Surprisingly fast service through the drive-thru. Back home they are always so slow. The iced vanilla latte was just how i like it. The violet drink had just the right amount of fruit in it. Very friendly.

I do not buy anything here. I guess if you like coffee or lattes then it is the place for you. I must have walked by and my maps picked up on this accidentally. To those who go here, Enjoy your purchases.

My daughter and her friend ordered on the app. One of them ordered a fancy ice coffee- with no ice. We got there and our order wasnt ready. You cant make an ice coffee without ice. So not only did the staff make the ice coffee with ice, they remade the 2nd drink because it had been sitting for a bit. The staff looked out for my kid and her obsession with Starbucks. I appreciate that. Thank you.

This Starbucks was easy to stop at when driving through DE. The staff were nice.

I really love the souv vide eggs. They are a great options for a low calorie, low carb and gluten free meal on the go. I love the egg white one and the bacon and gruyere. Not a fan of the spinach and mushroom.

I always go to Starbucks everywhere I go and I have been here a couple times and the lady in the front was rude like she was ready to go or do something else.. And the drinks were not the same as I ordered, ain’t trying to come back here again

Ever since the young manager relocated due to her spouse being military, this place has been a joke. They hire anyone and their all ignorant and rude to the customers paying their paycheck.

I love this location. The atmosphere inside is great for getting things done, and the people have always been nice. Theyre kind and work hard to make sure orders are accurate; they just do the job well. The drive-thru is pretty great too - though it can get busy, the wait never seems egregiously long.

My plain coffee was excellent first or second time going so I wasnt really sure how to order and what to order and what I liked and didnt like but other than that it was good

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes! Had placed an order on the app and when I pull up to let them know I had placed an order, I had to retell them my drink order. Pull up to window and I receive my drink but not with the syrup I paid for and we had to sandwiches that were so chewy because they had been sitting there for 30 minutes while we waited in the drive thru. Got an espresso that was cold because it had been sitting there as well. Waste of $30!

I walked in to order and the person that helped me didnt know what she was doing and it took 25 minutes to get a pourover decaf coffee.

I just waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes for a coffee and a cake pop. I would have left but son was waiting for that cake pop. I asked why it was so long and she said they are training someone. This isnt the first time Ive waited forever. Never going here again. 30 mins for a coffee is ridiculous

Bad coffee. I ordered coffee with regular amount of cream. The barista poured half a cup of cream in it, it was milky white. I asked to have another one they gave me a cold coffee with funny taste! The coffee went straight to the sink! Waste of money! Next time, I wont complain!

Had a great time at our USO event Coffee Conversations. Got to have one of the seasoned baristas teach our operations director how to make a flat white. Was a fun event, and staff at this location was awesome.

Would only recommend mobile order for this location. The mobile orders were in and out. I ordered in store and it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks.

First time every in Starbucks and they have a great system. Its like a bunch of controlled chaos lol. Jonathan Im assuming is the manager because he had a different apron from the rest has great customer service and leads his team very well. And they spelled my name right which is very rare lol

If there was an option for no stars I would put that. We ordered through the app and then sat in the drive thru for THIRTY MINUTES. Then got to the window just to wait longer for the person to speak to us. Four drinks and had to ask for a cup carrier. Hire more people. Worst experience ever for overpriced coffee

Great staff, never had any issues with my crazy drink orders!

Service was slow. Although we understand that using a recyclable is not allowed at this, we requested for the plastic lid not to be placed on the coffee so we could just pour the coffee into a thermos. The server stated that she had to give the plastic lid to us due to company policy. This was a little disturbing as I also thought Starbucks was supported saving the planet. Their was evening saying how Starbucks supported the planet.

Clean, nice staff. Not a lot of seating, but I usually find a spot. Theres no lounge furniture though. The Starbucks in Capital Station shopping center about 5-10 minutes south does have a couch and sofa seats (plus more seating overall) but its louder.

Employees were very friendly and fast service was a plus!

I place my order via mobile app and the order is ready when I arrive. Its always a great cup of covered brewed Italian roast. The absolute best FIRST cup of coffee each day.

