I love the pumpkin munchkins and the service is quick. The store is always clean.

This place is still quite brand new to the Delaware area. This place has amazing staff and very good coffee and food. I go here almost 1 or 2 times a week and always greeted by their friendly employees.

I used the Dunkin Donuts app to order to-go ahead and picked up in the drive thru which made my experience convenient and quick. The cold brew coffee was great but Ill skip the Wake Up Wrap next time because it was not hot or that tasty.

I love their sugar free iced coffee and the fact the have stevia sweetener now. Fantastic! And they move their drive through super fast! I am very impressed.

Hit and miss. some are nice and get things done, others can be rude and slow or just not do what the order says at all. i know people can have bad days but my mom and i having multiple rude and wrong experiences is just tiring.

Every single time I go to this location my coffee is not right and it’s not like I order anything complicated! Large coffee w/ vanilla shot cream and 4 equal! How hard is that! Not to mention most of the employees here are rude!

Should be a zero star. Went in to avoid the long queue at the drive thru only for the snubby little blonde girl to be extremely rude to my father and I. Definitely Starbucks from now.

Two not so great experiences in row. Not sure if Ill choose this Dunkin location next time. Yesterday, my steak and cheese roll up was nowhere to be found 15 minutes after I ordered it to go. And then today, they skipped the whipped cream on my frozen coffee along with my bag of food being wide open for it to get cold and exposed. Either alone are no big deal, but together and two days in a row just seems a bit much.

Not a good place. I ordered a large dark roast of coffee and when I received my coffee it was barely warm. When I told them The coffee was just barely warm they kind of just looked at me as if they were confused, so I just walked The hell out with my warm coffee out. Not a good Dunkin’ Donuts shop.

I ordered 2 frozen caramel coffees with espresso shots, how can you NOT put caramel in them, it’s not like I ordered 10 coffees all different!! Then when I call to tell them they wanted me to go all the way back to have them remade!! No thank you, I’ll just not come to this one at all!! The one in Walmart is FABULOUS!!

The coffee is okay, they dont follow directions well on that end. Ive been through the drive-thru & inside several times in the last 3 months & it is either okay or a disappointment related to the food & customer service. The snackin bacon LITERALLY is given to you COLD like it came out of the fridge. This is twice now. Ive literally never had that happen to me until coming to this location. I asked the associate to explain why it would be cold like that, when I ordered a hot coffee and a donut (nothing cold in my order), he couldnt explain. I definitely wont be returning to this location.

Just had the WORST customer service experience at the Forrest Ave location in Dover DE! I ordered a bagel and 10 munchkins. The bill came to $5.48. I questioned why, as the bagel was $2.59 and the munchkins $2? The clerk said no, the munchkins are $2.59. However, there were TWO signs showing munchkins at $2 for ten, and I said your signS say otherwise. The clerk got nasty, saying “well that’s not what they cost and it doesn’t say that anywhere”. I pointed out the TWO signs. She tells me “well I can’t change it”. I said, you’re supposed to honor your price posted. It’s not the money, I’ll pay it, but it’s the principle. She then calls “Amy” over who again tells me it’s $2.59 and where am I getting $2 from? I AGAIN point to the TWO places it shows on THEIR price board. She goes to pull one of the signs down and says, “well that’s wrong” and walks away, NEVER fixing the price! I paid the $5.48 and kept moving. Sitting in their parking lot now to post how AWFUL the customer service is here! I also sent corporate a tweet on Twitter! Again, not the money, it’s the NASTY attitudes and the PRINCIPLE for me! I work in leadership/management, and these employees need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! SMH!

I LOVE my carmel latte, can you PLEASE explain why I can NEVER get the same drink? I have asked and asked, with nothing but excuses. Most times it tastes like they poured pure expresso over water, then I ask for half expresso, and it tastes like a cup of carmel, THEN, I asked for extra ice, and I get pure liquid, when I asked why, when we pour expresso, it melts all of the ice. REALLY???? I can look at the cup, and tell if it right or not, and God forbid if you tell them its not right and could they remake it. I Love this drink, but quite frankly I havent been there in weeks. I tried one more time this morning, OMG, what a attitude, and a HORRIBLE cup of lattee. I have wasted so much. Oeny lately. I might as well learn the drive KS at Starbucks to see if they are any better. What is the issue? Why cant they get it right?

