We visited this store (store 110) yesterday for lunch. We were getting food for our team of 16 people. We ordered family style chicken on the bone as well as tenders, potato wedges and biscuits.Even though, we walked up and ordered the manager and staff were very happy to accommodate us.We are very happy with the service we received and expect to visit again.Thank you

The worse royal farms I’ve ever been to. Staff was extremely rude. Food was stale. I could break something with my croissant it was so hard. They should just close this one down ! It wouldn’t be missed!

If I could give it no stars most definitely would. Got all the way home to find my ham and provolone sandwich the ham was literally old probably left out for a while and slimy, it had an awful smell to it. I ordered a mac and cheese and it was literally exploding out the side when they handed it to me. The time made was 6:25am. When I refused to take the mac and cheese they tried to force it on me saying I had to take it. I normally dont complain but worst customer service Ive experienced. Also wrote to corporate and complained.

Just left the store after returning because, they got my order wrong. So, I asked the manager for something extra for the inconvenience and he told me he couldnt do that especially when he was giving me another hot order! It took me 15 minutes to drive back there. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this store. The customer service is very inconsiderate

I just bought a 3 piece box of chicken. The guy cooking said he only had legs. He gave me 3 drumsticks. I came home ate them and immediately threw up.

I literally just left there. The one lady was cleaning out the place where the chicken is made thats fine no prob but her attitude was like I shouldnt even came over there. And the cashier was kind of snippy too. Hey if you didnt want to work today you should of called off Im tired just like you ladies. SMH Ill try day time

Some people like to stay fit and eat healthy, so i go into the fruit basket stand and 9/10 apples were rotten along with the oranges. They must never replace the fruits fresh at all. I picked the best orange possible and it had mold in it. I know its majority a high sodium greasy chicken place but damn lmao

It doesnt matter which Royal Farms you go to or how many people are in the store, hell, you could be the only customer, youll still wait in line.Royal Farms cashiers have one speed. Slow.

Man just had the worst experience ever @2:29am waited 30 minutes just to get a small fry an to chicken slider while all the other customers got there food smh never again will I go there

They don’t even deserve one star. The employees will accept money to deem if your life is worthy or not to call 911 when an emergency is taking place. This royal farms is gang affiliated and should be shut down. #Dovers trashiest trash.

This is the dirtiest Royal Farms I have ever seen. This place needs a lot of work. Royal Farms are usually clean. Management obviously isnt even trying.

9/6/19 around 9:15 am i ordered a breakfast burger from the menu i didnt add any thing to it or take any thing off of it. When the lady gave it to me she said just waiting on the hashbrown. Witch is supposed to be on the sandwitch but i didnt think much of it at the time i started heading to work and opened my sandwich realized she didnt even put the hamburger paddy on it. If your going to charge $6.00 for a breakfast sandwitch your employees should at leat be trained on how to put it together. I was very unhappy with my service this morning

Their air pump doesn’t work and on top of that they barely plowed after the snow storm and my boyfriend slipped and fell in their parking lot. It looks like they didn’t even plow, like they sent their employees out there with a shovel and they decided they don’t get paid enough for that and gave up. Multiple locations didn’t have air pumps that work. I have yet to find one that does. Their parking lot also smells like fried chicken which I find disgusting. Wawa is way way way better in every way.

This is the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Pump number 14 didn’t read any of my card, i had to walk inside. At the end the Receipt didn’t printed, it had no paper, I had to go back inside... worst place ever! Do not come here! I just saw there is a Wawa across street. If I knew, I would have stopped there from the beginning!

This place is amazing the people are great and the food experience was very friendly staff and great prices I think everyone should come here a lot of the royal farms are not as good as this one bathrooms where clean without a doubt. Realfreshrealfast#

Went into this Royal farms and the cashier was rude and snobby she didnt know what she was doing and proceeded to tell me that my amount when I was telling her I was using my points and she said I dont know what to tell you its not letting you redem your points but yet any other royal farms knows what they are doing and how i I see it is if your going to work somewhere you should know what your doing

Being a local truck driver in and around Delaware, I can say without a doubt this is the worst Rofo in DE. The gas pumps never have receipt paper, thats if the pump is operating at all, the clerks cant even figure out how to give you a receipt, the food was soggy. I cringe at the thought of having to fuel up at this location.

A safe Royal Farms with competitive gas prices. The deli here is quite good.

Been here several times in the morning. Both times there was only one person working. Which meant that when the person was making food or coffee, the line just waited. When the lone worker was checking people out, no one was making anyones food.
