These folks are the best. Needed cracked windshield replaced asap. Was getting dates a week out from places insurance company third party service was referring to, so I looked them up and saw their stellar reviews. And they were right down the street from me. Other referrals werent even in the same town! They scheduled me the very next day, car was ready in less than 2 hours. They were as nice as could be. GREAT people, Great customer service. Im sorry theyll be moving, but Ill still use them in future - but hope I wont need them!

Great customer service and speedy! Was looking for a way for my son to display his coin collection. They showed me several different options and had the glass cut the same day I ordered it! Had previously called two other glass companies for a quote and neither of them got back to me after a week! Greatly appreciated!

My front windshield needed to be replacement and I didn’t file through insurance. Called a few places to get quotes and had sticker stock with the markup of glass and install with companies like Safelite. When I called Glass Routes, it was obvious I was talking a small business and it felt more personal. I called the dealership where I purchased my car and asked if they use Glass Routes and they are one of their recommended vendors. Quote was great and reviews were good so I made an appointment. They took me right away and installed within quoted turnaround time (less actually), were friendly and updated me throughout my wait. I had to wait in their “lobby” and was able to work remotely. While the waiting chairs weren’t all the comfortable, it was sufficient for my needs, I was given WiFi and provided coffee during my wait. I’ve had my car back for over a month. No issues with driving fast speeds, rain, etc.Would highly recommend them!Actually need to call them to get a quote on a glass top desk protector.

On point with price and time to repair. lowest of 3 estimates on time and price and thankfully near my house and they worked with share fund to get it paid for. wonderful collaboration between the city and the business. I had let the insurance lapse but it was not covered anyway and we did not catch the chip in the windshield in time-usually I notice these and much cheaper to fix a chip. they got me in and out and all is well and they will get other jobs I need done too, screen repair. had gotten a free check on a leak before on the Taurus and learned there is a channel which drains. so went back for the car as promised and happy.

Informative, friendly service. They were done with my car windshield ahead of schedule. The Toyota dealership sent me directly to them (dealer doesnt repair glass), and I can see why.

Excellent service I arrived at my scheduled time. They han me out in under an hour. The cleaned up all the broken glass. The pdi e was very reasonable.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Glass Routes. I had a crack form in my windshield that continued to grow in size and I knew I had to get it replaced. Glass Routes was recommended to me by Bill Dube and I am so glad they were! They offered to go through everything with my insurance so that I did not have to, but unfortunately my insurance wasnt going to cover any costs for the repair because it did not meet my deductible. Glass Routes was very understanding and got me a quote, and it was $100 less than the predicted cost my insurance had given me! They were a pleasure to do business with (Robin might be the nicest person Ive ever met) and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!
