Came to pick up my order for Valentines Day... the order was supposed to be ready at 1000hrs, it’s now 1138hrs and it’s still not ready...I will update the review as soon as I get more info.Update* my order was complete at 1157hrs. Things look good. I will repost when I get home and open it up.Update 2* the fruit was in great condition and very tasty.Recommendation: This location should look at their staffing numbers and capability better for such a busy day like Valentines Day.There was several people that were told their order wasn’t ready. Most orders were 1-2 hours late.

They did an excellent job with the delivery for my hubbys birthday!! The strawberries were delicious and sweet. Great service!!

I just had my grandmothers birthday mini box and chocolate covered strawberries delivered for her birthday and they are so good. Thank you edible arrangements ☺.

I received a mothers day Fruit Bouquet. The fruit was hard and tastless and look like it had been frozen. My daughter brought it for me and I dont have the heart to tell her she waisted money. Very disappointed.

Picked up a very nice arrangements...was originally scheduled to be ready at 9am, but had to wait at the until after 12pm to leave with the item. However mission was accomplished. #HappyVals

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. They didn’t make what they said they were going to, didn’t deliver on the date they were supposed to and was rude when I called to see what happened. They had an excuse for everything.

I will give them one start because there isn’t anything lower than that. I will never recommend this place to anyone, the service is awful. I ordered an arrangement for our anniversary and specifically asked to be delivered in the morning because we had our day fully planned. Not only didn’t they deliver the arrangement but wouldn’t refund our money. I asked to be called if the delivery was delayed and had to call twice to track down the driver, all while waiting to continue with our plans. The first time I called I was told the driver left at 10:18 (by now it was 11:48 already) and that “he should be there in a few minutes “. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and then I was told that the driver returned back to the shop with the arrangement and then they asked me if I wanted delivered. Seriously? I spent all my morning waiting for this, had to canceled morning reservations, and you ask me if I want the arrangement delivered? Not how I planned on spending my 24th anniversary. Stay away from this place...avoid the headache. If after this you still spend your money here, well don’t say we didn’t tell you so!

Fruit was old disrespectful customer service.. you should get paid too even go there... This place need new management its was a very poor experience

I placed an order for the Progressive Care Unit at the hospital for a delivery on Christmas Eve and only half of the order was delivered. The reason given was that they were very busy and the driver must have forgotten. Forgotten half the order! Don’t they check the delivery receipts?!?! Extremely disappointed!!!

Placed an order to be delivered to my husband at 9AM, didn’t get there until a little after 3PM (which was fine not a huge deal) but the presentation was a disaster. Looked as if it was tossed around in the back of the delivery van. Disappointed

Every time I order from out of state, they deliver great arrangements. I ordered a Fathers Day arrangement, and it was delivered about an hour and a half after ordering it on-line. Great job each time I order!

First time Ive ever been and hoping my daughter likes her arrangement when she gets surprised at work.

Huge disappointment. Received strawberries that were green and brown. Will never order from there again. I’ve received many orders from other stores and have always been happy with the quality.

Ordering took about 15 minutes over the phone with a girl who clearly had little experience and didnt know what she was doing. I ordered same day delivery and the driver had to call me twice to get the correct information. The order actually didnt end up getting to the recipient until the following day.

Unfortunately they ran out of the bears on valentines day and called when it was suppost to be delivered. Offered refund. Still waiting on that. Strawberries were a little wet from being cold and then warm my guess. And some were turned over in the box like they were tossed around. Kinda disappointing. Maybe I just ordered at wrong time.

Absolutely terrible! The delivery driver couldnt find my apartment complex and then when she did nobody answered my apartment you have to ring a buzzer and my husband was home all day so its impossible that she came. And the lady that works there was extremely rude all she kept saying was I just got here I dont know what going on how is that helping me??? A paying or paid customer??? They were terrible and Im never going to use them again.
