Little auto glass shop that filled with warm welcoming vibe. I came in a snow day, they even helped me to clean off the stain on my car a little bit too. They know how to work with glass compatible with smart ACC feature. The whole process took an hour.

I had originally gotten a windshield done with him way back and then afterwards had gotten multiple spider cracks from being hit with debri on the highway.i called mark up he said they were busy but he could squeeze me in before they closed and it got worse . His work with the spider cracks held up for years. I had recently unfortunately gotten into a car accident and needed a new windshield totally. so I called mark up and he was able to get me in the next day . I first went to Mr. Auto Glass on a recommendation from a local mechanic when a rock chipped my windshield a few years ago. This sort of things has never happened before and I had no idea what the process or cost would be like. I first visited a Safelite repair facility to get a quote as they are constantly advertised. However, after meeting with Mark and Lorezno at Mr. Auto Glass, I felt very comfortable letting them work on my vehicle.They took me in right away and provided all of the information about the damage and what my remedy options were. Besides informining me, the price to repair at $50 is also very reasonable considering the sensitive nature of the repair. They also are knowledgeable about insurance policies and informed me that most insurance carrier will pay for chip repair regardless of comprehensive deductible. Their friendly and no pressure demeanor made it very easy to do business with them.Since then, Ive had three different glass replacements and a few more chip repairs (the hazards of driving in NJ). Each and everytime they have been as helpful and efficent as the last often taking care of each incident within 24 hours of notice.They are professional and really know their trait.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent glass repair or replacement that will not gouge them on the labor costs.These are the kind of local shops that offers quality service and no BS marketing that everyone should support.

Does Not respond or answer phone calls nor bother to reach out or return phone calls. My insurance company sent me here per my request to have a broken window replaced. Two entire business days went by with no contact from this company so I called them myself. Only to be told that I would have to wait 2 more days to drop off my vehicle for service and it would take days to work on it. Never have I had to wait days for a window repair. I will be taking my business elsewhere

The owner is the epitome of the very best in customer service. That is enough for me to be a repeat customer (I am). Also, his price was way better than other windshield replacement service companies. He replaced my daughters cars windshield and when she noted that it had distortion he replaced it (twice) at no charge. The owner is super nice and even refused my offer of some compensation for the additional work. I highly recommend anyone with a damaged windshield to go here.

This company came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I gave them a call to replace my windshield. When he arrived, he quickly pointed out to me that the crack was caused by an object, but that it was a defect in the glass near the heating element that should be covered under warranty. He easily could have just said nothing, replaced my windshield and took my money. He instead chose to be honest with me, even if it meant that he wouldnt do the job. That kind of integrity is hard to find so for that alone I will recommend this company.

Went there for the obvious reason, to have my windshield replaced due to a flying rock issue on the Long Island Expressway. Mr. Auto Glass was recommended to me by neighbors of Roxbury through the neighbors app. I usually check reviews and get quotes before any large purchases. Their Google review had high stars and the quote was a good price and fair. They were also very knowledgeable and informative over the phone. They replaced my Subaru windshield with the exact kind I needed with the heated glass connection at the bottom for the wiper blades. Some of the other companies seemed confused about what type of windshield I needed. I also paid about $80 less than safelite quote. Highly recommend this business.

Thought I’d share. Bought a car from buy a ride had a crack small chip rather had it filled and repaired. Didn’t hold so he replaced the windshield did a good job. But there’s always a but. Next day when I went to pick up my car first thing his open hour my car went from full to half a tank of gas went from 99576 miles to 99720 miles motor was still warm food wrappers in the car and smelled like him. You will find he’s about 6’2 Amish hair cut at the time and pretty eccentric. Guy does good work but again he will take your car home at night because he lives close to his shop I guess he likes to test drive other peoples cars. Mark your miles and gas when you Have to trust your car/truck to this guy.!!!!
