Came in the other day with my husband we bought an s20+ for myself. Austin was amazing! Probably the fastest service I’ve ever had in a store. Professional yet funny! Kept it simple made sure we knew what I was getting into. We definitely will be telling our friends!

The staff here is unbeatable! Im not a technological person what so ever, so any phone issue results with me in the store asking for help! Rachel was a huge help in quickly getting my phone operating properly again, and she showed me how I could possibly prevent the issue from happening again. Overall, very impressed!!!!

Austin was fantastic and extremely helpful. My wifes phone was shattered and we just got her a new phone. Austin was able to figure out a way to transfer the data from my wifes phone from her shattered phone, with a screen that was shattered and half the screen was completely white. I highly recommend over a typical Verizon store.

Isaac Weller is such an asset to the GoWireless Dover store! His help was invaluable during transition to a new device—he made certain everything was up and running properly before I left. Very knowledgeable, yet explained things so as to be understood by a non-techie. I had done all the legwork of checking out other stores, but came back here because I trusted he would do things right while never rushing me. Wonderful experience!

My 10 month old iPhone 8 wouldn’t turn on today. Went in to the store and they couldn’t get it to work or reset either. I had to buy another brand new phone (ugh) but they discounted as much as the could to help defray my costs. Very helpful and I’m back up and running. Other than the price, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Lexi and Dan!

Reps always have time to help customers. The place is not nearly as busy as the new phila store, so you have such a more personal experience here. The employees actually care about helping the customers here. Overall its a great place to visit

Went into this location as my phone was giving me grief. Isaac was there - did everything he could before admitting I probably needed a new phone. He listened to what I needed in a phone - found one that I love. Left the store knowing why I had to pay what I did and what to expect on my next bill. Every time I have gone into Go Wireless in Dover, Ohio, the staff there is excellent! All are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, & never too busy to answer your questions, no matter how many people are there! You get waited on promptly & they take excellent care to help with whatever problem you are having. And even if youre not having problems, Michele Perez will answer your questions or show you how to do whatever it is youre trying to do. She says there are no dumb questions! I like that!!!! She has helped me on a number of occasions, always friendly & anxious to help. I have purchased my last 2 Samsung Galaxy cell phones from here & hope to purchase another soon. I will definitely ask for Michele because I know she has all the answers to my questions. Excellent service!!!!!

I would give this store a 0 if I could. Have a brand new phone that won’t send or receive messages. They provided no solutions, said I have to call customer service and be added as an Admin on the account. I was added as an Admin infront of the Verizon tech... who then said we cannot have more than 3 Admins on an account, even though it went through on our end... The most hands off, unwilling to help customer service experience I’ve ever had... 0 stars.

This store sold us a product that was incomplete and did not work. They are not taking responsibility for us and reimbursing us for it. Do not get the Go Advantage service or the Liguid glass. This store has no idea how the product works.
