They have a lot of new scents and the smell is heavenly.

Its only worth coming here when they have sales. You guys better not discontinue Japanese Cherry Blossom thats my favorite out of all.

Please be careful going into Bath & Body Works. They are just as crowded with social distancing than without social distancing. They have markers in the floor to help with keeping a 6 feet distance. People going in are not going maintaing a 6 feet distance and the employees are not enforcing the 6 feet distance. They are letting people stand on top of each other. So be safe and be careful and if you can order online.

Jessica from Bath and Body in Dover, DE was absolutely amazing! I needed to buy a gift and had no idea where to start, she stopped what she was doing, made sure I was greeting and went above and beyond finding the perfect gift for my friend, which she loved by the way! Working in retail myself I notice employees like this and feel they should be recognized! Thank you again Jessica! I will be visiting again soon!

Stuff mostly smells nice. Prices are way too high though. I never get out of there spending less than $50.

Amazing and helpful staff, we went during the semi annual sale, th prices and discounts were great. Even with a very crowded store the staff helped us out a ton and was always there to answer out questions.
