This store is always nice and tidy, the staff are lovely and helpful! The shelves are sparse like everywhere else right now, but the staff works hard to keep customers informed and keep the store looking great. Nice wide aisles and well organized!

Not crowded. No line. They could use a restock in the Kenra colors, though, especially the red/copper.

Wonderful staff. The woman that helped me is simply amazing and helpful. Not to mention the store had exactly what I needed. Going to come back for sure!

Ive visited this store since it has opened so Ive seen the changes but it still isnt a very good store if you want good customer service! Half the time there are no prices listed on the products, the products are not organized and in a different location then where its displayed, and the employees are not attentive to the clients needs. This store just cannot seem to get it together! Ive been to other stores in Maryland and New York so I know it definitely needs improvement!!! Very disappointing.

More times than not the customer service is horrible. They never have anything and have the store a mess all the time. Ill just go to elk ton store

This store is a disgrace. The manager acts like shes doing you a favor by even showing up to work. The employees look like they just rolled out of bed. Anytime you need a product. They are out of it and tell you to call of you want an item to see if its on stock. I mean honestly if you dont have levels 5 to 9 N ever that would mean youMight want to take your inventory maybe. I refuse to give one penny of my money to this location. New management and new employees would be good with a good schedule and some work ethic would be great I little bit of knowledge in the product that theyre selling would be even better maybe wash your face before you come to work to

The person working today was very rude, and would not let me use the rest room. When I asked the second time she said really to me. Then continued to think it was my daughter that needed to go. I corrected her saying it was me. I understand using the rest room is usually not a big deal to most.... but when you have Multiple Sclerosis it is a BIG DEAL. Muscles don’t work like they used too. Almost wet on the floor! Thanks for the help!!!!

RUDE STAFF! I wondered around this store for half and hour. No one greeted me or offered to help. The staff simply acted as if they didn’t have a customer. I had to go find a associate in the back of the store to check me out. The staff literally didn’t say a work to me, even during checkout until she impolitely said “I’m gonna need your cosmo card” Just go to Sally’s, anything is better then this place.

When we walked in there they were not friendly whatsoever and one of the store workers kept following us in the store.. not asking if we needed help just watching our every move she should have stayed at the register if she was so worried about something happening we literally did nothing for her to act that way

This store NEVER has anything. They are always out of stock on things and its always right when we need it.
