Very disappointed they got rid of the Target Cafe. Was looking forward to getting some popcorn from here, but apparently they got rid of it. Go to Christiana target, they’re much better. However, found everything I needed and staff was nice

The shopping experience is great for grocery items at competitive prices and for those who wants to eat healthy.Excellent place of choice for decor and adding a pieces to your home. Lovely choices.Sometimes there is a bit of wait to checkout at the register.The best thing is having Starbucks in door.

Helpful workers and decent stock. Also for groceries they have a great vegetarian variety (ie. vegetarian meat, TV dinners/microwavable meals) which is hard for me to come by. I cannot speak for how good the cashiers are because I always self checkout.

Was interested in a grey futon couch my daughter saw online that had 2 at this Target. We get there and could not find it. I asked an store associate name Justin about it and showed him on my phone what the website said and he looked and nothing. Justin then searched his scanner to see if one was in storage and thank God there was. He went and got it had us meet him at guess services then took and loaded it in our truck. Yes this may be Justins job but I could tell he was extremely busy when I interrupted him from unboxing, scanning, and stocking the shelves but he stopped and assisted with kindness. Justin thank you. As a mother moving her only child from NC to PA with time not on her side your kindness spoke volumes. You are appreciated. My daughter loves the futon too...

Target is a place to me that can go either way..Sometimes you might have. Friendly worker,who is helpful etc..Other times it seems as the Cashiers are not friendly,or make you feel welcomed..However with all of that being said..I would say that my very last visit was very Pleasant..The Male worker up front greeted me with the biggest Smile.. 😁.I asked to speak to a Manger to let them know about their Great Worker....He called him right in front of me...After waiting about 10 to 20 min or more,I then Left..I then called their customer Service to let them know... I was put on hold for about the same time..See..what Imean.lol.

At this Target Dover location, Yvonne was the absolute worst and nastiest cashier Ive ever encountered, rude, disgusting talking over, downright disgraceful. If you shop here beware she is definitely annoyed as soon as you approach the line no matter how pleasant you are. Spent over $100 and had to ask a manager to move the sensor to try on an item. Staff was rude and argumentive to move a sensor. I felt accused of stealing an item when Im honest and in fact bought this item but wanted to try it on since fitting rooms were open to see if the item fit. Please give customer service training to staff if you give customers a hard time they may walk out instead of buying items. In this case it would have been a loss of $100 for the company.

This store is awesome the staff isamazing. The grocery department isalso well stocked, clean and neat.Kevin in Customer service has a loton his plate but he is awesome. Friendlystaff. The Starbucks is awesome.I can say its a must shop place.They a wide variety of brands evennatural soap product.

Cashiers are rude and obnoxious. Cashiers are starting to throw your purchases just because they are mad at only they know who. This particular cashier threw all my stuff from my bag onto the counter for repacking claiming she did not like to handle the products. I told her if that was an issue then she should be waring gloves. Then I stated maybe this isnt the right job for her. She just rolled her eyes and blew me off. I am tired of being treated like the criminal. I give this target a Zero rating because customer as a whole is going down hill. There is no quality service with regards to retail. Sadly disappointed.

I was in target 🎯 today lookin for some sun Screen with tint . I saw an associate walking down isle and I asked her if she could help me . Her name is Michele ..... Michele explained to me that target 🎯 sells what I need but I would have to order it . She walked me to customer service desk and placed my order for me . I told Michele it was best customer service I ever had and I appreciated how she went out of her way help me . I promised her I would give her great review and here it is . Give Michele a raise !!!

New to your store love the look up machines to find products, Im handicapped and use your electric carts. Pleased to say there have be some available when needed. I asked 2 clerks for help finding products they assisted and led me right to items. Also the check out lady was extremely helpful. Nice to see Security as We entered store. Feel comfortable shopping at Target Youre my new store.

Order quickly prepared

I do not work for you so why do I have to check myself out. You only have one cashier working at night ie;700. This is why I dont shop in Walmart anymore not for 4 years. I have no problem with shopping elsewhere. Left a complaint card with the supervisor with all my information and of course no one has replied. Terrible way to do business.

Always clean and organized, Staff is helpful. Really good clothing, I bought a jean for my song 2 years ago and still look like new definitely good quality. Check out is quick .

