If you want quality work done on any European or domestic cars for a good price you need to come here!! I take my BMW to their mechanic Josh and he does amazing work!! The staff is friendly, courteous, and really cares about their customers! You wont be disappointed with them. They will also be very honest and give you an estimate that is spot on!! If you are having issues with your vehicle they are the place to take it too!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Best shop ever!!

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible! I paid over $4,000 worth of work to be done on my car, and not ALL of the work was done. I am absolutely disgusted that I am still paying for repairs that I already paid for at this location! I have been a AAA plus member for over 14 years! Members should be the last people treated in the way Ive been treated these last couple of months...April, May, and June! If you bring your car to this location please, please, please, please have your car checked and double checked to make sure the work was done!! The supervisor Michael will absolutely lie to your face. He told me he put four new tires on my car, and told me if I did not like the tires he put on to just bring the car back. That was an absolute insult, everyone knows new tires, from old tires! Oh and not just that, Im pretty sure I know my own tires because thats what he put back on my car as if they were new! Sad part is, he just gets a slap on the wrist and on to the next customer! Please be careful people! We are paying customers, and we are paying for a service! Stop scamming people PLEASE!!!

Normally I take my aged (2001) truck in for service and repairs and receive prompt and courteous attention. They always stand by their work.Today, unfortunately, they were unable to address the problem. As there was nothing they could do I was charged the diagnostic charge as per policy and directed to the dealer for service.I appreciate the honesty, but would prefer that the policy be altered to apply to those problems they can handle that the customer has refused to allow for whatever reason.

I just wanted to pay my membership, but a cheerful voice help me really quickly to do just that, and somehow make my day.

From the young lady that checked me in to the very end everything was professional and done in a timely manner. I will use them again

So far my experience has been great with them. I had a tire that kept losing air and they got me in the same morning. I ended up getting four new tires because of the awesome deal they had, in addition to the usual AAA member discounts. I will be returning in the future when my car needs work done.

I was very happy from the time I made my appointment to the services that were performed. I was even able to stop by later in the day to look at an annoying issue that needs to get looked at by the dealer. I will be coming back at the end of the month with our other vehicle to get serviced. Thanks to Mike the service manager, and the rest of the staff, for making my experience with AAA Auto Care a positive one. It pays to be a AAA member!

Absolutely great service. Free oil change and tire rotation just for being a member.

They chipped the powder coating on my wheels while doing a tire rotation. There are special lug nut sockets with a coating to prevent chipping wheels with painting or powder coating. Either they don’t have them or did not think to use them.

AAA came to the rescue when our truck broke down on the way home from the beach. Kay helped us through the process very smoothly and we were so grateful! We knew what to expect and were reassured that we were in good hands. The mechanics and other representatives were so kind, and looked at our truck as soon as we arrived. Their customer service is above and beyond!

Triple AAA is not worth buying anymore Ive been with them for years this is my last year.

Im very happy with the service I received every visit. As a member I was able to be connected to a discounted used car.

I called in the morning and was told to bring my car in at 1pm. Mike said it would be about an an hour after they put it on the machine. Half hour later he called with an answer. He needed to order the part so we brought it back the next day at 8am. Within an hour it was done. The work was going to cost us over $600 but we had warranty paperwork in the glove compartment. Before we even got back on the first day Mike had got the paperwork did the claim and got it approved. We only had to pay $140. They were very quick courteous and helpful.

Kay my sales/repair rep was the best! Keeping me informed of car status & while empathizing with my rough situation. Kudos to her! She made the experience less difficult.

Walked in at the last minute ( I know I was one of those people 🙄)And the awesome guy behind the counter hooked me up with a premiere annual package, took us 3 minutes to complete paid for it and I was back out the door.Great service, thanks for seeing me last minute!

I work at a local museum but live in Wilmington. Got a flat during work and have to say that the tow was great and this location had really great staff and quick service like the other ones I’ve been to. Explained all the costs and put it in terms that someone who doesn’t know cars (but needs to drive them) could understand. Definitely would recommend!

They were supposed to do a courtesy inspection ..paid over $1200 to get my car fixed....get my car back to find out the left blinker is not working....called them...brought the car in ....explained this should be part of the inspection process....now they claim it was checked but just a quick check and they now want to charge me another $230 to get that fixed....really....someone did not do there job the first time and now you want me to pay for it.....not right....i will never use them again...ooh and I have AAA plus

My experience was better than I expected. I came into the store looking for an insurance quote, as I was completely dissatisfied with my old provider. The gentlemen guided me over to Rena and she took care of me on the spot. I ended up saving over 2K a year on my insurance by switching to AAA. I am more than satisfied with my visit, I simply couldnt be happier.Plus Rena was drop dead gorgeous, so yeah worth the visit :)

The service was great employees was nice clean. My problem as a premier customer i was told one problem had was ready to get it done somewhere cheaper cause i just didnt have the money to spend with AAA (which they didnt know) it was my caliber it was my brakes. So i was ready to spend all this money on something it wasnt.

This is the second AAA location that I have dealt with in reference to vehicle repairs for my truck. The first location was in Pennsylvania. I moved to Dover in August 2018 and was pleased to find a location close to me. Just like the service I recieved at the AAA location in Pennsylvania, the customer service at the Dover location is phenomenal! I made an appointment for new tires, rear brakes and an oil change which was pricey. Ms. Kay, the AAA representative helped me by offering me a promotional sale on the tires, a AAA membership discount and a military discount. These discounts saved me a significant amount of money. I am very pleased with the professionalism and excellent customer service I have recieved from AAA. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you Ms. Kay and Mr. Patrick for all of your help.

Having used AAA Car Care Centers across the country for years, with confidence, I had several bad experiences here, including their insistence on policy that requires them to use their higher-priced synthetic oil instead of the customers; their inability to rotate wheels because they didnt have the proper socket to remove non-locking lug nuts (this on a common size lug); installation of an after market part rather than OEM (without consulting me for a choice) that resulted in severe body-contact vibrations and noise, and subsequent dealer replacement $$$$$), and misaligned driving lights following a bulb repair and replacement. However, counter service was good, courteous, and professional. I will NOT again, nor will I recommend using this car care facility.

This place is always nice and friendly and have goodnprices for the services they render. Even gave me a discount today on a tire replacement.

Tried to call Dover office about my auto and home owners insurance . Was put over to someone that did not sell me this policies and told me that not much they can do about reviewed results on done this month . How do you up someones insurance on 1 mph over the speed limit ticket. By 500.00 a year wife and i own 3 vehicles and a home . All insured thru AAA, but not for long. YOu always get the same ole run around over the phone well I am not able to do this or that etc.. So ask me again if i would advise someone to come to AAA NO !!!! Our home is also insured as well not for long as well

This was my first visit to AAA Dover Car Care. Needless to say that I was impressed. They were prompt and courteous and had my vehicle done under the promised time.They showed me the few things wrong with my vehicle with no up sell pressure. Made their recommendations for further work with priorities 1,2 &3.I will be going back.

I am a premier member. I called the Dover AAA this morning to set up a trip, and could not get anyone to answer the phone. The Wilmington store answered the phone. I wanted to go in the store for this so i wanted to use the Dover AAA store. the Wilmington store called them for me and they couldnt get an answer!!!!! or a place for voicemail. Im done with them

I went in to my local AAA car care Dover Delaware at 1130 with no appt for a oil change they took the car with other cars ahead of mine and they called at 1:00 and said the car was done . Definitely fast and friendly service . I delt with Dave, Rena and Jeffery and they are superior employees . I had a excellent experience and will be returning for my future car needs !!!!
