensed that I was losing patience quickly. Thank you again to Megan and to giant Eagle for helping us.

Normally I would give this store a 5 but the meat and seafood department has been lacking the past few weeks. No one wants to wait on you in the meat department and sometimes you could stand there for 15 minutes before someone decides that they should acknowledge you. We have had the meat cutters look back at us several times before they come up to help us and then when they do it is like they are doing you a favor. Seafood department is the same way. We always got their regular salmon patties but unfortunately now they have none. We have started to go to the small meat markets where you get acknowledged promptly.

Nice grocery store. Has a Huntington Bank inside of it. As well as a bakery, and fresh deli. Close to some good eats and a gas station.

Normally its good. But this time people who work there were never rude. I had to stop my cart very quickly to not hit members of management who just stepped out in front of me like I wasnt even there. Had to go back outside to get a cart. None were collected for the costumers. I shop there and get prescriptions there. Or I would have thought this to be normal and would never returned.

Prices have gone up again. Hot good deal on burger and chuck roast though. They had strawberries on sale 4 for 5 and they smell really good but havent cleaned them yet to try them.

Great store. They are doing a great job at following all the new mandates and keeping the shelves stocked.

I use them as my primary pharmacist and they do pretty good in that area, but prices are little high throughout the store. I always feel like its dirty in toward the front where you come in. Maybe its the smell. Anyway, it serves its purpose.

My favorite Giant Eagle. Laid out so perfectly that I can get through my grocery shopping experience fairly quickly. The Get Go is easy to get in and out of. I dont even buy my grass anywhere else

Decent selection of goods here, the state liquor store is also decently stocked with plenty of options. My only problem here is walking through the front door is some kind of odd smell and its been that way for as long as I can remember. Its really off-putting.

Parking is usually not a problem. The prices are sometimes ridiculous unless you are buying something on sale with your advantage card then most times it is a very good deal. Checking out as usually never a problem as they offer self checkout as well as cashiers to help. Good variety of products and a lot of high-end items which probably explains the prices.

Im probably biased since I live so close and its such a convenient place for me to get food. I get their ready to go meals all the time. They have a nice variety to pick from and its always decently priced and tastes pretty good. On top of that they have a full liquor license and plenty of other great food choices. Cant go wrong shopping here. I even bought a headset for my computer for $15 bucks and it works very good for that price.

I shop 80-90% of my food and asundries at the Dover Giant Eagle. Staff so professional and always willing to help, is clean(except for the occasional bird on ceiling tresses)& overall a quick and pleasant experience. But was very displeased to learn G.E.will no longer accepting both ecoupon from their app AND manufacturers coupon for same purchase which over the years allowed me to save substantially and splurge on something in the store I couldnt afford otherwise. In future I will shop at store closer to where I live since can no longer enjoy the considerable amount saved on doubling coupons over 50 cents and using my newspaper coupons with app coupons. Bummer!!

Prices decent, good on sales. Produce and meats are fresh, and store is organized well. Definitely needs updated, still the old style giant eagle. Clean as it can be with its age. Needs a better entrance and exit for general public as trucks use the same and tear up the asphalt, making the parking lot a little tricky. Getgo gas on the far end of lot.

To be honest i rarely shop at any giant eagle because their prices are usually higher, most times i do stop its for alcohol from the state store or wine. That being said the selection is pretty good in both departments

Clean and neat and fairly well organized. A couple of the checkers are a little slow and chatty but otherwise a great store. The liquor agency inside is a major plus!
