Its a JCPenney so its pretty much cookie cutter wherever you go. Today was a shopping trip for shorts, possibly some shoes, and cargo pants. Please dont judge on the cargo pants, as they arent for me.All in all, decent but not overwhelming selection of what we were looking for. With the exception of the cargo pants, which were completely absent. But that was okay, as they were not for me.Shoes would have been purchased but they did not have the proper sizes.

I was disappointed with this store as it appeared that JC Penney is going the way of Sears. Limited staff, lower than usual item stock and not as well manicured as JC Penny used to be. Makes me sad to see yet another icon of middle class business slowly fade away.

Very bad services, had cloths on final sale, but when you got the cashier. It was not on sale.. but find one just like one and name brand said it was only was just that on line

Ive been going here to the salon for years but my last visit found out my hairdresser moved to another salon! Her name is Susan shes at Silver Lake Beauty Salon! She the best!

I was in the store of jcpenney I have just left old navy in the mall part so I did have 1 bag.i decided 2 walk in jcpenney 2 shop I had found 2 pairs of Capris but as I was shopping I noticed 2 white females ladies I can tell 1 was the employee and the other was a manager just how she was talking. As I was shopping around I noticed the manager was watching me only because I did have a old navy bag .as I proceeded 2 the fitting room I was trying on the Capris I also heard someone come in there right behind me but not 2 try on anything it sounded like they was trying 2 listen 2 me they was acting like they was straight in up.so I proceeded 2 finished up then I did hear another customer come in with kids she was telling them 2 sit I can hear the customer in the next fitting room next to me.then someone knocks on the door I was in so I said someone is in here.that same person didnt even knock on the next door where the other customer was at.when I came out the manager acted like she was talking 2 the same employee at the same time I felt her eyes just watching me 2 see if I had the same 2 Capris in my hand .I dont steal dont need 2 and I did pay 4 my items. I never felt so violated. I was a manager before for 20 yrs. And just retired. never again shopping in there

Love Sephora... sales or csr was completely clueless. Her personality describes her as uninterested, care less if a sale was made and knowledge of products offered. This particular location does not offer much opposed to NJ/NYC area. I find Ulta offers more. I like to use their perfume (which comes in sample size)their sample designer program where you pay ex amount ( normally $65.00) and then receive a full body style preference of the fragrance you recieve from content set. They do not carry what I like and online will not allow my certificate to receive . I am faithful and loyal to Sephora but am looking for better avenues along the way. I feel Sephora is slipping away.

Cashier argued with me about using coupon, when I just used it at another register.

I ordered an item online and selected to pick up curbside. After waiting for some time in the curbside parking, I received notice that my order could not be brought out and that I would need to come in to pick it up. I selected curbside for a reason; I was unable to go inside. So, I will have to make another trip to pick up my item. Its not good practice to offer a service that you cannot provide.

Ordered curtains online and picked them up at the store.

Small area on first floor near entrance with changing room. Bathroom was across the hall. The girl that did our photos was so nice and got some great pictures. We will be going back for all of our photo needs

There was a great selection of clothing in my size. The clearance section was very neat and organized. I do not like dishelved clearance racks.

Ordered simple set of photos and they are 3 days past delivery date and stuck at a standstill 2 states away. No wonder they are going out of business!!!!

One of the nicest store in Dover.If you don’t wanna go wrong, shop here.They have nice selection of men’s suits. Especially regular sizing.But, Big and tall has poor selection in store, so what we do is take pictures in store and order online.

No selection. Have been three times in the past two months for a night gown and they have none.

Easy in. Easy out. I shopped in the mens department tonight and they had a great selection. The department was clean and organized. I like how easy it is to shop here. I hope corporate does not decide to shut it down. There are not many places to shop locally that offer comparable items. Best part was the 40% off sale.

My Family Photo experience was excellent.

Staffers helped me find correct items and sizes. They also suggested optimal shirt colors for certain pants. They were the most cheerful and helpful crew that I have met this holiday season! Way to go, Dover Mall, with a special shout-out to Edward!

Used to love this store... In the 90s. Customer service is non-existent. When trying to leave with my elderly mom, we found that what used to be a main door built for public entrance and exit had been turned into an emergency exit only.. this door was only several feet of a regular emergency exit mind you. Will not be back

I always love this store. They have tons of different things. I enjoy the fact that they have such a variety for clothes and shoes for all shapes and sizes! They have a small Disney section that my kids love visiting too! The cutest things can be found here and they usually have some kind of sale going on. Will be returning.

We shopped the jewelry counter for wedding rings. We couldnt get waited on! We waited 1/2 he and left. We went back the next day, waited 20 minutes and started to leave, but this time the jewelry counter sales person went to get someone else to help us. The backup associate was very knowledgeable about wedding bands and the different types of metal.

I found it easier to shop here for clothes than anywhere else. The sale was awesome too, so look for those.

Although I like the products sold at JCPENNY their customer service and shipping department need a lot of work. Not worth the hassle just to save a few dollars. Also not consistent at following through with promises even those coming from the manager. Their customer service is lacadasic to say the least. Will think twice about shopping here in the future.

As of right now I am not a happy camper...We purchased a washer and dryer at this location on 12/23, to be delivered today, 12/29 as the earliest option. We received our delivery time frame last night, as promised. 2:30pm to 6:30pm. 6:30 rolls around and no one showed up or called. After calling the automated customer service number we found out that our delivery was pushed out to 6pm to 10pm!!!!!First of all, who in the world wants to get a delivery that late at night and second, even more important, WHY DID NO ONE NOTIFY US?!Obviously upset I call this JP to find out what’s happening and to speak with a MGR. No MGR around until next week (!!!), delivery services closed at 6pm and the lady I spoke with told me that if I was to cancel I would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee plus $80 !!!I call the JP customer service number, only to be hung up on by “John” after putting me on hold. I call again, not anymore delighted as before as you can imagine, just to reiterate, now to “John” what my issue was. He informs me that there is no fee for canceling and that I was misinformed (!). After being transferred to a MGR I repeat myself for the 4th time, luckily Marsha, although very nice and she did not hang up on me, also did not have anymore information for me. She did say she hopes that they don’t cut off the delivery since the delivery team can only be on the road for a certain amount of hours....So after wasting an hour on the phone, getting nowhere, I’m still waiting for a call or a delivery team to show up. It is now almost 9pm.As I work in retail I know things can happen, sure, but how you handle them is what it comes down to. I don’t feel appreciated whatsoever by this company right now, and considering that we could have purchased these products at at least 7 other places, you would think they’d try to keep customers happy, but what do I know.

My wife had several coupons and rewards certificates that she presented to the cashier hoping to get the best possible combination with the in-store daily deals. But the cashier who was helping her out was just rude. So I stepped in to help her out and explain that additional discounts are posted on the rack where we got the merchandise. He tried to show us how the computer accepts the coupons and told us that he wanted to show us how it works so we wont think that we are being cheated. I then said to him that he should not use the word cheat when dealing with customers coz we dont think that way and only wants some clarifications. Its just wrong what he did. Might be better doing business with more friendlier people in other stores.