Dont know because I have not been to the Dover, DE. Target, since 9/6/20? Hope this issue had been resolved?9/9/20 >Since the Covid19 Pandemic has started, Target, Dover, DE, NEEDS to keep the Customers Safe and Healthy --> my visit to Target with my Mask on ---> Entrance had NO disinfected Wipes, Carts are NOT wiped down after use. If I would have known this before entering, I would of worn Gloves into the store.MANAGEMENT: There NEEDS to be more SAFTEY measures in place at this store to keep us from not contracting COVID19!

The store is always so clean, the staff is always courteous, and the shelves are always stocked. The prices are very competitive.

This Target is almost always understocked. The shelves seem about 3/4 full at all times. The $1-$5 section near the front of the store is often in disarray and nearly empty.

No vegan yogurts available here but youll find vegan icecream, a few frozen and fresh vegan options also some vegan milks. No staff available throughout the store for help. Most of the staff can be found at the front. It takes time searching for your product. Big store. Nice volume of merchandise sold here. NO military discounts available here! PSA! The security guard nor staffs OBJECTIVE to a dog sitting in a shopping cart. Yes! The same shopping carts that carries ones vegetables towels etcetera. Smh

Overall a great shopping experience. Some of the food isn’t the best but it’s also not a grocery store. Every time we needed help throughout the store including the front end, the staff were very helpful and wouldn’t give up until there was a solution.

This was the only place I enjoyed going in this town.

Its all about customer service when you come to Target. The staff here is very helpful. Available products are hit and miss sometimes. I never seem to get everything I plan to get. The staff usually will help with alternatives though. So 3 stars! Oh and the Kids love coming here... they love testing out the electronics so +1 star. #LoveTheBose. Oh and then they have Starbucks so +1 = 5 stars!

The very helpful employee working the register made the trip all the better. Her name was Brenda and she answered all my questions and exceeded all my expectations. You should definitely give her more hours because everyone else sucks.

I moved from New Jersey where I had a target right around the corner. I love the selection and convenient. I now have to drive 45 minutes to the closest target.

Friendly and helpful staff! The cleanest store I’ve ever shopped at. A little more pricey and a little less vegetarian options than other stores, but I love the atmosphere at this location so it’s worth it. I do hope to see more vegetarian options and vegan ice cream options soon! Maybe I just went on a day that they weren’t as well stocked.

I like the frozen gluten-free section. I like to take an Amys Indian frozen meal to work. I have never been in there when its crowded. Its easy to shop because its so empty. The shelves are empty because there is a sale. This location is not a Super Target.

Excellent customer service

Do Not believe what Target says about delivery on their app. They are using a 3rd party called Shipt and they will not answer any questions about anything on the order.When you call Shipt the wait time is one hour and they will not help either, they tell you to call Target, bottom line, dont use Targets delivery service. Im still waiting for items that were suppose to be here at 9 am this morning, its 4 pm

This is my favorite everything store. I love the selection and the people. Having been an avid shopper for several years and multiple times/wk. (online and in store) I can say with absolute conviction that its far and above all other corporate stores.

Be sure to review your expiration dates on the perishable food items you buy from the grocery area. 75% of the time things have expired already or do in a few days. Check dates!On the flip side we have had management that has done a great job on assisting us finding missing stock of items in the store when empty at the shelf.

The store is one of the worst. They closed the registers at 10.45 even though the store closes at 11 pm. Shame for a business.

I have been trying to contact someone from this store for a month and didn’t get any response. Your company charged me for the product that I didn’t receive during pick up and a gift card that I didn’t order. A store associate said I will get a credit but I haven’t gotten it and no one is returning my emails nor calls. I wish I could give a zero stars to this store because out of eight visits there this year, six of them were bad 😫

We were just at self check out and the attendant literally walked over to collect the baskets while simultaneously crop dusting us. I think he should seek medical attention because it smelled like nuclear waste. I gave it 2 stars because this target is nice when you’re not inhaling toxic waste

I found what my daughter sent me for, but things were arranged differently than the last time I was there. Seemed to be rather neat and clean. Many of the products are a little high price wise for my blood, though.

My daughter and I have been to this Target 3 times in the last week to prepare for her baby shower. On every visit we have encountered rude treatment by employees, once by a manager, and the last visit an employee harassed and embarrassed her. Shes 7 months pregnant. I will be calling Target corporate office today to discuss with them so they can address it with the district manager but there needs to be a management change at this Target.
