This place has gone downhill fast. Two Guys Salem NH is the best.

Love this place! A bunch of us decided to stroll in here to check it out and wow! We were super impressed with the bar tender - she killed it!! Atmosphere was relaxing and they have an amazing selection of drinks! I enjoyed a nice expresso martini with a Java Tatiana cigar!

Fantastic selection. I cant wait to make my purchase when I become a Grandfather.Great lounge and the bar is well stocked.

Warm atmosphere and great cigar bar with wide variety of spirits to pair with a cigar. Had an old fashioned and an Undercrown cigar and my wife had a dirty Martini. Bartender was great!

I could go on forever about how fantastic this place is! From the exceptional atmosphere, to the knowledgeable and professional staff, to the comfy sitting areas, cleanliness of the bar and restrooms, and the well ventilated bar room, this place deserves 10 stars! The cocktails are one of a kind, the whiskey and bourbon menu is extensive, and the drink are a very fair price point. Well Done!I have been to some pretty high-end bars in Boston and other cities around and I have never met a bartender as professional, and knowledgeable as Steve was. His talent and ability to craft the perfect cocktail goes way above and beyond what you would expect to find in downtown Dover. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in and checking this place out, whether its for a cocktail, or cigar with a date, some friends, or even by yourself, it will be well worth the experience!Also do not go here and order a jack and coke....or any other lame one-liquor drink, this is not the place for you. You must appreciate, or at least enjoy a good, well-made cocktail. The time, effort, and uniqueness that Steve puts into every cocktail will blow anyone out of the water!!

The Fed has always been one of the best places to smoke a stick and enjoy the company of the characters who frequent the lounge, even more so in their new location!Truly awesome staff, tremendous bar and one of the finest selections of cigars you’ll find anywhere. Knowledgable and very friendly.Can’t recommend highly enough.

I dont have much to compare this cigar bar to, as Im not one to frequent bars, but this is a very enjoyable place to meet people, experience a fine cigar and a myriad of drinks. The cigar store is well stocked and staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable folks, and the bar itself is very well ventilated with comfortable, ample seating and exceptional staff! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in, and very comfortable sampling liquor I had never tried before.I will absolutely be back!

Very knowledgeable, quite a selection..

Hands down one of the best places to visit in Dover either for a nice cigar or just to relax by the bar. Ive been going for 4 years at the time of this review and I have continued to come back regularly because the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.The staff have always recommend an excellent cigar or drink and they have never steered me wrong. I have and will continue to attend and partake in an excellent cigar at Federal.

This place is awesome. Just went there to grab a cigar. Talked with Scott for awhile and he gave me and my friend good advice and suggestions on quality cigars. After buying a couple of cigars we went to the lounge room. We hung out for an hour or 2 and drank some good bourbon and smoked our cigars researching the Celtics game from the night before. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

Federal Cigar in Dover is wheelchair accessible. There are no steps to get in and the front door opens double wide. Theres a bar and lounge chairs in the back with a single stall bathroom.Excellent selection and helpful staff to find the right cigar plus a decent beer list.

Went there yesterday and bought a red aspire vape, the brown hair chubby girl sold me a returned defected device when I told her I wanted the new one in the box. She did the whole switch around on me when she turned her back to me, didnt realize until we left and noticed we didnt have the new one in the box but the defected device. Thats bad business, whoever this employee was should get fired for her actions.

I found out about Federal Cigar in Dover through a Facebook post put up by Steve Saka about the Mi Querida Pequeño Pequeño size. A local customer commented that this shop may have some of these left in stock. I sent an email AFTER HOURS and Matty Horan from the shop responded ASAP and said he would follow up with me the following morning. That was a Thursday morning he had them packed up. I had the Mi Querida at my door step by Saturday morning. Such great service and I highly recommend checking these guys out!

Bought a vape for my husband, had the associate fill there at time of purchase, started leaking within days. Tried contacting the shop multiple times for help and couldnt even get the courtesy of a call or email back. Will not be returning