The lady who to took my order today has the worst customer service 12/21 5am, her rudeness was uncalled for. Even on other occasions, some staff are just rude, especially when they get my order wrong *which is most of the time* and you ask them *nicely* for the correct stuff. Shame they are conveniently located close to me but I don’t think I will be coming back.

Every single time I come to this donut my order isnt correct or I have to repeat myself over and over about my order. The customer service in the drive thur never fails to disgust me. Today my husband went and got donuts for our girls and us and he came back and yet again my donuts are incorrect, no surprise yet again. If you go to dunkin go where they can do it right the first time, choose any of them but THIS one.

I like it, the new location is huge in comparison with their previous building, very open, easy to order, they are always cleaning and keep in up with Covid-19 guidelines. Friendly workers too, always politie, sometimes it might take time to get my order or being noticed but is ok, is part of the business so no complains....

I call this place coffee surprise. I ordered the same thing every time and every time I get a surprise lol. They get my wife’s coffee right 75% of the time

This is the only Dunkin Donut in the area that doesn’t provide decaf iced coffee all day. 7 out of 10 times visiting (both old building and new location) and waiting in drive thru line to be told they have no decaf. How can a Dunkin not have decaf? Today I was there at 5:22 p.m. I asked how long I needed to wait before decaf would be ready. The lady told me they don’t make it this time of day. I have given then enough tries. Won’t be visiting this location again.

Sean was extremely friendly and fast. He talked to us about arriving flavors and fixed all our products quickly and accurately. Food was fresh and the place was very neat.

Honestly today I had one of the worse experiences at Dunkin Donuts drive thru. The young lady who gave me my drink did not hand it to me properly in which it could of fell out my hand and dropped to the ground. Also, she acted like she didnt want to give me a straw which she should of automatically handed to me. I literally had to get out my car and let someone at the drive thru, inside of Dunkin donuts that she was extremely nasty and the customer service was horrible. Dunkin donuts need to train people properly especially with customer service skills. I will not patronize them anymore.

This is the best Dunkin’ in the area. I always came here before school for a morning ice coffee, made Senior year more bearable. One guy, Sean, was always there in the afternoon. Still makes my coffee when i come home, always gets it EXACTLY right. Worth the drive for me.

Waited 12 minutes for a small cup of coffee. The person working the counter served the same drive though car three times before taking my order. I had to wait for two other vehicles to be served first. Does drive through have priority? If so..last time there.

They never have my online order ready or if they do it’s messed up. If there is an item they don’t have that I ordered they don’t tell me, which means they’re just taking my money without trying to refund or offer another item. Very rude. And the older women who works the register will look at me and agree with the coffee I just told her and never makes it right. Ever. This Dunkin’ needs to work on its staffing and training. I work customer service and I can say that they suck.

My coffee always tastes different even when I order the exact same thing, sometimes its terrific, other times its okay and sometimes simply not good. Which is interesting since Ive just ordered a large iced coffee with whole milk and extra caramel flavor shot, a relatively simple order. But the breakfast always tastes good and the donuts always taste the same to me. I appreciate the consistency for the quality of the food, I just wish the same would apply to the drinks.

I went inside to place an order of iced coffee with a shot of espresso and a dount fries. First, it took about 10 minutes to get anyone to even take my order, then another 10 more minutes to get the donut fries. I’m thinking that they could use some more help behind the counter to reduce the waiting time.

This place makes the worst coffee regardless of what you ask for. I have to drive 15 minutes past this place to get a good Carmel swirl with cream and sugar what I get here is something that taste nothing like Carmel and no sugar

Worst batch of ignorant workers there this morning around 830.Mad cause I needed drizzle on my Carmel craze like its SUPPOSED to come with. None of my drinks swirl was stirred. Avoid this location in the morning due to traffic congestion. There is normally a long line of inbound cars that block the only exit. Vehicles trying to leave must wait for a break in the drive-thru customer line.Tried this location on a Saturday morning when the drive-thru line looked short. When I placed my order at the drive-thru I was told donut holes were a 10 minute wait. Changed order to a dozen mixed and a jug of coffee. At the window the coffee was not ready and had to pull around to the front. No one ever came out so I left. Never again...

