Went here to buy a replacement blower motor for my furnace. They found me a replacement sitting on the shelf. Awesome service Im a d.i.y. kind of guy and they were extremely helpful. They beat just about every price I saw online. Extremely satisfied. Super nice people to work with.

The gentleman behind the counter was great but, unfortunately, I wasnt able to do business here. I needed 5 faucet parts for my Delta faucet. The clerk was great and immediately took me back to collect the necessary parts. They were not priced on the floor, so I had no indication of what it would cost until he brought me back to the register. When he said $74.xx, I almost burst out laughing. The same, exact, identical OEM Delta parts are all on Amazon for a whopping total of $29.xx. One part in particular was $45 at FW Webb but only $13.95 on Amazon. As much as I would like to support a local business that creates local jobs, I cant afford to pay double or triple for the exact same parts just for the convenience of having it today.