Service was a little slow. They were discontinuing something I ordered but they didnt say that when I was told them I was there for a mobile order. They waited until I was at the window to pick up to tell me they were out of cloud powder and they are discontinuing it. Also my other drink which was a frappuccino with exta ice seemed to be melted.

Just left this Starbucks on my way down to the beach. The girl that waited on my girlfriend and I in the drive thru was so sweet and even offered our cat that was riding along some whipped cream. She was so friendly and had a conversation with us about her cat. I believe her name was Dara. Great coffee as always and great staff to go along with it!

I think starbucks has really fresh and high quality food and drinks but lowering theyre prices would be a lot better. almost 3 dollars for one croissant is ridiculous.

The drinks are always up to Starbucks quality and the staff is always friendly. The main issue with this Starbucks is its become too big for its britches. Unless youre coming very early or late in the day, its packed. Like, stupid levels of busy. Even if you order ahead youll struggle to get into the parking lot. But once you do get service, youre satisfied.

Enjoyed a Nitro Cold Brew with sweet cream and a great blueberry scone! The Nitro was Terrific. Wonderful friendly staff!

Anytime I go through the drive thru I have to wait awhile at every step - from ordering to paying- and my drink is always wrong. My husband orders the same salted cold foam nitro cold brew with a dash of cream and his drink is different every time we order. When ever I go inside my drink is correct and service is prompt.

This place is inhuman ignorant and trifling! Dont sit there at the drive-thru and call me friend over and over and over and over again then serve me lukewarm disgusting coffee just because it is 6:30 p.m. and you close at 7:00 p.m. . Then whatever girl was in there going to tell me that Americano is just expresso then when I ask for blood rose espresso say they dont have that right now at this moment Im not asking you to brew coffee Im asking you to make me an espresso which you have there in the store duh. I cannot wait to house of coffee open back up so I dont have to go to Starbucks no more!

We visit this location whenever were in Dover. This afternoon was a not so good experience. The employees were all working at a dead run, but the place was extremely busy. Trash overflowed at the inside bins where you had to put it over the sugar etc. I waited 20 minutes for iced peach tea with lemonade. The order got lost. My husband had already finished his coffee when I asked about my order. They said that the tape ran out and apologized. They should have given us a credit or something. A lady with a small child waiting for her Frappuccino had her hands full. Again, the employees were all working so hard. Please get these people some help.

Perfect location and always clean. Definitely had too long of a wait time so I usually use my app to order ahead. For some reason coffee here doesnt taste the same/as good as the Starbucks in Rehoboth but I still stop at this location when Im in Dover. Super excited to have Starbucks in Dover, it really brings an upgrade to the area!

I am not a Starbucks person but sometimes when youre with a crowd you go along with the crowd. They do do a really good job of providing you with a very expensive cup of coffee. if you enjoy the coffee house experience then I definitely recommend this location.

Sooo... I had given up on going to Starbucks because all the ones I have experienced in Columbus and even the one here in Middletown, Deleware was kinda racist and just made me feel like I was bothering them when I walked in so I said I would never drink at a Starbucks again.So I just relocated a month ago and this Starbucks day one treated and talked to me like I was a person and one of their customers that they were happy to serve. Customer service is AWESOME; they suggested things to make my drink taste better. They hold conversations/small talk while they are making your drinks and they have pleasant attitudes. I have not had one inkling of a bad experience here. The drinks taste awesome all of the time and they also have fun at work which you can tell in the atmosphere.Thank you guys for getting me back into drinking Starbucks again!

This place is a dumpster fire. They consistently take FOREVER, make my drink wrong 80% of the time, and a handful of staff has had the nerve to argue with me when I tell them to remake it because they don’t put the correct ingredients in the cup. I hate this store and wish there was another on my morning drive. I have high hopes for the one they are building by Target. Locally this store is an absolute joke.

Overall most Starbucks are decent. The one in the Safeway store is always mobbed. I was sad that they didnt know how to make the honey citrus tea. They said it was new and looked confused. They admitted they should know the product and were happy that I was able to give them the recipe. Kudos for constructive criticism take positively!

I think that the Starbucks in Dover Delaware near the racetrack is the best Ive tried when it comes to Starbuck Pikes place coffee.