This is my nemesis! Some people like Starbucks but I run on Dunkin because the app is wonderful so I can pay with my phone and dont have to carry cash! Food is yummy and I always fill out the surveys for a free donut!!

A great place to get a nice cup of coffee

This place has been giving hard donuts for years . I just thought things changed so I gave it a shot and ordered 1 dozen of donuts. Needless to say they were dry, hard and one has a string of something that was not food attached! I called about it and they lady on the phone was just rude, put the phone on and said “ Anyone want to talk to this lady on the phone talking about her hard donuts?”! This was so unprofessional and rude & when the manager David got on the phone he didn’t apologize, just said I can bring them back. Please go to any of the other Dunkin Donuts in Dover ! This place serves rocks instead of food . The one on the Highway across from Rita’s is so much better and friendlier! To David — Check your product and re-train your employees this was the worst experience!

Gave me a wrong change and had an attitude because I cancelled two donuts that looked like she touch my donuts as well . This place has definitely went down over the years . Watery coffee and hard donuts ! Save your money and go to the one on the highway ! Blahhhhhh !

This Dunkin donuts is fast, friendly and everything is always fresh the staff is unbelievably nice and the store manager is the most professional and knowledgeable about what is going on in his store and the products they carry I recommend this Dublin donuts over anywhere else when it comes to my coffee and breakfast needs.

They were good but they dont participate with school fundraisers in their local area like the one on the main highway does.

I get that customer service jobs are hard and it’s hard to deal with people but every time I go to this Dunkin I regret it. I’ve been going there for months because I’m a glutton for punishment. Today was the last straw unfortunately. I ordered my small coffee and sandwich and when I was handed the cup it seemed light to I checked and it was half full so I asked “is it supposed to be like this” The girl took back the cup without a word and reappeared after a minute and said “anything else?” With a bad attitude.

Everyone was very friendly! My only complaint is that every time I order a coolata its always very watery. But the coffee teas, and hot chocolate are always great.

I go to this Dunkin every a.m around 630 and the staff are great. Even though there might be a line, it moves quickly.

Order was wrong and employee who took my order gave me an attitude and rushed the order. I will not be going back.

Your store smelled so badly it left a stench in my jacket... Im having to hang it outside to get out the smell. The service was so slow and one of my donuts tasted raw. There was a very small selection for 10AM, as well. There was one woman up front working the register, who was very polite.

Convenient location, but in the morning the drive thru line is usually backed up into the street. The line moves fairly quickly, depending on whos running the drive thru.My personal experiences: The day in January, 2018 that I got a new debit card. It worked properly getting gas, and everywhere else, but there is one lady at Dunkin Donuts thats under the impression that she has to hand-key my card number. Other employees never has an issue with swiping. But since then the strip on the card was scratched.Also, on 2/13 at 4:15, there were only two cars in the parking lot, and none in drive thru. I pulled into the drive thru and waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes. From the previous week I knew that theyd had problems with their speaker, so I went to the window. When I pulled to the window, a young girl said If you had waited I was about to answer you. With that being said, maybe one or two of the employees dont have adequate customer service skills, but most of them are very hospitable. As a North Carolina native I grew up on Krispy Kreme and never cared much for Dunkin Doughnuts. Since Dover doesnt have a Krispy Kreme, I gave this a try. Very friendly and patient staff and the doughnuts were the best Ive ever had from a Dunkin. Ill be back!

Only parking they have are taken by their employees. Park in the back so customers can park.

Just came in here with my friend to get some donuts and some coffee, wasnt greeted for about 3 minutes it was not busy and completely empty, and they ignored us and walked back and forth, i had to ask for someone to take my order and they were ignorant about the whole situation. Im an unhappy customer, not going to this dunkin again. Seriously you had one job.
